高校民族器乐传统乐曲教学的新模式探究?

传统乐曲是我国民族器乐曲中的重要组成部分，数量众多且带有厚重的传统底蕴。然而，传统乐曲在演奏技法上不如近现代创作乐曲丰富，其旋法特征又区别于当前我国在各阶段学校教育中使用的西方音乐理论体系，从而导致传统乐曲在高校民族器乐教学中没有受到应有的重视。传统乐曲在开拓学生多元的音乐视角，提高学生的人文素养，弘扬中华民族的传统文化都有积极的作用。因此，应当通过强化教材建设、丰富教学手段、注重实践锻炼等方法来促进高校民族器乐教学中传统乐曲的教学。

Perception on Chinese values: A comparison of Chinese secondary students studying at national secondary schools and Chinese independent schools in Malaysia

This study aims to examine whether different educational systems will impose students with different perception on Chinese values. Cluster sampling method was used and 599 Chinese students from three national secondary schools (NSS) and two Chinese independent schools (CIS) in Malaysia were recruited. A questionnaire containing two sections namely background information and Chinese value scale developed by Chinese Culture Connection (1987) was distributed. The findings showed that the practice of Chinese cultural values indicated through the use of Chinese language in everyday life between respondents from NSS and CIS is about the same, but more respondents from CIS read or watch Chinese materials than those from NSS. Respondents from CIS and NSS viewed integrity and tolerance as the most important Chinese value. Respondents from NSS perceived Confucians ethos or human relationship as more important, whereas respondents from CIS chose loyalty to ideals and humanity. The findings suggested that the role of parents in the perseverance of Chinese culture and the influence of different school environment are equally important in determining the perception of Chinese values among secondary school students.     

Longitudinal predictors of homelessness: findings from the National Longitudinal Survey of Youth-97

Homeless youth represent a vulnerable and understudied population. Little research has prospectively identified factors that may place youth at risk for experiencing homelessness. The current study utilizes data from the National Longitudinal Survey of Youth-97 (NLSY-97) to examine predictors of experiencing homelessness as a young adult (before age 25). The NLSY-97 includes a nationally representative sample of 8984 youth. Data were first collected from these youth when they were between the ages of 12 and 18 years. The current study examined whether individual and family risk factors reported during adolescence predict homelessness by the age of 25. The findings showed that multiple runaway episodes, nontraditional family structure, lower educational attainment, and parental work limitations due to health increased the risk of homelessness. A permissive parenting style and being Hispanic protected against homelessness. This study offers unique insight into risk and protective factors for youth homelessness and has important clinical implications.

2013年1月23日,澳大利亚总理吉拉德公布了国家第一份安全战略报告——《强大与安全:澳大利亚国家安全战略》(以下简称《战略》)。《战略》是在澳大利亚在全面、客观地辨识当今时代特征,正视国家战略安全环境发生的深刻变化的基础上提出的。《战略》清晰地阐释了新时期澳大利亚的安全战略构想与目标,并以此为基础提出实现目标的手段以及未来五年澳大利亚的战略重心。文章通过对《战略》出台的影响因素以及内容的解读,分析新时期澳大利亚国家安全战略的"变"与"不变"。     

Social integration and public relations: Global lessons from an Israeli experience

This article looks at the origins and evolution of social integration in Israel. Developing a cultural roots approach, it considers the promotion of social integration as one of the most challenging goals on the agenda of the Zionist institutions and the government of Israel. It tracks the role played by a Jewish public sphere formed in the Diaspora even before the 20th century and to confirm the continuity between that history and formation, the article then examines later stages of the process through interviews with media and public relations practitioners who were involved in campaigns that took place after the establishment of the State of Israel. Finally, it offers lessons for social integration projects elsewhere in the world.     

Patterns of consent: evidence from a general household survey

Summary.  We analyse patterns of consent and consent bias in the context of a large general household survey, the 'Improving survey measurement of income and employment' survey, also addressing issues that arise when there are multiple consent questions. A multivariate probit regression model for four binary outcomes with two incidental truncations is used. We show that there are biases in consent to data linkage with benefit and tax credit administrative records that are held by the Department for Work and Pensions, and with wage and employment data held by employers. There are also biases in respondents' willingness and ability to supply their national insurance number. The biases differ according to the question that is considered. We also show that modelling questions on consent independently rather than jointly may lead to misleading inferences about consent bias. A positive correlation between unobservable individual factors affecting consent to Department for Work and Pensions record linkage and consent to employer record linkage is suggestive of a latent individual consent propensity.

我国西部民族地区的民族问题是一个关系到我国政治稳定、民族团结、国家统一、经济发展、社会进步的重大问题,也是关系到西部大开发战略顺利实施的关键问题。本文以全国最大的直辖市——重庆市酉阳土家族苗族自治县为例,分析西部少数民族地区医疗保障制度的现状,强调只有深化合作医疗制度,才能真正促进西部少数民族地区医疗卫生事业的发展。     

国家助学贷款的政策学分析

随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立,国家对普通高校进行了收费制度的改革.高校收费给家庭经济困难学生接受高等教育带来了困难.为保证学生不因家庭经济问题而失学,国家建立了以国家助学贷款为主体的学生资助体系,帮助家庭经济困难学生用明天的钱圆今天的大学梦.但由于贷款发放、贷款对象、贷款利率、贷款金额和还贷期限的不尽合理,使有的学生遵守信用积极性不强,从而影响了国家助学贷款的可持续性.而贷款的可持续性是国家助学贷款持续健康发展的关键,因此,应建立一套科学规范的信用机制和风险防范机制,促进国家助学贷款的可持续发展.
