本科生就业心理调查研究——以内蒙古呼和浩特市为例

本研究以内蒙古地区高校的应届本科毕业生为研究对象,采用问卷调查方式进行。调查了解了内蒙古呼和浩特市本科生就业心理的现状。研究结果显示内蒙古呼和浩特市本科生的就业心理既有积极的心理,又存在着一些问题。     

老年人孤独感的心理学研究进展

本文通过对国内外关于老年人孤独感研究的心理学文献进行系统梳理和总结，并在这些研究成果的基础上提出，国内老年人孤独感的未来研究方向应着重于中国特定文化背景与社会制度下老年人孤独感形成的心理机制与影响要素，特别是要构建出中国老年人孤独感的理论模型，从而开发具有实践意义的老年人孤独感干预方案。     

Beyond Positive Reinforcement

Abstract

This article comments on the need to recognize that OBM already is a “positive psychology” for many more reasons than just that it embraces positive reinforce as a cornerstone of workplace improvement. This paper suggests there are at least 10 ways in which OBM constitutes a distinctly “positive” and humanizing approach to management practices. These ways are enumerated and briefly reviewed.

A History of Psychological Research into the Runaway Phenomenon: From Delinquent to Street Kid

Abstract

A PsychINFO search and literature review revealed five major movements in the psychological study of runaway youths in the 20th century. These movements were: (i) A conceptual shiftfrom the study of running away as a behavior of delinquents to the study of runaways whose behavior is often delinquent. (ii) The influence of the Great Depression and subsequent changes from models of intellectual deficit and psychopathology to broader, multi-causal explanations, including running away as a normal reaction to adverse conditions. (iii) The sharp decline of publications related to runaways in the 1950s and reversion to deficit models. (iv) the influence of the Counterculture movement and return of multi-causal and normalized models of running away behavior. and (v) the cultural creation of the “street kid”.     

对考试焦虑状况的Logistic回归模型分析

文章通过自编的考试焦虑自我检验问卷对在校大学生进行了抽样调查,并应用聚类分析和Logistic回归分析对影响考试焦虑的原因进行探讨。得出影响因素主要有担心他人对自己的评价,担心个人未来前途,担心个人对考试准备不足三个方面。     

Utopian thought: Re-visioning gender,family, and community

Utopian ideals are vital to sustained engagement in the struggle to create a better society. However, the problematic aspects of utopian traditions also need to be addressed as part of the work of social movements. This paper offers a framework for exploring the interplay of healthy and pathological forms of idealization in groups and for analyzing the non-rational dimensions of group life. In critiquing communitarian thought, the paper develops a socialist— feminist and psychoanalytic perspective focusing on the connections between family, sexuality, and democratic community. The paper concludes with political strategies for grounding utopian ideals in contemporary struggles for reform. Les visions d'utopie jouent un rôle très important dans les mouvements visant àfaire une transformation sociale. Pourtant, dans ces projets tranformatifs, il faut aussi tenir compte des aspects les plus problématiques des traditions utopiques. Dans cet article, les auteurs proposent une stratégie pour l'exploration de l'effet réciproque des formes d'idéalisation saines et pathologiques et pour analyser les aspects non-raisonnables en la vie des groupes sociales. En critiquant les idées des ‘communitarians’, une perspective socialist—feministe et psychoanalytique est présentée qui met au centre de l'analyse les rapports entre la famille, la sexualité et la communautédemocratique. Pour conclure, on propose quelques stratégies politiques pour intégrer des idéales utopiques dans les luttes actuelles pour la réforme.

在唐代能迎娶公主可谓是无上的荣耀，但同时也伴随着许多不可预测的事变与灾祸，加之个人心理、性情、人格的不同以及身份背景等的不同，唐代世人在面对国婚之时其心态可表现为一个系列：或孜孜以求、欣然接受，或忧惧畏怯却依然接受，或内心坚决反对因而畏避借以推辞。     

“好孩子”心理问题分析

在中国,父母总是教育自己的孩子做个“好孩子”,很少有人看到“好孩子”所存在的心理问题,以及导致这种心理问题的家庭社会因素。本文通过一个前来咨询的“好孩子”的案例,运用精神分析的方法剖析了这种“好孩子”心理问题的现象、成因,并提出了解决办法。     

阿尔弗雷德·阿德勒：促进人类精神发展的里程碑式的心理学家

进步的思想既是人类文化的宝贵财富,又是人类向着光明未来不断前进的内在强大动力。本文运用马克思主义哲学观点,在辩证地批判地分析西方心理学家阿德勒的心理学理论的基础上,通过论述其心理学思想中的进步因素,剖析其不合理的内容,试图为增进人类的健康和幸福提供一点心理学依据。
