论当代中国黑社会性质组织生成的社会机制

当代中国黑社会性质组织的产生、泛滥 ,严重危及社会治安 ,妨碍民众正常生活工作 ,成为社会治安的一个突出问题。当代中国黑社会性质组织的生成 ,离不开当代中国社会机制。当代中国黑社会性质组织生成的社会机制 ,涉及到社会转型机制、社会控制机制、基层政权机制、社会文化机制、社会心理机制、社会教育机制等方面 ,这些方面又相互作用 ,相互影响。我们应针对黑社会性质组织形成的深层社会背景 ,加强社会综合治理 ,建立起立体的打击防范体系 ,切不可条块分割 ,以偏代全。     

国家审计机关完善审计整改工作机制研究

国家审计整改工作机制包括计划管理机制、责任落实机制、协调沟通机制、效果评价机制和信息公开机制,其优化对策包括确立审计整改主体的法律地位、不断增强审计整改的独立性、准确定位审计整改的目标、创新审计整改的技术方法、健全审计整改的信息管理系统、优化审计机关与其他整改主体的协调沟通机制、建立专门的预算制度,增加审计经费投入,以及不断完善国家审计整改具体准则。

我国的废旧电子产品逆向物流管理已成为紧迫的问题,本文讨论了政府在废旧电子产品逆向物流管理中的经济责任机制。首先分析了政府在废旧电子产品逆向物流管理中实施经济责任的必要性,定量确定了政府对回收处理厂商的最优投资补贴率,最后讨论了政府实现经济责任的经费来源。     

重塑商业反腐败之刑法规制(英文)

商业贿赂在中国的公职腐败案件中占有较大比重,必将成为当前和今后反腐败的重心。为了更好实现对公共权力约束的目的,应当结合商业贿赂犯罪的特点和新表现,对中国刑法的反腐败罪名的构罪标准、具体评价尺度等微观内容进行调整,以更有效打击商业贿赂犯罪。     

A programme evaluation of the Family Crisis Intervention Program (FCIP): relating programme characteristics to change

This study evaluated the Family Crisis Intervention Program (FCIP), focusing on crisis, child safety, family functioning and child behaviour problems. Questionnaires were completed by 183 families in crisis and their FCIP worker. After FCIP, the crisis had decreased and child safety had increased. Although problematic family functioning persisted after intervention, improvements were found in parent–child interaction, parenting stress, parental competence and child behaviour problems. Crisis change, safety change and improved family functioning were associated with programme characteristics, especially the therapeutic relationship, analysis of the crisis situation, duration of the intervention and the solution‐focused approach. The discussion addressed implications of this study with regard to outcome measures in the evaluation of family crisis intervention and the importance of particular programme characteristics.

One size does not fit all: Entrepreneurial families’ reliance on family offices

Family offices are organisations dedicated to the management of entrepreneurial families’ private wealth. Based on agency theory, we analyse types of family offices with regard to the families’ goals and the control mechanisms used to ensure goal achievement. Family-dominant management and private client structures involve stronger emphasis on non-financial goals in single and multi-family offices than in non-family-dominant management and open client structures. Variations in family involvement, ranging from family dominance to the complete absence of family ownership and/or management, and diverse client structures justify the differential reliance on formal and informal control mechanisms.     

东北农民工职业技能培训的相关问题研究

通过对东北农民工职业技能培训特殊性进行分析,总结了东北农民工职业技能培训的现状及存在的问题,并结合东北地区自身的发展特点,从完善培训机制、提高培训质量角度出发,提出了东北农民工建设高效务实职业技能培训的对策与建议。     

The phenology and intrinsic quality of wild crucifers that determine the community structure of their herbivorous insects

Summary This report examines the plant traits that effect the community structure of herbivorous insects on wild crucifers. Wild crucifers were classified into 4 types (A, B, C, D) according to their phenology. Type A and B plants had a pausing phenology, disappearing in the middle of the insects' active season, while type C and D plants had a continual phenology, existing all year long. The intrinsic quality of the plants as food, which was assessed by measuring the performance of herbivores, was superior in type A, B and D plants, while it was inferior in type C. The phenology and intrinsic quality were the alternative means of direct defense mechanisms against herbivorous insects: The plants with a pausing phenology were intrinsically superior (A, B), while the plants with a continual phenology were intrinsically inferior (C). However, there were a few plants with continual phenology and superior intrinsic quality (D, the type B plants that remained in the summer). Within the community of the herbivorous insects on the plants with direct defense mechanisms, the number of species and individuals was small and most of the community members were specialists of the plants. On the other hand, within the community on plants without direct defense mechanisms, the number of species was large and the proportion of generalists was high. In addition, the number of individuals was very large on the remaining type B plants, but it was small on type D plants, which were inferred to have indirect defense mechanisms.
