崂山道教文化与崂山茶文化创新初探

茶文化的发展过程是一个动态的不断创新的过程。崂山茶文化创新需立足于崂山特有的文化脉络和地域特色。道教文化作为崂山文化的主脉,为崂山茶文化的创新提供了丰富的精神沃土。道教文化与崂山茶文化融合,发展崂山道茶文化、养生茶文化与休闲茶文化,实现崂山茶文化历史与时代的接轨。     

长沙市康体休闲服务产品外地市场研究

通过对来长沙的外地人士的问卷调查和访谈、对长沙一些旅行社、导游和行业相关者的访谈以及有关的资料搜集方法获得数据,然后对数据进行分析,发现人们对康体休闲服务产品存在某些负面的思想。康体休闲服务产品中洗脚、健身、美容的外地市场潜力较大,除美容外,其他产品的消费者均以男士为主;收入水平普遍较高,除洗浴月均收入在1 001-3 000元,其他均为5 000元以上者;消费者年龄层基本在26-55岁;已婚有小孩的因公商务出差男士购买洗脚、洗浴较多;离异的因旅游来的男士购买按摩、洗浴较多;未婚或者已婚无小孩的因探亲访友男士购买康体健身多,旅游的女士以美容居多。针对分析的结果提出针对优势特征,完善产品开发、加强管理,与各管理部门合作共同发展完善康体休闲经济、形成长沙城市的城市风格,丰富康体产品的文化内涵、提高服务质量,加大宣传力度等对策发展和完善长沙市康体休闲服务产品。     

长株潭中产阶层体育休闲现状的调查与分析

中产阶层是现代社会稳定的一支重要力量。长株潭城市群中产阶层的体育休闲方式具有体育锻炼意识强,休闲方式及体育活动项目的选择多样化,体育休闲选择收费场馆的比例高,但体育认知与实践有差距等特征或局限。应该大力组织、培育和营造中产阶层各种体育休闲的社团、产品、环境、意识和氛围,以迎合中产阶层及广大市民的体育消费需求。     

Serious Leisure in the Home: Professional Quilters Negotiate Family Space

Although quilting has become more popular in the USA since its re‐emergence in 1976, with 15 per cent of households participating at the time of writing, quilting is still thought by many to be a frivolous, quaint or silly feminized activity. Those who quilt professionally, or for profit have difficulty legitimating their efforts as ‘real work’. Our focus is on one aspect of the quilting industry — professional quilters — and their negotiation of legitimacy for quilting work that is done in the home. We conduct secondary qualitative data analysis of 147 interviews of mostly women professional quilters from the Quilters' Save Our Stories Oral History Project. Professional quilters have more legitimacy and more claim to home‐based resources such as time and space than do amateur quilters but their work is still devalued as a gendered activity in the home. Despite achieving objective indicators of professional success (e.g., money, prizes and international recognition), professional quilters still have difficulty defending their home‐based employment activities and acquiring resources to carry it out.

休闲与畲族文化传承研究——以浙江遂昌三仁乡为例

文章以浙江遂昌三仁乡为研究样本,通过对休闲旅游的发展趋势及畲民族文化的传承状态和途径的探寻,指出休闲教育和休闲旅游对传承畲族文化、保护和利用原生态畲民族文化、构筑富有民族个性的健康快乐的生存状态、促进人类自由和发展方面都有不可忽视的价值,并指出加强和推进休闲教育、扩大休闲教育受众面、将畲族文化纳入休闲旅游的框架,是拓展畲族文化传承空间的有效途径。     

Self-perceived health status,gender, and work status

ABSTRACT

This study analyzes the relationship between gender and self-perceived health status in Spanish retirees and housewives from a sample of 1,106 community-dwelling older adults. A multivariate linear regression model was used in which self-perceived health status was measured by the EQ-5D visual analogue scale and gender according to work status (retired men and women and housewives). Retired males reported a significantly better health status than housewives. Self-perceived health status was closely associated with physical, mental, and functional health and leisure activities. Finally, being a woman with complete dedication to domestic work is associated with a worse state of self-perceived health.     

Promoting Older Women's Health and Well-Being Through Social Leisure Environments: What We Have Learned from the Red Hat Society®

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to describe the ways that participation in a leisure organization contributed to the health and well-being of middle-aged and older women. We analyzed 1,693 members' responses to a query about meaningful experiences garnered through participation in the Red Hat Society®. Results suggested that older women's lives have been enriched and changed by their experiences, with the women in this study citing multiple psychosocial health benefits from their participation in the Red Hat Society®. Main themes encapsulating these health benefits were creating happy moments, responding to transitions and negative events, and enhancing the self. These findings are related to research on positive psychology, social support and coping, transformative leisure processes, and social identity formation. We conclude by providing suggestions for applying these findings to leisure and health promotion programming to enhance women's health and well-being in later life.     

关于人的存在价值的理性思考——从休闲的视角看
