借鉴国外立法，完善我国监事会制度

我国公司法明确规定,监事会是公司法人的监督机关。本文借鉴国外立法,从完善我国监事会制度之组织制度、职权制度、责任制度方面提出了立法建议。监事会的组织制度包括监事会成员的人数组成、监事会成员的任职资格、监事会成员的产生等方面;监事会职权制度包括董事会成员的任免权、财务监督权、职务监督权、特定情况下临时股东大会召集权、监事会诉讼权等;并相应地提出了完善监事会责任制度的具体措施。     

CLASS视角下幼儿园中班早期阅读活动中师幼互动现状分析

为深入探究中班早期阅读活动中师幼互动的现状,本研究基于CLASS 课堂评估系统对福州市A 园中班早期阅读活动 的师幼互动情况进行了观察与评定并利用SPSS22.0 进行数据分析。结果发现：中班早期阅读活动中师幼互动整体水平处于中 等,没有达到较高水平。基于此,围绕三大领域提出可行性的教育建议:提供积极的情感支持、提高班级管理的水平、提供有效 的教学支持,从而切实提高中班早期阅读活动中师幼互动的质量。     

21世纪中国学界辽金社会史研究回顾与展望

社会史一直是辽金史研究者关注的领域。21世纪以来,学界的研究涉及社会阶层、社会风俗、家庭、婚姻、人口、社会控制等各个重要方面。本文拟分社会阶层、社会生活、人口及社会控制三个方面,对辽金社会史研究的现状作简要综述。     

Dynamic evolution of alliance portfolios

This research advances in the conceptualization and the operationalization of the factors or microdynamics that determine the choice of partners. Most of the literature in this area of research has centered on the individual alliance without taking into account the set of alliances that a firm makes. This research applies a holistic approach, analyzing the set of alliances as a whole and points to the factors related to alliance portfolios that affect the choice of partners. The authors propose a longitudinal model that allows us to analyze the evolution of interorganizational networks. A Simulation Investigation for Empirical Network Analysis (SIENA) has been applied to a sample of 229 firms, analyzing 10,556 strategic alliances established between them over a 12 year period. The results show that certain factors over which managers exercise a degree of control (deliberate endogenous microdynamics) exert significant influences on the choice of partners by the focal actor and thereby on the dynamic configuration of alliance portfolios.     

Can a team have too much cohesion? The dark side to network density

The goal of most work teams is high performance. Prior studies suggest that performance within work groups is influenced by that group’s social network topology. Research has generally revealed to date that group cohesion (i.e., network density) is positively related to team performance under certain conditions. However, more recent research has indicated that this is not the full story. Recent research suggests that an inverse curvilinear relationship exists between social network measures (of which group cohesion is one) and team performance. In response to the need for understanding this relationship more fully, and leveraging the promising new insights that can be garnered with the use of social network analysis (SNA), this study employs SNA as a tool to explore the structural cohesiveness of teams of travel agents. This research extends our understanding of the relationship between intragroup social network relations and team performance by confirming an inverse curvilinear relationship exists between group cohesion and team performance. This paper leverages email communication to determine the social networks of each team, and then examines such in light of team performance. In total, an analysis of more than 7 million emails was undertaken. This study was conducted with work teams within a service organization. Each team in the study carries out the same tasks, i.e., identical task contingency, yet represents a distinct unit of analysis. The study confirms that social network topology is a valuable predictor of team performance and confirms that, like so many other social network measures, group cohesion and team performance share an inverse ‘U’ shaped relationship, not strictly a positive one as previously posited.     

清代蒙古社会转型研究——后金及清初蒙古族地位及其语言文字

为避免两面作战,也为了把蒙古族的力量引导到抗击明朝的战争中,安抚、联合蒙古成为后金的重要策略.其内容包括婚姻上的门当户对,关系上的平等联合,施政上的互不干涉,归附人员的安置重用等.语言在民族认同及文化借鉴中具有桥梁作用.女真人以为,凡是讲女真语或通女真语者,应统一为一个国家.在统一各部的过程中,兼通蒙古、汉语言文字者成为女真族接触并吸收外文化的重要桥梁.后金还利用蒙古文创制满文,使满语官方语言的地位得到确立,国家的文献、文牍制度初步形成并得到完善.文字的创制、儒教经典的翻译、文教的推行,加快了后金统治者汉化的速度,从制度、文化、人才上为建立清朝和入主中原创造了条件.此间,就国家制度而言,蒙古语文已让位给满语文而退居次要地位.
