五代御史台的设官基本沿袭唐制 ,然其品阶却有不小的变化 ,且外台兼职更加泛滥 ,致使监察效力大打折扣。从其职能来看 ,除了推鞠狱讼的范围进一步扩大化外 ,并有不断事务化的发展趋势 ,承担了许多本不属其职责范畴的事务性工作 ,严重影响了正常的监察工作。加之当时藩镇林立 ,强臣跋扈 ,尾大不掉 ,使御史台难以正常行使职能     

The effect of urinary incontinence on sexual functioning in turkish women of reproductive and menopausal ages

Objectives: The primary objective was to investigate the effects of urinary incontinence (UI) on Turkish women's sexual functioning. Methods: We evaluated 396 women and divided them into 4 groups: reproductive-aged women without UI (Group A), reproductive-aged women with UI (Group B), menopausal-aged women without UI (Group C), and menopausal-aged women with UI (Group D). Results: The mean Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) score was significantly higher and the Beck's Depression Inventory scores were significantly lower in Group A. FSFI scores showed a strong negative correlation with age and parity and a strong positive correlation with years of education. Conclusions: Our findings suggest that UI is an independent risk factor for female sexual problems.

Simultaneous estimation of several CDF’s: homogeneity constraint

Let {x_ij(1 ? j ? n_i)|i = 1, 2, …, k} be k independent samples of size n_j from respective distributions of functions F_j(x)(1 ? j ? k). A classical statistical problem is to test whether these k samples came from a common distribution function, F(x) whose form may or may not be known. In this paper, we consider the complementary problem of estimating the distribution functions suspected to be homogeneous in order to improve the basic estimator known as “empirical distribution function” (edf), in an asymptotic setup. Accordingly, we consider four additional estimators, namely, the restricted estimator (RE), the preliminary test estimator (PTE), the shrinkage estimator (SE), and the positive rule shrinkage estimator (PRSE) and study their characteristic properties based on the mean squared error (MSE) and relative risk efficiency (RRE) with tables and graphs. We observed that for k ? 4, the positive rule SE performs uniformly better than both shrinkage and the unrestricted estimator, while PTEs works reasonably well for k < 4.

基于市场结构与商品消费结构特点,中小生产商、零售商从关联性功能互补商品特征角度,通过商品零售终端进行战略联盟和商品组合,产生的相互贡献形成的稳定协同"粘性"结构.可以引导中小生产商、零售商通过零售终端战略联盟(连锁)集团组织(FRR)范式参与市场竞争.该范式不仅为资源互补型经济组织的战略联盟提供了理论依据.而且对调节目前市场结构,促进市场经济发展具有较为积极意义.
