区分民族文化认同与宗教认同

宗教生活并不等于民族的全部生活,它只是民族生活的一个有限的组成部分;宗教文化也不能涵盖民族的全部文化,它只是民族文化的一个方面。     

我国绿色技术创新研究综述与发展态势分析

针对1994年1月至2017年1月期间中国知网(CNKI)学术文献网络出版总库收录的绿色技术创新领域的研究文献,分别从文献年代分布、作者、资助来源、被引用情况和主题五个方面综合分析我国绿色技术创新研究的主要特点,指出我国绿色技术创新研究存在研究分散程度高和实证研究匮乏等情况。基于文献统计分析结果以及研究发展的生命周期特点,预测政府将会加强对绿色技术创新相关法律的制定和完善,企业和社会积极响应,实现政府、企业和社会技术群体间的交流合作,研究学者将更加关注系统化的应用型主题研究。     

论弘扬工匠精神与践行社会主义 核心价值观

工匠精神内含精益求精的作风、爱岗敬业的态度、持续专注的品质、守正创新的信念,其与社会主义核心价值观公民个人层面的“爱岗、敬业、诚信、友善”高度契合。 应通过加大宣传力度、发挥榜样引领作用、引进激励机制等措施积极弘扬工匠精神,以助推用社会主义核心价值观凝魂聚力。     

Estimates of the Number of Liver Carcinogens in Bioassays Conducted by the National Toxicology Program

Estimates were made of the numbers of liver carcinogens in 390 long-term bioassays conducted by the National Toxicology Program (NTP). These estimates were obtained from examination of the global pattern of p-values obtained from statistical tests applied to individual bioassays. Representative estimates of the number of liver carcinogens (90% confidence interval in parentheses) obtained in our analysis compared to NTP's determination are as follows: female rats—49 (23, 76), NTP = 30; male rats—88 (59, 116), NTP = 35; female mice—131 (105, 157), NTP = 81; male mice—100 (73, 126), NTP = 61; overall—166 (135, 197), NTP = 108. The estimator from which these estimates were obtained is biased low by an unknown amount. Consequently, this study provides persuasive evidence of the existence of more rodent liver carcinogens than were identified by the NTP.     

A Microanalysis of Topics in Linguistic Projects Funded by National Social Science Foundation and Humanities and Social Science Foundation of the Ministry of Education in 2018

This paper gives the quantitative statistics and qualitative analysis of topics in linguistic projects funded by National Social Science and Humanities and Social Science of the Ministry of Education in 2018 from micro-aspects. The main concern is the key words, high frequency words, sentence length and structures in projects’ topics. The study finds that National Social Science attached much importance to the classical and traditional research, different from that of Ministry of Education which is interested in some new emergence. However, the mean sentence length of these two types of projects’ topics has no significant difference. Finally, some possible suggestions are given according to the analysis of two common sentence structures in writing topics.

用伟大奋斗的精神创造社会主义现代化新的伟业

伟大奋斗是中华民族、中国人民和中国共产党人的精神谱系和优良作风。党的二十大报告中多处提出要进行接续奋斗、艰苦奋斗、团结奋斗。深刻了解我们党伟大奋斗的历史过程,充分认识伟大奋斗的精神内涵,全面领会伟大奋斗的重大意义,把握坚持接续奋斗、艰苦奋斗、团结奋斗的根本要求,对我们更好地在理论创新中阐释奋斗、在实践引领中贯彻奋斗,并用伟大奋斗的精神为党的二十大提出的各项任务目标坚定不移地落到实处提供思想依据和理论支撑。     

家庭法中的家庭角色变迁

家庭法是中国法学版图的重要组成部分,但已有研究未能正确认识个体、家庭与国家的结构性关系,故未能就其变迁提供具有充分解释力的结论。新中国成立以来,国家整合便是一以贯之的任务。在新中国成立初期,国家试图依靠家庭法的政治化运作,从家庭入手改造个体,实现同质国家。改革开放打破了这一局面,市场经济促使法律中的家庭成为自我发展、自我服务的角色。与此同时,经济理性对家庭伦理的削弱,也暴露出现代化进程中价值共识虚无的困境。后来法治国家的建设促成了依宪整合的转型,社会主义核心价值观成为新时代的宪法价值共识。在宪法精神的引领下,《民法典·婚姻家庭编》构建了作为公民美德教化者的家庭角色,多维度促进了价值凝聚力,回应了新时代国家整合的价值需求。     

Interaction dynamics: The case of the water sector skills plan in South Africa

Despite extensive and continuous efforts to strengthen the capacity of people, organizations and institutions, there is evidence of an increasing gap between the existing and required capacities within the water sector. Consensus seems to be emerging regarding the need for national strategies to improve water sector capacity development. This paper analyses the dynamics of actors’ interactions and their characteristics (motivation, cognition and power) during the formulation and implementation of a specific capacity development strategy, namely the Water Sector Skills Plan (SSP) in South Africa. Based on the Contextual Interactive Theory and empirical findings, our analysis indicates slow progression and challenges with implementing the SSP, mainly due to the lack of consultation with key stakeholders during the formulation stage, a lack of data sharing among the target group (the Sector Education Training Authorities), and a lack of capacities within the key implementing organizations. These policy dynamics need to be taken into account when advocating for national capacity development strategies as a solution for challenges with water sector capacity development. The paper proposes the recommendations that are of relevance for the SSP as well as similar initiatives in other countries.
