高校学科团队知识整合对创新绩效影响的理论研究

基于高校学科团队特定情境,采用文献回顾与对比分析方法,构建了知识整合机制、团队创新绩效及其两者之间相互关系的理论模型,提出了有关“高校学科团队知识整合机制通过团队知识、团队知识创造能力进而影响团队创新绩效的作用机理”的6条研究假设,为进一步认识高校学科团队高效运作所需条件和作用机理提供了新的思路和理论框架。     

现代经济条件下经济内生增长机制新框架

在信息技术和互联网支持的现代开放经济条件下,知识、信息、大数据等逐渐成为新生产要素,互联网金融成为新金融业态,资本范围拓宽,相应的经济内生增长机制也发生着深刻变化。文章在梳理现代经济增长理论和模型的基础上,从要素拓展、机制创新、新生产函数三方面揭示现代经济条件下经济内生增长新机制,强调传统的经济增长框架需要创新,并提出现代经济条件下经济增长内生机制的新框架。     

当代大学生创造性思维培养探析

研究指出,创造性思维源于智能的驱动——灵感、直觉和想象,研究三者的形成与表现对大学生创造性思维的培养有极其重要的意义。认为大学生创造性思维的培养要遵循创造性思维规律,从加强逻辑思维训练、知识与信息补充、思维空间拓展、非智力因素培养、实践活动开展等几个方面入手,提高其创造性思维的效率和效益。     

构建和谐劳动关系的困境与对策

建立和谐稳定的劳动关系是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要基础和基本内容。本文探究了当前我国劳动关系主体多元化、复杂化,劳动关系的调整机制不健全,劳动关系出现诸多不和谐等状况,分析了制约和谐劳动关系建立的多方面因素,积极探寻构建和谐劳动关系的途径,促进和谐劳动关系的形成。     

Financial crises: a culture of complacency

Abstract

The aim of this article is to consider the role of complacency in financial crises over the last two decades, with a closer look at the ongoing subprime mortgage financial crisis. The theme of complacency and the concept of financial crisis are both explored. Financial crises are better understood by explaining their economic drivers and the fundamental role of complacency in the various transmission mechanisms involved. These drivers are then illustrated by means of recent selected financial crises including the crash of 1987, the East Asian financial crisis of 1997, the long-term capital management crisis of 1998, the dot-com crash of 2000 and the current subprime mortgage financial crisis. The article concludes that complacency has not only underlain but also played a pivotal role in the recent financial crises. Complacency increases during periods of economic stability, leading to some departure from rational investment decisions, an effect which is then compounded by herding behaviour. Further, with regard to the governance of markets, complacency is both institutional and institutionalized. Finally, adding to this culture of complacency is the irrational belief that crises are unique and therefore cannot be spotted in advance or even in their early stages. To address this culture of complacency, remedies lie in the re-education of key players and the provision of better financial information, a rethink of market governance structures and some recognition that the transmission mechanisms are both recurring and predictable.     

Towards interprofessionality in developing family mediation in Finland

Collaboration crossing professional and organizational boundaries is promoted, but also considered difficult and uncalled for. The aim of this study is to advance the comprehension of inter-professional collaboration on boundaries as a resource for learning and change. I examine and trace the initial shapes of interprofessionality and learning in two separate learning networks of a project researching, developing and learning family mediation in Finland. The naturally occurring data consists of transcribed audio-taped talk between practitioners (e.g. social workers, family counsellors, psychologists and judges) at the beginning of their collaborative work. The qualitative analysis detected communicative patterns, disruptions and dialogical learning mechanisms. The results interpreted through Cultural-Historical Activity Theory show that although the two quite similarly composed learning networks were given the same tasks, they differed on emerging learning mechanisms and unfolding dialogues. If collaboration is intended to be inter-professional and lead to change, there is a need to actively create shared tools, such as models, that enable transformative dialogue. For social work education inter-professional collaboration poses a challenge: how can education concurrently promote both learning the boundaries of social work and learning how to inter-professionally cross them?     

Social Network Analysis and Critical Realism

Social network analysis (SNA) is an increasingly popular approach that provides researchers with highly developed tools to map and analyze complexes of social relations. Although a number of network scholars have explicated the assumptions that underpin SNA, the approach has yet to be discussed in relation to established philosophies of science. This article argues that there is a tension between applied and methods‐oriented SNA studies, on the one hand, and those addressing the social‐theoretical nature and implications of networks, on the other. The former, in many cases, exhibits positivist tendencies, whereas the latter incorporate a number of assumptions that are directly compatible with core critical realist views on the nature of social reality and knowledge. This article suggests that SNA may be detached from positivist social science and come to constitute a valuable instrument in the critical realist toolbox.     

南海争端解决机制法律框架初探

目前,尚不存在专门适用于南海争端的国际法解决机制,《联合国海洋法公约》与《东南亚友好合作条约》中的争端解决程序并非解决南海争端的最佳选择,而《南海各方行为宣言》也未规定处理和解决南海争端的具体实施机制。面对南海争端的新近特点,当事方有必要在未来南海行为准则的制定中,从基本文件、组织机构、管辖范围、工作和决策程序、适用的法律、效力与执行等方面,作出法律框架上的安排,建立一种南海争端解决机制,从而更好地发挥该机制在和平解决南海争端中的作用。     

试论涉外船员劳务派遣法律制度的完善

我国涉外船员劳务派遣的市场鱼龙混杂,各类船员机构恶性竞争,法律关系错综复杂,管理混乱,涉外船员的合法利益无法得到应有的法律保护。我国可以借鉴国际上有关涉外船员劳务派遣的成功立法经验,通过规范涉外船员劳务派遣相关合同并强制备案,提高船员服务机构的设立标准,明确船员服务机构的法律地位,完善主管部门的监管机制,以维护涉外船员的合法权益,促进涉外船员劳务派遣市场的健康发展。
