论民国时期方志编修观的变革

民国时期 ,中国古代封建社会形成和相沿的传统的旧方志编修观被重新审视并受到批判 ,修志宗旨的创新、方志编修中进化史观的倡导、民史观的推行、综合文化观的阐扬 ,使民国时期的方志编修观发生变革 ,促进了民国新方志的编修 ,并为今日全新的方志编修观的构创和方志的编纂提供了借鉴与启迪。

本文针对中文管理系统中记录纵向输出的特点，提出了记录纵向输出中的通用汉字处理方法，给出了实现算法。     

Every child matters: a legal perspective

Recent legal and policy changes, including the introduction of the Human Rights Act, provide the context for the new child welfare and protection policies proposed for England. These proposals are discussed from a legal perspective in relation to early and coordinated intervention, sharing information between agencies and with children and families, partnership with children, information management, and structural and legal change. Consideration is also given to issues overlooked by the Green Paper, such as immigration and asylum, youth justice and the whole family justice system. The discussion concludes by arguing for the need for integrating cultural and structural change and for leadership (and investment of resources) across government to achieve such goals. 从语气词看中国古代典籍英译中的失误

语气词是一个汉语特有英语没有的词类。本文首先论证了汉语语气词是主要用于表达语用功能尤其是施为性语用功能的 ,并受Sandor认为汉语是施为性小品词主导的语言的观点的启发 ,在肯定了古代汉语中语气词在语用功能表达上不可替代的重要性后 ,从语气词出发 ,对中国古代典籍英译中存在的失误举证实例作了粗浅的分析     

“以生为本”理念与高校学籍管理改革

"以生为本"是"以人为本"的管理理念在高等教育管理中的体现。高等学校坚持"以生为本"理念有助于适应社会主义市场经济的需要,适应社会主义法制建设的需要,适应加入WTO后高等教育国际化的需要。"以生为本"教育管理理念的提出,有助于丰富马克思主义教育哲学,体现了高等学校落实"三个代表"精神和"十六大"提出的全面建设小康社会的要求。高等学校应该树立"以生为本"理念,加快高等学校学籍管理改革。

构造了解波动方程的任意阶精度的十字架格式，这些格式的精度为Ｏ（Δｔ￣（２ｐ）＋Δｘ￣（２ｑ））。讨论了这些格式的稳定性与时间方向精度的关系，证明了格式的稳定性区域不再随ｐ的增大而扩大，建立了具有任意阶精度显式十字架格式的稳定性区域的上界。     

Disclosure Risk and Disclosure Avoidance for Microdata

Under given concrete exogenous conditions, the fraction of identifiable records in a microdata file without positive identifiers such as name and address is estimated. The effect of possible noise in the data, as well as the sample property of microdata files, is taken into account. Using real microdata files, it is shown that there is no risk of disclosure if the information content of characteristics known to the investigator (additional knowledge) is limited. Files with additional knowledge of large information content yield a high risk of disclosure. This can be eliminated only by massive modifications of the data records, which, however, involve large biases for complex statistical evaluations. In this case, the requirement for privacy protection and high-quality data perhaps may be fulfilled only if the linkage of such files with extensive additional knowledge is prevented by appropriate organizational and legal restrictions.     

限制犯罪记录流向社会公众的思索与实践——以江苏某基层法院未成年人轻罪犯罪记录封存试点为样本

轻罪犯罪记录封存的功能是限制犯罪记录公开,确保涉及未成年人犯罪的有关资料只在公检法司机关内部流转,避免因犯罪记录外流而引发社会公众对未成年犯的非规范性评价,形成"标签效应"。修正后的《刑事诉讼法》规定了轻罪犯罪记录封存制度,但未明确具体操作程序。江苏某基层法院在犯罪记录封存试点工作中引入听证程序等做法成效显著,为进一步研究和推动形成科学规范的封存操作规程积累了有益经验。     

科学中的美感及其衍生逻辑——问题转移至意识存在语境后的真善美统一

以主客对立为前提和以特殊现象为基础这两个具有思想框架作用的思维条件，构成传统的真善美问题的认识语境，它们必然把真善美探索推上独断轨道。摆脱独断的出路在于，从意识存在中寻求超越主客对立的更高抽象水平的普遍存在形式，从而为真善美及其统一问题的探索奠定理性分析基础。分析表明，真善美是把普遍存在形式的不同构成内容分别作评价标准而向具体存在运用的结果。科学因是创造和占有存在的活动而必然同时具有真善美品性。

《全宋诗》把宋代诗歌一网打尽，但仍有漏网之鱼，本文从大量宋代石刻材料，搜罗到宋人诗歌六首，并详加考证，以补总集之遗。
