国际化社区治理研究——以北京市朝阳区为例

朝阳区是北京市境外人口比较集中的地区,在探索国际化社区建设方面积累了一定的经验。但社区管理体制、社区动员与社区参与等方面依然存在一些问题。国际化社区治理需要坚持存量盘活、增量添彩的基本原则,发挥党政资源优势,优化社区治理结构,引入契约合作模式,推广"三社互动",实现社会协同与公众参与。     

Using the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) to Predict Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties on Positive and Negative Affect Among Adolescents in Disadvantaged Communities

The Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) was used to predict the positive and negative affects of emotional and behavioral difficulties among adolescent boys and girls aged between 14 and 21 years living in disadvantaged communities. A total of 316 adolescents—181 boys and 135 girls—living in the Seri Pantai and Pantai Ria Public Housing Projects in Kuala Lumpur were invited to complete the questionnaire. The results showed that conduct and peer problems were the most prevalent emotional and behavioral difficulties experienced by these adolescents. As expected, the emotional symptoms were more common among the girls than the boys. A further analysis showed that emotional symptoms, peer problems, and low prosocial behavior were predictors of the negative affect of emotional and behavioral difficulties while negative emotional symptoms and high hyperactivity were predictors of a positive affect. The findings suggested that three subscales of SDQ are required to produce a negative affect, and two subscales of SDQ for a positive affect.     

Collective empowerment: A comparative study of community work in Mumbai and Stockholm

Mumbai and Stockholm are worlds apart in terms of public services, infrastructures and standard of living. However, both cities have known common problems of social exclusion and marginalisation related to neo‐liberal globalisation. Social workers are facing similar challenges regarding collective empowerment as a strategy for community work. This comparative study explored how collective empowerment is undertaken by community workers. The research participants were 13 informants from community‐work organisations in the two settings. Semi‐structured interviews were used and were analysed with the help of Atlas‐ti 6.2 (ATLAS.ti Scientific Software Development GmbH D‐10623 Berlin Germany). Social work in Mumbai is in a context of extreme poverty and mainly within the informal sector, whereas in Stockholm most social work is done in relation to a public welfare model. In Stockholm, interventions are aimed towards strengthening social networks, without direct aim at social change. In Mumbai, community workers organise people for collective empowerment to strengthen marginalised groups and achieve social change.

城郊社区自治能力对社区公共服务水平的影响研究

随着城市化进程的不断扩展,大量城郊农民开始纳入到城市化进程,然而,受农村原有条件的限制,城郊社区的公共服务水平有待提高。本次调研从以社区自治能力的视角分析了改善城郊公共服务水平的可能性的结果表明,提高社区的自治能力,可以增加社区自治的公共服务的能力和提供公共产品的意愿,进而在较大程度上改善城郊社区的公共服务水平。     

浅谈柏拉图和亚里士多德文艺理论的区别

柏拉图和亚里士多德虽有师承关系,但因哲学体系不同,形成两种不同的文艺理论倾向。把两位大师的文艺理论加以比较研究,对我们今天的文艺研究很有价值。文章将从三个方面进行阐述并以此来证明文艺理论是通过批判和斗争而发展的,亚里士多德在反对柏拉图的斗争中把文艺理论大大地推进了一步。     

乡镇社区发展模式和道路比较研究--以江苏省的三个周庄为例

“三农”问题是事关我国现代化建设与和谐社会构建的战略性问题,宏观的“三农”问题必然要通过微观的农村社区发展来加以解决。相对于县域地区和村社社区,乡镇社区更有利于推动农村社区的综合发展。江苏省的三个周庄镇根据自己的条件,形成了独特的发展模式。社区发展模式无优劣之分,关键是切合自身实际,走自己的道路。     

服务对象眼中的社区矫正社工及其服务——以上海为案例的调查研究

通过问卷调查的方法来探察服务对象对社区矫正社工及其服务的评价,有助于了解上海市社区矫正的现状。调查结果发现:服务对象对社区矫正社工及社团存在一定的认知不足和认知偏差;社工为服务对象提供了丰富且有针对性的服务,这些服务满足了服务对象的多种需要,获得了较高的满意度;从总体上来说,社工在专业伦理方面做得非常好,但在知情同意方面尚有待加强。这些结果为进一步做好上海市社区矫正工作有重要的启示意义。     

“A stitch in time”: group work during the covid-19 scare in the Nicobar Islands,India

ABSTRACT

When India suddenly went into its first coronavirus-induced nationwide lockdown in March 2020, several members of a historically isolated indigenous community in the eastern Indian ocean- the Nicobarese, began to panic. Their leaders came together and formed a group to boost community solidarity and helped the vulnerable indigenes to safely navigate through the crisis. In these uncertain times of Covid-19, when the “modern” world appears more fissured than ever, leaving its “others” to fend for themselves; the Nicobarese’s group has set an example for everyone to follow.     

吉林省社区体育教育职能的醒觉——参加吉林省国家级社体指导员培训的启示

本文通过文献资料法、实地考察法和专家访谈法等对吉林省社区体育的发展状况进行研究,研究发现:吉林省群众体育事业正在逐步发展壮大,社区体育的教育职能得到明显的发展.人们在从生存体育向享受体育的转化过程中,潜移默化地接受体育的教育职能;在吉林省社区体育中,中老年女性群体是参加健身运动的骨干力量.男性则成为社区健身运动的薄弱群体;吉林省社区体育参与者面临的主要问题表现在对体育教育职能不够理解,社会体育指导员队伍的建设仍然是社会体育发展的重点问题.
