重庆市国有企业高管薪酬的影响因素与激励效应研究

本文从高管控制权、公司绩效、代理成本三方面入手考察了重庆市国有企业高管薪酬的影响因素与激励效应.实证研究发现:(1)重庆市国有企业高管薪酬与控制权负相关,国企高管无法利用自身控制权影响薪酬制度制定或操纵盈余以提升薪酬水平;(2)重庆市国企高管的薪酬制度设计一定程度上体现出与公司绩效挂钩的特征,但较少考虑到长期绩效表现;(3)在薪酬管制且薪酬水平相对偏低的情况下,国企高管会通过管理费用、在职消费等隐性收入提高自身实际薪酬,增加了企业代理成本.     

Hidden Eating Disorders: Attachment and Affect Regulation in the Therapeutic Relationship

From the time I began working at a clinic that specialized in therapy with individuals with eating disorders, I have repeatedly encountered cases of clients hiding these symptoms from their therapists. When they finally do reveal the disorder, their therapists often worry that their clients are more disturbed than they thought and that, they, the therapists, did something wrong in the therapy. Although some therapeutic rupture can be part of the picture, I have found that these disclosures often reflect a client’s growing trust in the therapist’s presence and ability to help with feelings that have been, until now, dealt with through the eating behaviors themselves. In my attempts to understand what happens before and after an individual shares a hidden eating disorder with a therapist, I have found ideas from attachment theory, in particular those that explore links between attachment, affect regulation, and self-reflection, to be very helpful. Many authors have noted that eating disorders are related to problems with attachment, loss and separation, and affect regulation. Difficulties in these areas make it hard for clients to be self-reflective or use insight productively. In this article, I discuss my experience with the integration of these dynamics, which I have found to be key to successful psychotherapy with clients who hide their eating disorders.

居民重组因素的logistic回归分析

居民重组是城市系统的复杂问题。首次在长春市居民中进行的问卷调查,将877例有效问卷进行了统计分析,针对居民重组的影响因素进行了Logistic回归,结果入选了8项主要因素。     

中国城市流动人口影响因素的定量研究

利用公安部 1996年流动人口统计数据和国家统计局 1996年国民经济和社会发展统计数据 ,对中国城市流动人口的影响因素进行研究发现 :(1)城市流动人口规模与市区从业人口、市区个体劳动者人数、市区国内生产总值、市区工业总产值、市区利税总额、市区固定资产投资总额、市区社会消费品零售总额、市区实际利用外资金额和市区职工年平均工资相关显著 ;与市区人口、市区非农业人口、市区第二产业从业人员比重、市区第三产业从业人员比重、市区百元资金实现利税和市区客运总量相关不显著 ;与地区人口呈负相关。 (2 )流动人口超过 5 0万以上的城市 ,其流动人口规模与市区的社会经济因素回归效果较好 ,回归方程可以用于预测

当今,大学毕业生的就业成为全社会所关注的热点问题之一。作为就业弱势群体蒙古语授课大学毕业生的就业问题变得更加严峻。本文从社会环境、学校教育和学生个人素质条件等三个不同角度,分析了影响蒙古语授课大学毕业生就业的主要因素,并探讨了解决蒙古语授课学生就业问题的基本策略。     

An appraisal of key factors in the implementation of occupational stress interventions

Empirical research on stress intervention in organizations, and experience from organizational change programmes in general, indicates that obtaining intended change is often more difficult than it had been conceived to be at the outset. In order to facilitate the accomplishment of stress prevention and effective organizational change, this paper examines the importance of the social and cognitive processes influencing the implementation of any intervention. It states that if change is to be managed skilfully, it is important (1) to create a social climate of learning from failure, (2) to provide opportunities for multi-level participation and negotiation in the design of interventions, (3) to be aware of tacit behaviours that possibly undermine the objectives of interventions, and (4) to define roles and responsibilities before and during the intervention period.     

治疗性小组对患者的心理社会干预模式研究

本文旨在讨论治疗性小组工作对病人心理干预方面的作用及意义,初步建立其在患者心理干预中的有效模式。本研究认为患者在患病及康复过程中,对于治疗性小组有潜在的需求,设计合理、运用恰当的治疗性小组对于患者的心理干预能产生积极的影响。     

DEFINING MOMENTS: THE TENSION BETWEEN RICHNESS AND REACH

The defining moments of traditional spatially based higher education are made up of fixed and fluid experiences. These 'moments' are now creaking as funding per student falls and the romanticized ideal of an education detached from 'real' life falters under the weight of highly variable student experiences. Distance learning in all its guises has always been regarded as inferior by those embedded in the traditional system. However more and more students demand something different from costly campus-based education. It is time for a more open discussion about the tensions between richness and reach and the role that new facilities like the Internet could play in reaching more students without wallowing in the nostalgia that often accompanies such debates.
