生源趋减形势下普通高校发展思考

针对近年来高考报名人数减少,录取人数逐年增加,高校面临着优质生源减少、办学规模缩减、教学体制改革等一系列问题,结合有关文献提出落实和扩大高校办学自主权,校地、校企合作办学,高校合并重组、资源整合等意见和建议,并进一步推出面向社会各年龄阶段人员招生,面向国外招收学生等解决办法。     

A subset selection procedure for multinomial distributions

A subset selection procedure is developed for selecting a subset containing the multinomial population that has the highest value of a certain linear combination of the multinomial cell probabilities; such population is called the ‘best’. The multivariate normal large sample approximation to the multinomial distribution is used to derive expressions for the probability of a correct selection, and for the threshold constant involved in the procedure. The procedure guarantees that the probability of a correct selection is at least at a pre-assigned level. The proposed procedure is an extension of Gupta and Sobel's [14] selection procedure for binomials and of Bakir's [2] restrictive selection procedure for multinomials. One illustration of the procedure concerns population income mobility in four countries: Peru, Russia, South Africa and the USA. Analysis indicates that Russia and Peru fall in the selected subset containing the best population with respect to income mobility from poverty to a higher-income status. The procedure is also applied to data concerning grade distribution for students in a certain freshman class.     

There is No Place Like Home: The Body as the Scene of the Crime in Sexual Assault Intervention

ABSTRACT

“The body is the scene of the crime,” is an oft-repeated phrase among nurses conducting sexual assault forensic examinations. This instruction reminds nurses that the object under scrutiny, the sexually violated body, is the location and source of establishing legal evidence. The nurses' interest lies in recovering evidentiary materials towards deriving a future juridical truth and providing a means for remedy or restitution. The constitution of truth obscures how the subject comes to be at home and dwell in a world where rape occurs. This article argues that regarding the body as a crime scene is more than a rhetorical or pedagogical move made by forensic practitioners. Rather, forensic examination is constituted through rigorous and meticulous techniques that scrutinize the body of the sexually violated subject in such a way that the harming and healing capacities of the domestic are disarticulated from one another. What is at stake is the state's reliance on a notion of the domestic as a sphere to which one might return and heal, even in instances where the domestic itself is the source or site of injury, such as incest and domestic violence.

针对田径运动会检查裁判工作易出现的问题,提出了要抓好赛前学习,熟悉检查工作程序;赛中突出检查工作的重点和难点;赛后做好分析和总结工作.     

浅析书法及科举在汉字规范化中的作用

中国的书法艺术兴起于魏晋时期。晋设立书博士．文字的书写成为求取功名的必修课，这一方面促进了书法艺术的发展，另一方面客观上使书写者自觉养成良好的写字习惯，正确使用汉字。杜绝了社会上的用字混乱现象，规范意识深入人心。从唐以后，科举取士与书写规范紧密相连．历朝历代上到皇帝，下到各级官吏，都能手书规范字体，这对社会用字无疑起到了示范作用。我们现在讲汉字规范化，重字形重字音．而对书写的关注则明显不足。所以，应尝试借鉴一些封建时代书法科举等有利的因素，促进汉字书写的规范化。     

自主招生公平问题探析

当下有关高校招生改革的诸多话题中,自主招生是最受关注的问题。其之所以被热议,是因为存在诸多的公平问题。不仅造成阶层、地域及城乡之间学生机会的差异,而且深受人情介入与侵扰。自主招生出现公平方面的问题,大致有经济、文化、制度等方面原因。治理当下自主招生的不公平,首要任务在于完善制度,而完善制度的首要方面在于公开透明。首重公平应成为自主招生最重要的改革原则,一切制度的设计都应首先围绕公平来进行。自主招生的公平问题为全社会所关注,对其不公平的治理也同样需要社会各界努力,外部力量应积极介入到改革的进程中。     

商业秘密行政救济制度研究

在商业秘密遭受侵害时，行政救济是重要的救济途径。目前，我国商业秘密行政救济制度还存在一些缺陷，如：行政救济主体的确定不合理，对“责令停止违法行为”性质的认识、运用、执行存在问题，罚款的设置不尽合理。对此，应由专利管理部门主管技术秘密的救济，将“责令停止违法行为”界定为行政裁决并具体化，针对不同的侵害商业秘密的行为设置不同的罚款数额。     

从伦理视角完善我国的代为同意制度

知情同意理论当下已经成为医法学者研究的热点。我国知情同意理论法律制度的不健全，特别是作为其重要组成部分的代为同意制度的不完善，严重地阻碍了医患关系的发展。以伦理视角为切入点，可以从下列几个方面完善该制度：一是确立紧急情形下强制诊治义务和责任限制原则；二是规范紧急情形下代为同意主体排序和程序；三是健全代为同意的社会责任保障制度。     

Designing selection experiments with bernoulli populations

This paper is concerned with a fixed size subset selection problem for Bernoulli populations in the framework of the indifference zone approach. The goal is to select s populationswhich contain at least c of those with the t largest success probabilities. In order to control the probability of correct selection over the preference zone extensive tables of exact minimum sample sizes have been prepared to implement the single-stage procedure generalized from the well-known Sobel-Huyett procedure. It is shown how the tables can also be employed to design certain closedsequential procedures. These procedures curtail the sampling process of the single-stage procedureand may differ in their sampling rules. Two procedures working with play-the-winner rules are described in detail     

明清以来区域社会的科举、婚姻与移民现象——以福建永定县《济阳江氏高头族谱(南山房)》为例

在中国传统社会,族谱作为一个宗族的象征,它以血缘传承为纽带,以辨昭穆、序长幼、敬宗收族为宗旨而编修,构成了族人的共同历史记忆,同时它关于族人生卒年月、科举、婚姻以及移居的记载,又反映了家族发展和区域社会变迁的历史过程。本文以《济阳江氏高头族谱(南山房)》中的有关记载为分析内容,以高南江氏世琥系心学支派为考察对象,通过该案例的分析,以地方宗族形成发展过程中继嗣群体的科举、婚姻与移民现象来理解大历史背景下的区域社会变迁。
