基于双因素理论的民办高职院校教师薪酬激励性研究——以运城职业技术学院为例

民办高职院校实现跨越式发展必须在教学上凸显特色,发挥教师的积极性和创造性是民办高职院校迫切需要解决的问题之一。绩效薪酬在激励教师积极性方面可以发挥重要作用,设计具有强激励性的薪酬体系对民办高职院校发展具有现实意义。     

Efficient Use of Two Decks of Cards in Randomized Response Sampling

This paper extends the work of Russell (1976). Proof Is given that, for many parameter sets, all O:XB designs belonging to the set are connected. It is shown how an (M,S)-optinal design nay be selected from the M-optimal designs of a given parameter set. The efficiencies of these (M,S)-optimal designs are displayed, and it is concluded that the (M,S)-optimality criterion is useful for selecting designs of high efficiency.     

The estimation of adopted mortality and morbidity rates using model and the phase type law: the Turkish case

Abstract

This paper aims to estimate mortality rate, morbidity-mortality rates of a chronic disease utilizing phase type law in the frame of two and three state processes. The application on commonly used mortality tables in Turkey are adopted to process to estimate the future mortalities with respect to phase type distribution for the purpose of justifying. Using one absorbing state, two and three state Models calculate the time until absorbing of the death and death by phase type distribution for each gender. Consequently, the 3-state probabilities in estimating the mortality-morbidity rates of IHD for Turkish population yield a significant information on the health management and pricing health insurance products.     

Bayesian Prediction for Progressively Type-II Censored Data from the Rayleigh Model

ABSTRACT

The Rayleigh distribution is proposed to be the underlying model from which observables are to be predicted by using Bayesian approach. Progressively Type-II censored data from the Rayleigh distribution is considered and the two-sample prediction technique is used. Numerical computations and a simulation are given to illustrate the performance of the procedures.

双效应面板ELES模型的构建与实证研究

本文在拓展ELES模型传统假设的基础上,将ELES模型推广到面板数据模型。构建同时包含时间效应和个体效应的双效应面板ELES模型,提出实证研究中模型形式的识别检验流程,并利用面板ELES模型实证研究了2002-2012年期间我国城镇居民消费结构的变动特征。     

《旗亭记》作者考辨

清刻本《旗亭记》以"雅雨堂两种曲"名义刊行,卷首未署名,因此其作者归属颇具争议。勾稽史籍、文集、笔记等并深入考辨后可知《旗亭记》原为金兆燕所作,后经卢见曾润色删改。《旗亭记》在作者归属上的争议,反映了清人著作权意识淡漠的普遍现象,而幕主与幕宾社会、经济地位不对等的主从关系,则是著作权发生争议的关键所在。     

“新边塞诗”的历史经验

＂边塞新诗＂、＂新边塞诗＂和＂西部诗歌＂相互混淆,泛化且淡化了重点和特征,使得读者和作者都难以认知把握＂新边塞诗＂;宏观视角、＂大我胸襟＂的主流性或意识形态性,也使得＂新边塞诗＂的景观和情思呈现出明显的单一性,制约着后来诗人的跟进和发挥;＂新边塞诗＂的书写内涵和书写方式,又与后起的诗歌潮流相悖,最终也就后继无人。这是＂新边塞诗＂淡出诗坛的根源,也是应该记取的历史经验。
