论公司收购中控股股东的诚信义务

在公司收购过程中,不论是收购方还是目标公司内部都存在控股股东和广大中小股东不同的利益诉求.相对于小股东来讲,大股东滥用其优势地位损害公司其他利益主体利益的机率较高.因此建立控股股东诚信义务规则与平衡大股东和中小股东的权益之间是息息相关的.控股股东诚信义务原则的确立,是对传统公司法理论中的资本多数原则、表决权自由行使原则和有限责任理论的扬弃和修正.控股股东的诚信义务主要包括控股股东的忠实义务和注意义务.其基本要求是,当控股股东自身的利益和其他利益主体的利益发生冲突时,控股股东应将其他利益主体的利益放在首位,不得实施对公司其他利益主体利益有害的行为.     

认知定向对单双嗓音源听觉词记忆的影响

该项研究通过控制被试识记阶段的认知定向 ,考察记忆、联想同义 (或反义 )词、判断发音正确性三种不同的认知定向任务对单嗓音源和双嗓音源听觉词记忆的影响。实验结果的方差分析显示 :认知定向主效应显著 ;源呈现方式主效应不显著 ;两因素的交互作用效应显著。结果一方面进一步支持记忆的加工水平说 ;另一方面表明当注意资源被引向低水平认知加工分析时 ,低水平加工信息的复杂性将起到抑制高水平加工分析的作用     

论复述训练在外语学习中的重要作用

文章从认知法的角度出发,通过对"可理解的输入"假设理论和"可理解的输出"假设理论的比较分析,指出复述训练在缩短学习者理解能力与输出能力之间的差距、引起学习者对语言形式的注意的重要作用,促使学习者关注句法系统,巩固词汇和句法结构的学习。

Attachment and joint attention in infants: The role of expectation

Previous research highlighted the correlation between parent–infant's attachment quality and joint attention skills. However, the underlying mechanisms of this relationship are still unclear. The aim of this study was to assess whether it is by mediating the expectation component in Internal Working Models that the quality of attachment style can affect joint attention. At first, 12- to 20-month-old infants were classified into secure and insecure groups using the Strange Situation Procedure. On a following day, using a violation-of-expectation paradigm, infants were habituated to two joint attention videos. Finally, the mean looking time duration of secure and insecure infants were compared with each other between two “divergent attention” and “joint attention” videos. Infants looked longer for divergent attention videos suggesting they did have expectation regarding the appropriate response in triadic interactions. In line with our main hypothesis, secure infants, but not insecure ones, looked longer in the divergent attention situation when an attachment-related context was present, revealing the possible mediating role of “expectations” in the correlation between attachment and joint attention.

发生主义语言观认为语言是动态的、复杂的、无秩序的、不可预测的、开放的、无限的、非线性的、受到初始状态和反馈影响的、具有适应性和自我调节的系统。从发生主义的角度看来,语言习得是习得者固有的认知能力和所处的语言、文化、社会环境相互作用产生的结果。发生主义用连接主义理性关联学习理论和注意假设诠释语言、二语习得和石化现象产生的原因,并提出用聚焦形式的方式对突显性较低的结构进行干预,从而预防、解决石化现象。     

Diverging patterns of interaction around news on social media: insularity and partisanship during the 2018 Italian election campaign

ABSTRACT

The paper considers how social media ecologies are affecting partisan engagement around political news and online attention economies by investigating the case of the 2018 Italian general election. By analyzing Twitter and Facebook interactions around political news in the lead-up to the election, we shed light on levels of insularity characterizing sources preferred by different partisan communities and investigate how specific patterns of active attention emerge around different sources and around stories proposing different framing of specific political actors. Our findings indicate that, on Twitter, sources mainly shared by supporters of populist parties (the Five Star Movement and the League) are characterized by higher levels of insularity compared to those shared by supporters of other parties. We also find that, on Facebook, news items published by highly insular sources receive a higher number of shares per comment. Finally, our analyses show that news presenting a positive framing of the Five Star Movement – the unique ‘cyber party’ in the system – receives a higher number of shares per comment compared to items presenting the Movement in a negative light, while the opposite is true for stories on all other political parties.     

Parent–child negative emotion reciprocity and children's school success: An emotion‐attention process model

Research has demonstrated that emotions expressed in parent–child relationships are associated with children's school success. Yet the types of emotional expressions, and the mechanisms by which emotional expressions are linked with children's success in school, are unclear. In the present article, we focused on negative emotion reciprocity in parent–child interactions. Using structural equation modeling of data from 138 parent to child dyads [children's mean age at Time 1 (T1) was 13.44 years, SD = 1.16], we tested children's negative emotionality (CNE) at T1 and low attention focusing (LAF) at Time 2 (T2) as sequential mediators in the relation between parent and child negative emotion reciprocity at T1 and children's grade point average (GPA) and inhibitory control at T2. Our findings supported an emotion‐attention process model: parent–child negative emotion reciprocity at T1 predicted CNE at T1, which predicted children's LAF at T2, which was, in turn, related to low inhibitory control at T2. Findings regarding children's GPA were less conclusive but did suggest an overall association of negative reciprocity and the two mediators with children's GPA. Our findings are discussed in terms of emotion regulation processes in children from negatively reciprocating dyads, and the effects of these processes on children's ability to obtain and use skills needed for success in school.
