长安东汉作家及其地域分布略考

东汉是中国古代文学发展的重要转型时期,东汉虽然已经建都洛阳,但长安文化仍然对东汉产生了重要影响。东汉长安作家是东汉地域文学的代表,通过爬梳有关史料,对东汉"三辅"京兆尹、左冯翊、右扶风39城、52位作家的创作事迹和地域分布做了考证整理,并进而总结了东汉长安文学四个方面的创作特征以及对后世的影响。     

特区移民文化建构探析

移民文化在特区经济发展中有着举足轻重的作用。实证分析结果表明，外来人口在常住人口中的比例与特区经济发展成正比。大量的外来人口除了直接参与经济建设贡献力量外，并形成移民文化推动本土文化重构更新，促进经济的发展。文章就如何吸引外来人口，进行文化重构，提出了若干建议。     

On Second-Order A-, D- and E-Minimax Designs for Estimating Slopes in Extrapolation and Restricted Interpolation Regions

Summary

The concepts of D-, A- and E-minimax optimality criteria of designs for estimating the slopes of a response surface are considered for situations where the region of interest may not be identical to the experimental region. Optimal second-order designs are derived for the situation where the experimental region and the region of interest are both hyperspherical with a common centre. The dependence of the optimal design on the relative sizes of the regions is investigated. Further, the perfomance of designs optimal for one region in estimating slopes in other regions is also examined.

2012年镇江赛珍珠国际学术研讨会综述

2012年6月8日,历史文化名城镇江隆重举行赛珍珠诞辰120周年纪念活动暨赛珍珠国际学术研讨会,纪念这位中国人民的朋友.在这次研讨会上,大量赛珍珠研究的新方法、新思路以及新生力量呈现出来,研究思路较以前有很大拓宽,不仅仅局限在传统的文学研究领域,研究重点从对赛珍珠作品的研究转向多个方面.     

高精度局域定向定位技术及其精度分析

针对目前自主局域定向定位的需求,文中提出了一种在近场模型下反向利用阵列信号处理相关理论实现阵列自身的高精度定向定位方法,仿真实验表明该方法可以有效实现阵列的高精度定向定位.进一步对该方法的定向定位精度进行了理论分析,通过仿真分析了阵列所处位置、信号源数目、阵列自身天线阵元数目以及信号源位置存在误差时对定向定位精度的影响,相关实验结论具有重要的工程应用指导意义.     

Improving water service to the urban poor through delegated management: Lessons from the city of Kisumu,Kenya

Partnerships like the delegated management model (DMM), in which a utility delegates management of infrastructure and service delivery to slum residents, are being promoted to improve services to the urban slums in sub‐Saharan Africa. However, there is little empirical evidence of the benefits that DMM offers beneficiaries and its potential limitations. This study, conducted in 2013, compared water service in two slums in the city of Kisumu in Kenya where DMM has been implemented with another where it has not been implemented. Results showed that DMM had lowered the cost of water compared to water kiosks in neighbourhoods in which DMM had not been implemented. The study findings contribute toward an evidence base for stakeholders and regulators who see an opportunity in the integration of DMM into local drinking water provision solutions in urban slums.     

中国海岸城市带形成与新世纪地缘政治研究

中国历史上的中心城市多分布于大陆内地,但自19世纪以来的两百年间,在海岸线上出现了众多的中、大及特大城市,构成为一条蔓延1.8万公里的海岸城市集合群。中国海岸城市带的形成,不仅带来了国内社会经济文化全方位的深刻变化,刷新了中华传统文明中的海洋篇章,也将对于21世纪的东亚地缘政治以及全球化国际关系诸方面,发挥出越来越巨大的影响,值得从多重角度加以研究。     

Regional Religions?: Extending the “Semi-involuntary” Thesis of African-American Religious Participation

This research examines religious affiliation and church attendance among African-Americans in three different regions of the United States to evaluate the thesis that the Black church represents a semi-involuntary institution shaped by historical dynamics of segregation in the rural South. We extend the analyses of others who have found the rural South to have distinctive church participation patterns by examining two nationally representative data sets (the 1972–1996 General Social Surveys and the 1984 National Alcohol Study). We explore both level and type of church attendance of African-Americans, and how patterns differ by region. Further, we refine prior analyses by (1) differentiating between members of historically White and conservative churches from those in the black mainline, (2) examining racial segregation, and (3) focusing on the type of church attendance (rather than just overall level). Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) and logistic regression models support the thesis that the rural South exhibits some distinctive patterns that make the semi-involuntary institution notion a useful concept, although patterns not predicted by the thesis are also found. The semi-involuntary thesis is also used to illuminate some church attendance patterns observed outside the rural South.     

中国区域文化简论

中国的区域文化由于长期大一统的社会格局使其具有自然与人为综合构成的独特性：既有以空间地域而定的“东西”“南北”和以文化品位而定的“华夷”“中外”一级地域文化的定义和划分；又有由中原区系、南方区系、北方区系、青藏区系四大文化拼块构成的次一级文化区系。在中国区域文化的形成过程中，又经历了只有考古和文献意义的、有较强自然属性和较少人为因素的萌芽阶段；以封国独立为主要形式的区域文化成型的方国时代和以地方行政区划为类征的区域文化发展的史志阶段．而其“核心－边缘”结构的游移、变化则最终形成了我国区域文化的全面缀连。
