本文介绍了我们最近研制成功的角动量守恒仪以及在定量验证角动量守恒定律实验中的应用.在我系实验室首次对学生开出了这一新实验,它解决了师专普物力学实验教学中长期存在的一个难题.

Oppositional Defiant Disorder: The Psy Apparatuses and Youth Resistance

This article, situated in Foucauldian, anti-psychiatry, and mad studies literature, provides a theoretical intervention into the practice complexities and complicities of working with young people marked with the diagnosis of oppositional defiant disorder. Using a composite vignette as a proxy for social work practice, I map the particular harms of the deployment of the oppositional defiant disorder diagnosis, using Foucault and others to provide insight, in order to reorder and rethink work with young people marked as disorderly. Scholars effectively trace the manifold harms of the psychiatrization of young people; this article knits together the ways in which these harms operate, with the expressed intention of psychiatrizing youth resistance through multiple targets. The article concludes with tentative formulations for reconceptualizing youth resistance, in particular, using contributions from Sara Ahmed’s work on willfulness and Eve Tuck’s work on dangerous dignities. My aim is to use these emerging formulations to position our work with young people in alignment with their own resistance to injustice, rather than in concert with the efforts to psychiatrize their actions.

文章就我国现行行政权カ运行的外部环境和外部结构进行深入地探讨,着重研究了我国行政权カ运行的外部环境和结构的现状及存在的主要问题,并结合我国实际提出了如何改革和完善我国行政权力运行的外部结构和外部环境的基本架构和对策。包括有效改善行政权力运行的外部架构;加速政治体制改革进程,进一步完善国家宪制;强化人大职能,切实落实内部分权制衡;改革国家司法制度,加强对行政的法律监督;尽快制订国家新闻法,赋予媒体舆论监督权;切实落实人民当家做主的权利,让人民有效监督政府等方面。只有这样,才能真正有效地防止权力滥用和权力腐败,才能提高行政权カ运行的效能,从而造福于国家、人民和整个世界。

主要讨论了柔性臂振动系统，其弯曲振动与扭转振动的耦合表现在边界条件中．利用算子谱理论与算子半群理论，得出了系统相应的发展方程的主算子生成的算子半群的具体表达式．并证明了此半群是非紧非指数稳定的解析半群。     

Environmental Correlates of Cognition and Behavior in Children with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders

ABSTRACT

The physical, cognitive, and behavioral correlates of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) have been well-researched. However, there is minimal investigation of the non-biological correlates of cognition and behavior in this population. The association between foster care placement history and cognitive and behavioral functioning was explored using archival data from 136 children with FASD. Significant cognitive and behavioral abnormalities were found in the overall sample. Children with one foster care placement performed significantly better on measures of verbal intelligence, mathematics achievement, and impulse control and endorsed fewer symptoms of internalizing disorders compared to children who were never removed from their biological home. Children with multiple foster home placements generally fell between the other two groups on assessment measures. It may be important to consider placement history of children with FASD when attempting to understand their cognitive and behavioral abnormalities.     

高适古体诗用韵考

唐代边塞诗经历了由初唐四杰时代的长篇边塞诗,到盛唐初期三王开元时代的短篇乐府边塞诗,再到盛唐中后期高岑的七言歌行式的长篇边塞诗的转型。高适的歌行边塞诗,正是这种转型的关键。高适现存古体诗148首中,多用七言古诗,用韵较宽,多用古风歌行,一首诗中常出现换韵,换韵方式多种多样,换韵的第一句大多押韵,邻韵之间同用的情况较多。     

Powerless,Stupefied, and Repressed Actors Cannot Challenge Climate Change: Real Helplessness as a Barrier Between Environmental Concern and Action

There is a gap between concern about environmental degradation such as climate change and effective action taken against the forces that drive degradation. This paper argues that real helplessness, a social condition producing powerless, stupefied, and repressed actors, is a fortified barrier between climate concern and effective climate action. Political-economic analysis has theoretical and methodological implications for environmental social science and helps explain a current conundrum in critical sociology: Why are alternatives to a system that drives climate change and other catastrophic risks still seen as unrealistic? We suffer from a political-economic system impervious to transformation before we suffer from a lack of alternative ideas.     

Spectral analysis of combustion noise and flame pattern recognition

In many situations, flame patterns in a combustion chamber cannot be observed directly by using an electronic or optical probe. However, an experienced engineer can identify the burning process by listening to the noise that it generates. In this paper, we study acoustic characteristics of turbulent impinging flames by using spectral analysis and statistical pattern recognition. By experimenting with the ignition method, different flame patterns were generated in a laboratory. We find that each flame pattern can be characterized effectively by using the power spectrum of the noise and can be identified by using this information alone.
