网络游戏“私服”、“外挂”行为的民事法律责任研究

“私服”、“外挂”行为严重威胁和冲击着网络游戏产业的健康发展。界定了“私服”、“外挂’’行为，指出了“私服”、“外挂”行为的危害性．并在此基础上进一步研究了“私服”、“外挂”行为构成要件内容的特殊性、承担民事责任的方式和损害赔偿数额的确定，最后提出了“私服”、“外挂”的立法建议。这有利于网络游戏产业的健康发展，净化网络文化环境，打击“私服”、“外挂”行为。     

乐透型彩票设计合理性的数学分析

研究了基本乐透型彩票类型的管理模型，根据概率论公式计算出获得各种奖项的可能性、并利用剩余奖金金额、彩票的吸引力等指标评价了彩票设计方案的合理性，推算出彩票发行部门收益最高的选号范围。     

语言的模糊性与得体性

论述了语言的模糊性与得体性的关系。模糊语言是通过语境起作用的。语境或场合对模糊语言具有释义功能和制约功能。“信息量的切适度”与“人际意义的合意度”问题是语言得体性的两个方面。以实例分析了切适度与合意度通过模糊语言得以实现。语言的模糊性是实现语言得体性的手段或策略之一。     

Why Study Risk Perception?

Studies of risk perception examine the opinions people express when they are asked, in various ways, to characterize and evaluate hazardous activities and technologies. This research aims to aid risk analysis and societal decision making by (i) improving methods for eliciting opinions about risk, (ii) providing a basis for understanding and anticipating public responses to hazards, and (iii) improving the communication of risk information among laypeople, technical experts, and policy makers.     

试论中国房产税的功能发挥与立法改革

中国房产税目前应着重发挥其调控经济和控制房价的功能,即通过税收立法手段改变投资者及投机者的经济预期,以稳定房价并使房屋还原居住属性的真实面目。通过执行超额累进税率并充分扩大税基,来保护正常购房者的合理住房需求并抑制投资投机需求。同时,根据政策需要逐步由超额累进税率转变为较低的比例税率。     

Connectivity in urbanizing landscapes: The importance of habitat configuration,urban area size,and dispersal

Human activities affect both the amount and configuration of habitat. These changes have important ecological implications that can be measured as changes in landscape connectivity. I investigated how urbanization interacts with the initial amount and aggregation of habitat to change dispersal potential, restoration potential, and the risk of spatially extensive disturbances. I used a factorial set of simulated landscapes and subjected each landscape to habitat loss by overlaying 66 different US urban areas. I used a common connectivity metric, CONNECT, to assess the magnitude and direction of changes for a range of dispersal distances. My results show that the relationship between habitat loss and connectivity loss is non-linear and subject to interactions between the spatial patterns of habitat distribution, urban morphology, and dispersal capabilities. The implications of a given urban form vary widely as a function of habitat distribution and dispersal capabilities. This implies that impact assessments, restoration activities, and conservation planning should consider historical habitat distribution when evaluating observed changes in connectivity. While my results clearly show that more aggregated or continuous habitats are more vulnerable to connectivity loss, this approach can also be used to identify landscapes where restoring connectivity will be particularly effective, for example through placement of stepping stone habitats.     

实验室工作定量评价

针对实验室工作各指标量纲不统一,较难定量度量的情况.笔者力图采用集对分析,给定一指标优值,将被评人员各指标连同其量纲与指标优值直接比较定量评价,以合理、全面反映实验室工作的质与量.使分配更能体现多劳多得的原则,进一步词动实验室人员的工作积极性.     

在双模相干光场作用下的三能级原子的偶极压缩效应

应用量子光学理论 ,研究了在双模相干光场作用下三能级原子的偶极压缩效应 结果表明 ,在弱光场作用下 ,三能级原子呈现明显的偶极压缩效应 ,偶极压缩的大小和频率与双模相干光场的强度和失谐量的大小以及原子与光场的耦合强度有密切的关联     

连分式算法插值顺序的有效安排

n节连分式算法是一个实用的一维搜索方法。构造连分式插位函数时,部分分母的计算在该算法中占有较大的比重,本文通过对插值点先后顺序的有效安排,使得部分分母的计算量下降近三分之一。最后,对该算法可能遇到的数值困难提供了一个实施方案。     

对我国公路水运交通省际资本存量(1952-2004)的估算

交通运输业是我国固定资产投资最大的产业之一,对交通运输业资本存量的核算是核算其在国民经济增长中作用以及制定和评价交通发展战略的基础,本文在借鉴其他研究的基础上,从4个方面讨论了估算资本存量的方法,并且估算了我国1952-2004年省际公路、水运交通业资本存量。
