维吾尔语动词的分类和动词支配的语义成分

维吾尔语动词分为动作动词、状态动词、经验动词和关系动词四大类。每类下按动词配价能力又可分为一价动词、二价动词、三价动词三类。动词支配的语义成分有主事、与事、客事和补事之分。     

古代皇太后“称制”制度存在、延续的基本原因

尽管先秦儒家经典强调"牝鸡之晨,惟家之索",但我国古代王朝在幼主继位时,长期实行的基本上仍是皇太后"称制",即掌握统治大权的制度。这是由于在家天下和君主专制制度下,皇太后"称制"具有最关心巩固幼主君位这一无可替代的优越主观条件所决定的。     

Grounding Childhood (Trans)National Identities in the Everyday

This paper engages with the lived and experiential aspects of (trans)national identities in childhood, through the exploration of an ethnographic biography of a Greek‐Albanian boy in Athens. Through a grounded ethnographic approach, we examine the ways in which he experiences and negotiates his (trans)national identity. Our analysis demonstrates the everyday subtle and sophisticated understanding of the complexities and contradictions of national identities, and the child's own positioning within that. In conclusion, we suggest that interdisciplinary approaches should be assumed in the study of (trans)national identities in childhood, and ones that are grounded in children's own meaning making of their experiences of such identities.     

The assembly of active participation by parents of children subject to a multi‐agency model of early intervention in child and family services

The Common Assessment Framework provides a model of early intervention, which is familiar in local authorities throughout England, and asserts a participatory framework of child and family engagement. This paper is based on a qualitative study of parents and children who were subject to a multi‐agency process of early intervention in children's social care in a local authority in the Midlands of England. I advance the concept of assemblage to consider the basis of an active service user participation as rather more a struggle to achieve than something that has been granted by practitioner agencies. Interview extracts are used to show the enrolment and assembly of participation as a process of service users developing their active human agency in a multi‐agency setting. The article explores the assembling of skills in administration and management of meetings and plans, accessing knowledge and expertise through service user networks, and challenging professional expertise and institutional space while developing personal qualities of confidence and voice as a means of marshalling an effective participation in a multi‐agency setting.     

新时代高等职业教育的模式改革

我国高职教育的发展模式难以真正建立起来，其主要问题在于产教“两张皮”分离现象突出，企业缺失主体意识，产教融合的利益机制尚未形成。学校和企业“双主体”办学是推动高职教育模式改革、实现产教融合的根本出路，而这需要学校主动作为、政府推动落实、行业积极尽责、企业增强意识等多方努力。落实到具体的推进路径，建议把实施现代学徒制作为开展教学模式改革的突破口，把推动科学研究与社会服务职能的融合作为办学改革的着力点，从而共同促进校企“双主体”模式的实现。     

Childhood Ethics: An ontological advancement for childhood studies

We describe an ontological approach to childhood studies that we refer to as Childhood Ethics. This involves an interdisciplinary hermeneutic orientation towards examining the morally meaningful dimensions of matters that affect young people. We draw on our empirical research with young people from 3- to 17-years old, examining their experiences in a diversity of contexts and geographical settings. Our investigations challenge dominant binary conceptions of young people along lines of decisional in/capacity and im/maturity. We argue for a view of children as active agents with meaningful relational engagements and participation interests and capacities and outline corresponding implications for research and practice.     

口供制度的历史反思与当代完善

考究了我国古代口供制度的演变，分析了其产生时期、发展时期和成熟时期的特征，探讨了我国古代刑事诉讼口供制度的成因，在此基础上提出从以科学的态度对待口供，确立自白任意性规则和鼓励犯罪嫌疑人、被告人陈述机制三方面完善我国当代的口供制度。     

司法审判中单位证明现象的法社会学分析

单位证明的证据效力缺乏足够的法理依据,但审判实践对单位证明的运用却十分普遍,这 种现象的产生及其变化需要从法社会学角度进行分析。我国单位社会的形成是产生这一现象的社会基 础,单位与个人之间管理与服从、控制与依赖的社会关系使单位成为证人的权威代言人,单位的同质化增 强了单位证明司法运用的可接受性。随着单位社会的消解,单位证明现象呈现出日渐式微的趋势,审判 模式的转型则加快了这一进程。单位证明最终应退出我国司法证明的历史舞台,但这需要一个较长的过 程,其中如何看待法官的“单位情结”至关重要。     

网络证据保全公证的问题与对策

在网络著作权侵权案件中,证据的收集保全是诉讼的关键。网络证据的特点为网络证据保全公证创造了条件。虽然在刑事诉讼领域也存在网络证据,但是本文主要侧重于网络知识产权侵权所涉到的网络证据,结合相关案例,探讨了网络民事证据的保全公证存在的问题与对策。在搜集研究了有关的公证法律法规、规则、意见的情况下,通过分析近两年典型的网络侵权案例,采用法条分析、实证分析、比较分析的方法,揭示了存在的问题,并结合现有的技术水平和公证状况提出了完善网络证据保全公证的建议：一是完善网络证据公证保全的程序;二是提高公证人员的技术水平;三是建立统一的网络公证平台;四是加强独立的司法判断。
