基于分层贝叶斯分析的残疾率小域估计方法

小域估计（Small Area Estimation）是抽样调查领域里一个重要的研究方向,国计民生中的许多重要问题如失业率、传染病的发病率和民意测验等抽样调查都需要采用不同的小域估计方法。本文针对小域估计问题,以估计方法发展脉络为主线,以分层贝叶斯分析的小域估计为重点,对小域估计问题的理论、方法和最新进展进行简述,并利用澳大利亚残疾、老龄化和护理者（SDAC 2003）抽样调查实际数据,从分层贝叶斯分析角度对澳大利亚残疾率进行估计,最后对估计结果进行比较和讨论。

用节流管实现小流量测量的分析与实验研究原理

Board members’ contribution to strategic decision-making in small firms

This article explores how the boards of small firms actually undertake to perform strategic tasks. Board strategic involvement has seldom been investigated in the context of small firms. We seek to make a contribution by investigating antecedents of board strategic involvement. The antecedents are “board working style” and “board quality attributes”, which go beyond the board composition features of board size, CEO duality, the ratio of non-executive to executive directors and ownership. Hypotheses were tested on a sample of 497 Norwegian firms (from 5 to 30 employees). Our results show that board working style and board quality attributes rather than board composition features enhance board strategic involvement. Moreover, board quality attributes outperform board working style in fostering board strategic involvement.     

Moving from a decennial census to a continuous measurement survey: factors affecting nonresponse at the neighborhood level

The Census Bureau is testing a continuous measurement program, known as the American Community Survey (ACS), which will provide census “long form” data annually, though with slightly higher levels of sampling variability. This paper focuses on the 1999–2001 ACS in the Bronx, 1 of 31 ACS test sites. It examines whether the quality of ACS data in the Bronx varies across neighborhoods, focusing specifically on how neighborhood sociodemographic factors influence nonresponse, as measured by mail return and allocation rates. It also examines whether these neighborhood factors have a differential impact on nonresponse in the ACS and the 2000 decennial census, and discusses reasons why this may be so.The ACS mail return rates are not only lower than those of the census, but are highly sensitive to race and socioeconomic distress. Despite this initial disadvantage, the ACS has lower levels of allocation on key variables, relative to the 2000 Census. Moreover, the effect of neighborhood socioeconomic distress on allocation rates in the ACS was minimal, compared to its effect on census allocation. We find that the overall quality of ACS data in the Bronx is superior to that of the decennial census. Our analysis of Bronx data suggests that the proposed elimination of the decennial long form and its replacement with the ACS is a reasonable tradeoff for users of small area data.

小农户与新型农业经营主体如何有机衔接——基于共生理论的阐释

党的十九大报告提出要实现小农户和新型农业经营主体的有机衔接,这为中国现代农业的发展指明了方向。但从目前学界的研究成果来看,构建何种模式有助于实现小农户和新型农业经营主体的衔接尚处于研究空白状态。基于此,本研究从共生理论的视角出发,认为农业经营对称互惠一体化共生模式是实现小农户和新型农业经营主体有机衔接的策略选择。在具体构建路径上,除了需要健全国家相关农业政策、加快推进信息技术运用、完善社会服务体系建设、培育农村先进人才成长以及破除小农意识的滞后性;更需要秉承小农户和新型农业经营主体两者共生单元的地位平等、共生模式的互利共赢、共生环境的协同发展以及共生界面的整体推进,才能真正实现农业农村的现代化目标。     

Entrepreneurial orientation dimensions and the performance of high-tech and low-tech firms: A configurational approach

Building on the entrepreneurial orientation (EO)-as-experimentation perspective, we examine how configurations of the EO dimensions (innovativeness, risk-taking, and proactiveness) might lead to high and low firm performance, and how the configurations differ under different firm contexts. We adopted a configurational approach and applied fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) to a sample of 110 UK small and medium-sized enterprises. Our findings show that three (four) configurations can result in high (low)-firm performance, demonstrating that the EO dimensions can contribute to as well as hinder firm performance. Moreover, the configurations leading to the same outcome are distinct between high-tech and low-tech firms, indicating that the impacts of the EO dimensions on firm performance depend on the firm context. Our findings offer useful insights for managers on how to configure the portfolio of firms' entrepreneurial activities to achieve superior performance.
