东晋南朝墓志文中包含着丰富的历史地名资料,尤其是与墓主籍贯、婚姻、仕宦、爵位及葬地等相关的政区地名,加上其兼具作为出土材料之真实性、可靠性的突出特征,故可据之以补充、核实、纠正传世文献的相关记载。本文即择其与传世文献记载颇有岐异者,略作考释,以补史阙。

行政区划调整是在城镇化快速推进背景下，为实现区域或城市经济协调发展而采取的一种手段。2010年北京市行政区划调整在资源整合、城市空间拓展和城市效率提高方面具有重要意义，对城市各主体和制度创新带来重大影响，同时也启示未来各地区的行政区划调整，要以区域经济发展作为最根本目标，把握调整的着眼点放到区域资源的整合上，努力实现区域管治的目标。     

Factors Holding Back Small Third Sector Organizations’ Engagement with the Local Public Sector

In many developed countries there has been a shift from grants to contracts as a source of local public sector funding of the third sector. Smaller third sector organizations may struggle to compete for this funding due to the complex process of accessing and maintaining this funding and conveying their capabilities to funding providers. This study utilizes data from the United Kingdom to determine what factors increase these administrative and communication barriers for smaller organizations. Resources in income and volunteers affect perceptions of the process of obtaining funding. A solution may be standardization of evaluation and monitoring, but this may lead to isomorphism and loss of variety of provision. Better two‐way communication may allow local authorities to retain variety in public service provision through improved knowledge of their partners.

老挝经济特区与经济专区投资的机遇与挑战

为实现国民经济与社会发展的目标,摆脱不发达国家的现状,老挝政府加快了改善商业环境、完善各种法律法规、加强金融基础设施建设等举措。为吸引外商投资,老挝于2003年设立经济特区与经济专区,至2009年发布了促进投资法新版本,给予国内外投资者相同权利。这成为外国投资者在老挝投资的机遇,使老挝的制造业、物流、服务业等行业走向市场经济管理模式。采用SWOT分析法对老挝经济特区与经济专区的投资优势、劣势以及机遇与挑战进行分析,并据此提出相关政策建议。     

行政生态学视角下山区乡镇行政体制改革研究

运用行政生态学的研究方法分析山区乡镇行政体制所处的政治、经济和社会行政生态环境，探讨山区乡镇行政体制与其行政生态环境之间相互影响、相互依赖的关系，对推进山区乡镇行政体制改革，促进山区乡镇的转型发展具有重要意义。当前我国行政生态环境不断变化发展，山区乡镇行政体制中与行政生态环境不相适应的问题也日渐凸显。通过发挥山区行政体制与其行政生态环境之间的互动关系，从科学设置职能部门、推进行政执法权与审批权的下放、完善山区乡镇财政制度、建立灵活的用人机制和激励机制等方面推进山区乡镇行政体制改革，从而保持山区乡镇行政体制与其行政生态环境之间的动态平衡。     

Occupational Identity in Administrative Service Work: The Aspect of Carefulness

This article explores ‘carefulness’ as a salient aspect of occupational identity in two administrative service occupations. Drawing on empirical data obtained through interviews with medical secretaries and post‐office cashiers, and on a theoretical perspective sensitive to different bases of identification and classification, the meanings and ambiguities of carefulness are discussed in a wider context of gender, modernity and office work. The empirical material indicates that the theme of carefulness is closely connected to issues of competence and power. It is the author's argument that a closer focus on competence‐related themes and concepts central to working individuals themselves, combined with an occupational identity approach that takes modernity as well as gender into consideration, will contribute to a better understanding of the contested realities of administrative service work.     

婚姻的经济学分析

本文试图运用经济学的分析方法 ,对婚姻这一社会现象作出一般的分析。其中包括婚姻契约的形成、婚姻市场、婚姻契约的解除等方面。最后 ,文章进一步对中国传统婚姻市场这一个案进行了解析 ,并指出婚姻契约和婚姻市场的共性和中国传统婚姻市场的个性特征共同决定了当代婚姻现象

党的十七大为中国行政法学理论的发展指明了方向,对构建与完善中国行政法学理论意义重大。综合运用实证分析、比较分析等方法,研究依法行政下的政府管理理念、行政机构间的协调配合机制以及行政权力正确行使的制度保障。提出今后行政法学阶段理论要尽快实现从"干涉行政"到"服务行政"的转变,行政主体理论要紧紧围绕大部门体制改革思路进行构建,进一步完善公共参与和行政公开行政程序理论。
