提高高等学校大型仪器设备使用效益的探索

针对目前高等学校大型仪器设备方面存在的资源配置不合理、使用效率低下的现状,提出了构建大型仪器设备资源共享平台的管理思路,以提高高等学校大型仪器设备的使用效益。

Dangerous liaison or perfect match?: Public relations and social marketing

This paper considers a possible match between public relations and social marketing. It positions interchanges between the two as the strongest and most desirable partnership possibility for public relations with any aspect of the overall field of marketing. Working from definitions of social marketing as a profession and academic discipline, it reviews approaches, including textbooks, from the two disciplines in order to compare and contrast their strengths and weaknesses, to examine their perceptions of each other, and to identify the opportunities and challenges that social marketing represents for public relations. The paper also looks at what social marketing might learn from public relations. It concludes that public relations should look at improving the relationship as a matter of urgency in order to augment professional practices; to open up employment opportunities in an expanding market for social marketing expertise; and to improve the social reputation of public relations.     

玉阶良史笔，金马掞天才——论上官仪的诗歌理论及其贡献

唐初诗人上官仪的创作实绩使他成为唐诗律化的先驱，他的诗歌理论专著《笔札华梁》也沾溉后世。根据现有文献可知，上官仪《笔札华梁》约当唐元和(806)之前流传到日本，并为弘法大师空海所引用。《笔札华梁》内容有“八阶”、“六志”、“属对”、“七种言句例”、“文病”、“第四病”、“论对属”等，上承齐、梁以来探求音律的遗风，下开元兢、崔融等人的理论，在诗歌理论方面做出了重要贡献。     

对北京市公益林市场化经营的思考

北京市的公益林作为传统意义上的公共物品,一直以来由全市各级政府投资建设,成本高,效率低,代价大。因此,提高公益林的经营效率和质量,对于北京市公益林的持续、健康发展至关重要。笔者就如何在北京市公益林的经营中引入市场机制进行思考,并力求构建一个较为合理的公益林市场化经营模式。     

The value of information in anticipated utility theory

A well-known property of expected utility theory is that the value of information is nonnegative. Given the widespread dissatisfaction with the expected utility hypothesis, a natural question to ask is whether competing theories of choice preserve this property. This article considers one widely discussed alternative to expected utility, anticipated utility theory. We show that, like expected utility, the anticipated value of perfect information is always nonnegative. The value of imperfect information, however, may be negative, though the precise valuation of information depends upon whether the reduction of compound lotteries axiom is used to derive the anticipated utility functional.I am indebted to Edi Karni, Peter Wakker, and an anonymous referee for helpful comments on earlier versions of this article. 小流域综合治理及其效益评价研究进展

本文在纵览国内20多年来有关小流域综合治理及其效益评价研究文献的基础上，分别对小流域综合治理的相关概念、发展历程、治理模式、治理措施以及目前存在的问题等方面的研究进行了较为全面的回顾；总结了小流域综合治理效益评价的内容、标准和原则，对不同学者所建立的评价指标体系进行了比较分析，并从定性和定量两个方面综述了已有文献中所应用的效益评价方法；最后指出了现有研究中存在的问题，并提出了进一步研究的方向，以期对后续研究有所参考和启示。     

原则和出路:当代社会阶层变动下的利益关系调整

利益问题是关系到人的生存与发展的根本性问题。改革的过程实际上就是对社会各阶层既得利益的重新分配过程。文章针对当前各社会阶层之间利益冲突日益凸显的现象,以十六大精神为指导,从利益协调的原则和出路两方面着手,提出解决上述问题的思路。
