网络政治参与的民主价值透视

本文主要从正负两个方向分析了网络政治参与的民主价值,指出网络政治参与削弱了信息集权控制的能力增加了政治参与手段和途径凸显了少数派权力,具有正向民主化价值。另外也可能使信息集权控制更加隐蔽,加剧信息两极分化,甚至造成网络无政府状态,具有负向民主化价值。     

基于非参数Copula-CVaR模型的碳金融市场集成风险测度

我国商业银行等金融机构在参与国际碳金融业务时面临复杂多变的市场环境,其风险评估及预警体系的构建需考虑风险因子的多源性与相依性,对碳金融市场集成风险进行科学测度具有重要意义。本文采用非参数核估计方法确定碳金融市场价格波动与汇率波动两类风险因子的边缘分布,并通过拟合优度检验选择最优Copula函数准确刻画风险因子之间非线性、动态的相依结构,实现对集成条件风险价值CVaR的有效测度。通过Kupiec回测检验及对比各类传统风险测度方法的优劣,发现非参数Copula-CVaR模型能够弥补传统风险测度方法在度量多源风险因子相依性时存在的局限性,避免参数法确定边缘分布时可能出现的模型设定风险与参数估计误差,充分考虑尾部风险,为碳金融市场集成风险测度提供新思路。     

Intelligence and childlessness

Demographers debate why people have children in advanced industrial societies where children are net economic costs. From an evolutionary perspective, however, the important question is why some individuals choose not to have children. Recent theoretical developments in evolutionary psychology suggest that more intelligent individuals may be more likely to prefer to remain childless than less intelligent individuals. Analyses of the National Child Development Study show that more intelligent men and women express preference to remain childless early in their reproductive careers, but only more intelligent women (not more intelligent men) are more likely to remain childless by the end of their reproductive careers. Controlling for education and earnings does not at all attenuate the association between childhood general intelligence and lifetime childlessness among women. One-standard-deviation increase in childhood general intelligence (15 IQ points) decreases women’s odds of parenthood by 21–25%. Because women have a greater impact on the average intelligence of future generations, the dysgenic fertility among women is predicted to lead to a decline in the average intelligence of the population in advanced industrial nations.

哈耶克的默会知识理论揭示出默会知识是人类知识大厦的基础,在人和社会的生成中有着重要的作用,是社会有序协调发展的知识和文化根基,应当以个人默会知识效用的最大化发挥作为判定社会运行机制合理性的依据。当前,我们应当从工具理性、价值理性和审美理性的有机统一来完善理性,在人们的交往实践中汇聚默会知识,实现科学知识、道德知识、审美知识的共同增长,将市场配置资源的决定性作用与汇聚默会知识和完善理性相结合,克服工具理性和资本逻辑的现代性困境,构建当代中国知识型的合理化社会,增强创新驱动,走出中等收入国家陷阱。     

刑事司法关系规范的宪法重释

刑事司法关系是刑事司法机关在办理刑事案件过程中产生的关系,是我国司法权力运行机制改革的关键环节,应回归宪法文本对其进行重构。但《宪法》第135条只是刑事司法关系的规范性陈述,并不是刑事司法关系规范。刑事司法关系规范可以分为主体规范、条件规范和目的规范,具有融贯性、开放性和包容性等特征。刑事司法关系规范的确定应将《宪法》第135条置于宪法文本的发展脉络,对其在整体宪法规范秩序之中所处的体系地位和所发挥的功能以及所处的社会语境进行全面分析,并与其他具体法律规定的关系进行融贯性解释。随着宪法的修改和社会的发展,刑事司法关系的规范内涵也有所改变,逐渐趋向法治框架下的审判中心、权力制约和人权保障,这应为我国的司法改革所遵循。     

Development and validation of the Perceived Investment Value (PIV) scale

This study aims to develop a complementary and more comprehensive measurement to assess the nature of investment value affecting consumers’ investment behavior. Recent research suggests that consumers may desire and obtain certain outcomes from investments that have not been anticipated in mainstream finance and economics literature. These benefits might be hedonistic or altruistic, self-expressive or emotional and experiential. Yet, while an increasing amount of attention has been paid to this topic, little effort has been made to develop an appropriate measurement scale for the subjective consumer perceptions of investments. To address this gap in the literature, this study introduces the concept of Perceived Investment Value (PIV), and develops and validates a measurement scale for the concept. The ultimate 18-item PIV scale parsimoniously represents six Perceived Investment Value dimensions: Economic value—Monetary savings; Economic value—Efficiency; Functional value—Convenience; Emotional value—Emotions and Experiences; Symbolic value—Altruism; and Symbolic value—Esteem. The final measurement scale demonstrates acceptable reliability and validity. Implications related to the developed scale are discussed in terms of their potential to inform a future research agenda.     

Investigating value structure: Using theory-based starting configurations in Multidimensional Scaling (Research Note)

Abstract

Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) has been a central tool of psychological research into value structure for more than two decades. MDS is usually applied in an exploratory way because strict confirmatory analyses are still difficult to realize, due to the manifold problems of how to impose regional constraints on MDS solutions. “Weak confirmatory approaches” (Borg & Staufenbiel, 2007) which use a theory-based starting configuration could be an acceptable compromise. In this paper, we outline how such a configuration can be derived from Schwartz's (1992, p. 14) original model, which is characterized by a strict circular structure. Such a “parsimonious” structure seems particularly suited for multi-method studies. We also apply this configuration to the Spanish value data from the first three rounds of the European Social Survey to illustrate the procedure. Finally, we show how to test whether and to what extent regional adjustments of single items affect the overall fit of the respective MDS solution.     

文章出轨《致歉声明》之语篇分析

语篇分析多用于政治事件的评述。利用系统功能语法三大元功能理论为指导，对《文章出轨致歉声明》这一语篇进行分析，将这一理论应用于其他领域（娱乐圈）文本分析。通过分析，认为本具有致歉声明表示悔过之意的特质，但是危机公关色彩亦十分明显。     

汉译伊斯兰教典籍同经异译研究--以《四篇要道》与《车哈雷凡速》为例

《四篇要道》和《车哈雷凡速》都译自波斯语著作《率苏理》（ Fals）。由于译作年代、翻译者汉语水平及翻译风格等不同，两部异译经在翻译形式和用词风格等方面均存在明显差异，从中可管窥伊斯兰教异译经在考释词语、辨明通假、语意理解及回族经堂语词汇、语法等方面所反映出的语言学价值，补我国伊斯兰教典籍研究之阙。     

丝绸之路上散落的一颗文学明珠——《弥勒会见记》

民族古籍文献是少数民族文化的传承载体，亦是中华民族的重要文化遗产和宝贵财富。伴随着佛教的传播与流布，西域出现了诸多极具文学艺术价值的佛典，回鹘文《弥勒会见记》即为典型代表。 《弥勒会见记》是一部融宗教色彩和文学创作于一体的翻译作品，它不但开启了回鹘民族戏剧文学创作的先河，而且亦是我国现存最早的戏剧文学作品。
