Early experiences of mentoring: Design and use of multimedia materials for teaching OR/MS

The MENTOR project, based at the University of Strathclyde, is producing multimedia computer based learning materials with the aim of improving both the effectiveness and the efficiency of teaching Operational Research/Management Science in higher education. The process of development has been carefully designed to encourage ownership of and commitment to the materials amongst lecturing staff in Universities, with the aim of ensuring widespread use. The paper outlines this process of development and design of materials. Experiences in introducing students to the use of these materials as an integrated part of a Management Science class are reported. Feedback from students has been very positive but also indicates the need for ongoing support and direction.

基于生态学的通讯设备制造业的技术创新种群演化分析

技术创新群是指行业内技术创新主体的集合.分析技术创新种群行为主要是研究行业内技术创新种群量的变化规律,以及行业内不同技术创新种群之间的演化关系.本文应用生态学的种群理论与分析方法,探讨了研究这一问题的方法,并进行了实例验证.     

论中国脱贫攻坚的理论与实践创新

党的十八大以来,我国扶贫开发进入脱贫攻坚阶段。脱贫攻坚理论与实践创新不断深化推进,不仅彰显脱贫攻坚在决胜全面小康社会进程中的重要地位,也预示贫困研究与贫困干预模式的转型。在习近平扶贫思想引导下,坚持精准扶贫精准脱贫方略,推进扶贫体制、机制、路径的改革创新。顶层设计日益完善,实践领域不断破局,取得了前所未有的减贫成效。基于打赢脱贫攻坚战的实践经验与现实需要,贫困研究和反贫困实践的互动愈加频繁,新理论引导实践不断创新发展,实践发展又为理论创新拓展经验基础。脱贫攻坚“理论[CD*2]政策[CD*2]实践”互动转换,建构了意识形态话语与政策科学研究的互动空间,避免了学术研究成果与现实发展需求的割裂,也激发了学术与政策领域的研究活力。推进这一模式的发展与完善不仅有助于脱贫攻坚的理论与实践创新,也有助于为世界减贫提供中国方案。     

锦州皮影艺术特征及其创新发展研究

作为非物质文化遗产,锦州皮影随着社会发展而不断出现新的变化：皮影道具的制作由牛皮、塑料等材料取代了驴皮,皮影戏表演由多人取代了单人,皮影戏表演内容由“熊出没”“小苹果”等现代题材取代了“仙鹤斗乌龟”等传统节目。分析锦州皮影的创新发展之路,对保护与传承非物质文化遗产、促进民间艺术发展具有重要意义。     

新常态下供销社经营模式的转型与创新研究

随着我国新型四化的深入推进,农村经济建设迈入了新阶段。在新常态下,供销社的迫切任务是加快转型升级,切实提高为农服务能力。因而这就要求我们既要把握好传统业务,又要善用改革和创新的思维开拓新型业务,用业务经营发展促使供销社转型升级。面对我国经济发展新常态,供销社过去长期积累起来的服务“三农”的宝贵经验遇到了很大的挑战,在经营过程中所暴露出的经营方式、手段等方面都存在着很多弊端,进而阻碍了供销社的生存与发展。供销社要想走为农服务的道路,转型与创新势在必行。基于经济发展新常态,分析供销社在发展中存在的突出问题;研究供销社进行转型与创新的必要性;最后归纳总结供销社经营模式的创新途径。     

基于知识图谱的员工创新行为研究分析

以中国知网数据库2007—2017年收录的题名中含有“员工创新行为”的293篇期刊论文作为数据来源,借助CiteSpace5.0软件绘制可视化知识图谱,对该时间段国内员工创新行为研究的年度发文量、发文机构、文献来源机构、代表性学者及研究热点进行可视化分析。研究结果表明：2007—2010年,员工创新行为研究的载文量较少但呈逐步增长趋势,2010—2017年,员工创新行为发文量增长趋势明显;发文量排名前20的研究机构中有19个为高校;载文量在5篇以上的期刊主要为经济管理类期刊;其研究热点主要集中在员工创新行为主体研究,以及个人特征、领导力、组织文化与氛围等员工创新行为前因变量研究。未来的研究方向为：开发适合中国情境的员工创新行为量表,在整体视角下探讨不同创新主体之间的关联及员工创新行为的结果变量等。     

A Research on Tourism Development Level Measurement and Innovation Integration Development in Bay Area of Hangzhou Bay

As a national strategic pillar industry of tourism, it is very important to explore the innovation and integration of tourism industry in Bay area of Hangzhou Bay. Based on the economic data of seven cities in Bay area of Hangzhou Bay from 2003 to 2016, this paper establishes an index system for evaluating the competitiveness of tourism industry, uses the method of information entropy weight to determine the index weight, and uses the method of standard deviation and coefficient of variation to measure the development level of tourism industry in Bay area comprehensively. The results show that:(1) The competitiveness of tourism industry in Bay area has risen slightly over the past 14 years, and the ranking of competitiveness of cities has shown a stable trend, and the trend of integration is obvious. (2) The advantages of human tourism resources in Bay area urban agglomeration are obvious. It is necessary to reorganize, complement, innovate and integrate the tourism resources of each city in the region, and take “culture + science and technology” as the driving force to promote the transformation, upgrading, innovation and development of tourism products.(3) The tourism industry in Bay area should take resource endowment as its core competitiveness, strengthen the construction of ecological environment in the whole region, seek the upgrading and expansion mode of “pan-text tourism industry” with the help of information technology and regional excellent traffic conditions, economic basis and innovation ability, and realize the leap of “quality” of the competitiveness of tourism industry in Bay area.     

论新时期党内监督的机制创新

改革开放40年来,中国共产党党内监督制度不断完善,但仍存在有效供给不足、参与方式单一、常态化参与机制缺乏和内部控制不规范等问题。这些问题不仅阻碍我国民主政治建设的发展,也引发新的社会矛盾和社会问题。在党的“依法执政、民主执政、科学执政”的治国理念下,党内监督应坚持合法性、导向性、科学性、规范性、平等性、协商性和可操作性原则。建立网络引导和监督机制、党员全程协商民主参与突发事件预警与快速处置机制、党员自发防范境内外敌对势力渗入机制、党内监督参与指标的综合模态化评价机制以及加强党和国家监督体系的制度性建设等方面进行全面和深度改革,是党内监督体制机制创新的重要内容。
