建筑物区分所有权问题浅析

《中华人民共和国物权法》在第二编"所有权"的第六章以14条的篇幅集中规定了我国业主的建筑物区分所有权的相关内容。该规定在业主大会与业主委员会的团体性质、车库和车位的分配问题、业主共同事项决议方式以及共有部分使用、修缮费用承担和收益分配的问题等方面存在不足,有必要在立法上加以完善。     

证券分析师荐股评级投资价值及准确性研究

以国金证券分析师评级报告数据实证检验了分析师荐股评级的投资价值，并计算了评级偏差导致的收益率偏差，以此来衡量分析师荐股评级的准确性。研究发现，证券分析师荐股具有一定的投资价值，但普遍存在着乐观倾苘。证券分析师的复杂利益冲突使得评级报告产生了不同程度的偏差。除此之外，文章进一步深入思考并分析了分析师评级偏差对投资者利益带来的影响，是对分析师利益冲突与荐股评级关系等问题的多角度研究。     

Sensitivity to “Bad Genes” and the Anomalous Face Overgeneralization Effect: Cue Validity, Cue Utilization, and Accuracy in Judging Intelligence and Health

The bad genes and anomalous face overgeneralization accounts of facial preferences were tested by examining cue validity, cue utilization, and accuracy in judging health and intelligence from faces in the upper and lower halves of the distributions of attractiveness and its components: averageness, symmetry, and masculinity. Consistent with the bad genes hypothesis, facial attractiveness, averageness, symmetry, and male face masculinity each provided valid cues to intelligence and/or health for faces in the lower but not the upper halves of the distributions of these facial qualities. Consistent with the anomalous face overgeneralization hypothesis, attractiveness and its components were utilized as cues not only for faces in the lower halves of the distributions, but also for those in the upper halves. Intelligence and health were judged accurately for faces in the lower but not the upper half of the attractiveness distribution, and attractiveness mediated this accuracy at all ages except adolescence. Since adolescence is the prime mating age, the latter finding raises questions about the utility of attractiveness as an evolved mechanism to ensure the selection of high quality mates.     

数控轴线位置偏差测量中不确定度评定的实用模式

在使用双频激光干扰仪对数控轴线位置偏差EXX的测量中，建立了数控轴线单向实际位置的模型并报告了合成标准不确定度，较好地解决了各不确定度来源项对合面标准不确定度的贡献途径问题，并得出结论：（1）是否实施温度补偿对不确定度传播律的影响在于P^2i△t^2u^2(α）项的无或有；（2）实施温度补偿，温度测量的不确定度u(△t）对合成标准不确定度uc(Li↑）的贡献，随目标位置Pi的增加大幅增加（注：Li↑在文献[3]中为Pi↑）。

Impact of Demand Uncertainty on Stability of Supplier Alliances in Assembly Models

In their recent paper, Nagarajan and Sošić study an assembly supply chain in which n suppliers sell complementary components to a downstream assembler, who faces a price‐sensitive deterministic demand. Suppliers may form alliances, and each alliance then sells a kit of components to the assembler and determines the price for that kit. The assembler buys the components (kits) from the alliances and sets the selling price of the product. Nagarajan and Sošić consider three modes of competition—supplier Stackelberg, vertical Nash (VN), and assembler Stackelberg models—which correspond to different power structures in the market, and study stable supplier alliances when the assembler faces linear and isoelastic demand. In this paper, we study the impact that demand uncertainty has on stability results obtained in Nagarajan and Sošić. We first analyze models in which all decisions are made before the uncertainty is resolved, and show that the alliance of all suppliers remains stable when demand is isoelastic, or under Stackelberg models when demand is linear. However, demand uncertainty may change stability results when both parties make decisions simultaneously (VN model) and demand is linear. We then extend our results by considering scenarios in which some decisions may be postponed and made after the actual demand is known. When the ordering quantity can be determined after observing the true demand, we show that stable outcomes correspond to those obtained in the deterministic case and uncertainty has no impact on coalition stability; if only the assembler's pricing decision is postponed, we need additional conditions for stability results to carry over in the additive demand model.

Confidence intervals for the ratio of two variances

In this paper we consider confidence intervals for the ratio of two population variances. We propose a confidence interval for the ratio of two variances based on the t-statistic by deriving its Edgeworth expansion and considering Hall's and Johnson's transformations. Then, we consider the coverage accuracy of suggested intervals and intervals based on the F-statistic for some distributions.     

NFL Draftnikology: Euclidean Metrics and Other Approaches to Scoring Ranking Predictions

With viewership of NFL (National Football League) football in the US rising above 20 million, interest in the NFL Draft has also been at all-time highs in recent years. Much of this interest is directed toward the “NFL draftniks” who provide draft predictions—so-called “mock drafts”—leading up to the NFL Draft. Despite increasing interest in “NFL draftnikology,” the scoring methodology used to evaluate mock NFL drafts lags far behind. This study offers a few alternative approaches, including a Euclidean metrics approach to evaluating mock NFL drafts. The usefulness of our methodologies extends to evaluation of economic and financial analysts.
