从新文学城乡视域看“知青文学”的价值和意义

中国新文学中的城市与乡村叙事作为话语的建构分别呈现出复杂的情态。作为中国新文学有机链条的一个组成环节,知青文学不可能完全摆脱新文学话语体系逻辑的制约;作为一个表现出浓厚的“代际”特征的文学现象,知青文学中常见的主人公在城乡之间的徘徊姿态,表征出的是知青文学在中国20世纪文学史环节的过渡性特点,预示着80年代以来文学重心根本性的转移：“都市”取代“乡村”成为文学想象的中心。     

大学生视力与身体素质测试指标及体格发育的相关性研究

以安徽省高校17 ～ 22周岁大学生为研究对象,采用SPSS13.0进行检验,对男、女视力正常学生和视力不良学生的身体素质测试指标进行统计分析,得出P＞0.05,两组无显著差异;身体质量指数（BMI）对学生视力影响较小,P＞0.05,正常学生组和不良学生组无显著差异.学生BMI较高的学生,视力相对较好;右眼不良视力高于左眼,P ＜0.05具有差异性.     

Linking organisational commitment with continuous learning through peripheral vision and procedural memory

Under some circumstances such as the lack of commitment of peers or the imposition of excessive authority, many employees tend to turn a blind eye to either the development of new, more effective procedures or recognise that new or modified customer needs have developed. In these situations, organisational commitment is a preliminary step not only to the effective implementation of current procedures but also to questioning values of the organisation and future needs of customers. This study proposes that organisational commitment helps alleviate these problems by maintaining an ambidextrous perspective between procedural memory and peripheral vision to promote continuous learning. This research has therefore been conducted to explain both conceptually and empirically how peripheral vision could interact with and influence procedural memory, and hence facilitate continuous learning (CL) within the business. While peripheral vision is often associated with developing and supporting knowledge structures for the exploration of new opportunities and with identifying and addressing new clients, many consider these knowledge structures as examples of organisational routines and procedures, and thus as aspects of the ‘procedural memory’ of an organisation. To contribute to the understanding of these relationships, this study addresses two questions: (1) Are outcomes of CL processes within the organisation determined by the presence of organisational procedural memory – both skills and knowledge, and (2) Does an improved peripheral vision result in higher levels of learning? After using PLS-SEM on a sample of 203 employees of Spanish banks, our findings support the theory that peripheral vision facilitates the emergence of new and unconventional behaviours within a culture, which in turn has a positive effect on the firm’s continuous learning.

文献综述及现状梳理表明现有法治思维和法治方式的理论及实践尚未具备国际视野。一方面基于国际法治的特殊性,国内层面的法治思维和法治方式无法在国际层面自动适用;另一方面出于在国际层面运用法治思维和法治方式的现实需要,法治思维和法治方式具有拓展其国际视野的必要性。法治思维和法治方式拓展国际视野的前提是完善反映国际国内法治连结事项的国内法治;方法是针对国际法治的特殊性作出强调主动参与、形式法治及道德责任的调整;目标是在国际社会中标识中国立场。

儒家终极关怀论的现代建构--牟宗三“内在超越说”论析

“内在超越说”是牟宗三建构的现代儒家终极关怀论,它基于天人之间的内在一致性而肯定人之超越的可能,基本内容包含了“境界形态”和“实有形态”两条超越理路,相应地体现出“注重理则”与“注重实践”两大理论特征。相对于西方哲学中唯理论与经验论的对峙,“内在超越说”借鉴中国哲学独特的实践观念得以贯通上述两个方面,对现代儒家终极关怀论的建构提供了有益的启发。     

服装设计与文化

本文从文化与现代服装设计的关系谈起，分析了存在于服装设计过程中文化虚无主义产生的原因，指出文化作为语言及人造物(服装)的灵魂将会存在其始终，并且现代设计不仅仅是视觉的，同时也是知觉的、经验的，论述了服装的差异性存在于文化的选择性和差异性，不同的社会背景产生不同的文化差异。随着加入世贸，消费环境的改变，建立一个由综合工业、劳力资源和专家教授为一体的时代已经到来，早日生产出文化风格“古典”式的产品，使我国的品牌服装产品早日打入国际市场。     

Reflections on the distinctiveness of European management scholarship

Management scholarship and the journal publication process has been increasingly criticised for being overly elitist and largely irrelevant to the needs of business. There is some justification for such criticisms. Yet, paradoxically, university business schools must resist the urge to be superficially relevant in order to be genuinely useful. I argue here that the very best of management research scholarship relies on a ‘scholarship of common sense’ that actively mirrors the very best of business and management practices. Artistic rigour, much more than technical rigour is needed. Openness, empirical sensitivity and the capacity for achieving ‘flying leaps’ of imagination, are to be preferred to procedural adherence in the research process. This alternative understanding of academic rigour and the intellectual richness and diversity of perspectives associated with it is clearly more evident in the British and European intellectual traditions. Such a European-styled management scholarship can help in actively reshaping the intellectual landscape, priorities and parameters of management research by encouraging the kind of scholarly contributions that is not simply technically rigorous, but imaginatively interesting and often counterintuitive.
