关于高校思想政治理论课改革实践教学的思考

实践教学是高校思想政治理论课教学改革的重要环节,是提高思想政治理论课教学效果的重要途径。要使实践教学活动能够有效开展,必须建立实践教学保障机制,实现实践教学制度化、规范化,提高教师的教学能力和素质,完善实践教学考核方法,充分调动学生参与实践教学的积极性。     

释“文学是人学”

"文学是人学",这个命题自高尔基以来不时地为人们所提起,虽然过去偶有几位学者作过一些论说,但由于特殊的历史原因,学界对此所引起的注意力还远为不够。我们需要思索的问题还很多,比如到底人学是什么,文学是什么,文学与人学究竟是什么关系,"文学是人学"这个命题的意蕴是什么,其对于认识"文学"之现象与本质可提供什么样的启示,等等,显然都是一些意味深长的文学理论话题。     

生成性思维视域中的基础教育教学范式转型

思维方式的变革是教学改革的必然要求.传统教育的许多弊病是与本质主义思维方式相联系的.以生成性思维的基本精神观照教学生活,从而进行课堂教学的范式转型是学校文化重建的重要体现.其主要方面是:由既定的外在目标到内在的生成性目标;由高控制的流程到建构生成的过程;由空洞的内容传递到回归儿童的生活世界;由以目标为中心的标准式评价到走向理解的生成性评价.为此教师应具有新的角色定位和教学意识.     

关于医疗纠纷法律制度改革的思考

目前我国医疗纠纷法律制度严重滞后,改革呼声日趋高涨。但学界对改什么和如何改的问题缺乏细致深入的研究。本文在对现行医疗纠纷法律制度进行全面评析后,对消除该法内部固有矛盾、改革医疗鉴定体制、完善医疗诉讼程序等方面提出了新的思路与方法。     

生活世界：人的自我生成之域

生活世界并非现代哲学的一个枝节性概念,而是其核心概念。它所代表的实际是一种世界观——生活世界观,是一种思维方式——生成性思维,是一种人的观念——人的生成观念。虽然同为生活世界观,但对于生活和生活世界,不同的现代哲学家有不同的理解。现代西方哲学家所说的生活只是指人的日常的精神生活,其生活世界仍然是一个抽象世界;而对于马克思来说,生活世界则是日常生活与非日常生活、物质生活与精神生活的统一,这才是人生活于其中的真正现实的生活世界。     

肉身化的思与诗

本文认为,长期受封建主义和理性主义压抑贬损的人类肉身是一种非常高贵的存在。它通过自己独特的肉身化思维,把整个世界人化。于是,世界具有了人的形体结构,情感愿望,生命追求。这个人化的世界实际是人肉身的诗意创造物。而整个的诗意创造活动本身,一方面展示了人的自然活力,另一方面又表现了人对自然的诗意驾驭力。这是人的肉身生命的诗意再生产,也是人作为万物灵长的资格证明,更是人诗意生存的基本表现形态。     

Developing critical and empathic capabilities in intercultural education through the VaKE approach

One of the core goals of intercultural education is to develop critical and empathic reflection on social justice, particularly as related to humanistic choices and how individuals can counteract exclusion. The present article analyses the Values and Knowledge Education (VaKE) approach, which is aimed at raising awareness about implicit value-oriented priorities in decision-making. Through the Human Development and Capability Approach, the applicability of VaKE’s didactic principles is analysed in relation to young people’s perspectives on resettlement in Europe. The VaKE method was used at a 2013 summer camp in Austria with a culturally diverse group of young Europeans who were presented with a dilemma story that highlighted the complex issue of providing assistance to asylum seekers. The participants engaged in various knowledge and moral viability checks that enabled them to engage with opposing arguments. The participants evidenced critical reflection and self-scrutiny, as well as affiliation and empathic imagination, regarding problems that are encountered by asylum seekers.     

Separations: A Personal Account of Bowen Family Systems Theory

This paper is a personal account of my own family of origin research. It explores the impact of separations from parents, nuclear family, and extended family through a Bowen family systems theory perspective using concepts pertaining to Bowen theory such as chronic anxiety, differentiation of self, multigenerational family process, and the emotional system. An outline of the process of doing research in ‘vivo’ with my mother as well as conversations with my supervisor are included. Theoretical differences between individual and system models are discussed. A Bowen theoretical approach to the anxiety of separations is investigated. The efficacy of engaging in family of origin work and the effects of thinking systems is examined in light of how it assisted me to view family members, family system disturbances, and clients’ emotional systems more objectively.
