The paper explores the degree to which Indigenous groups perceive that resource management plans they develop are able to help deliver outcomes they seek through formal planning systems. It does this by a case study of practice in Aotearoa New Zealand. Some Indigenous groups are concerned they are being encouraged to devote considerable effort to production of major planning documents for use in interaction with environmental agencies, yet in practice, such plans can appear to have a limited role in bringing about desired change or affecting wider planning processes. As a decentralised virtual community, Anonymous has been characterised by its oppositional tendencies. Helped by a collective persona and horizontal management structure, Anonymous has facilitated a myriad of differentiated agenda. However, we can observe a distinct change in its participatory form over time. So, while Anonymous, more broadly, functions as a virtual community, its means of engagement has shifted from a social movement to a decentralised cell network. This article explores the relationship between these changes, and its evolution as a virtual community. Drawing upon Iriberri and Leroy’s [(2009) “A Life-Cycle Perspective on Online Community Success.” ACM Computing Surveys (CSUR) 41 (2): 1–29] life cycle framework, the article maps Anonymous’ development and identifies the structural changes that have led to this transformation in its modes of participation. 相似文献

This article defines Active Citizenship within a European context as a broad range of value based participation. It develops
a framework for measuring this phenomenon which combines the four dimensions of Protest and Social Change, Community Life,
Representative Democracy and Democratic values. The European Social Survey 2002 is used to populate the framework as this
survey provided the best data coverage available and covered 19 European Countries. In total 61 indicators were selected.
A composite indicator (CI), The Active Citizenship Composite Indicator (ACCI), is built using the framework provided and using
experts’ weights. In addition, the robustness of the results is tested using sensitivity analysis. The limitations to the
ACCI are explained in terms of the limitation of the data availability in particular concerning the new forms of participation
and less organised forms of participation. Nevertheless, ACCI proved to be statistically robust and reliable and proved to
be a useful tool for monitoring levels of citizenship in Europe. The results of ACCI exhibit interesting and quite distinct
regional patterns. The results showed that the Nordic countries, and in particular Sweden, have the highest rate of Active
Citizenship, followed by Central Europe and Anglo-Saxon countries. Mediterranean countries are next followed by Eastern European
countries that close the ranking.

The connection between autonomous art and complexity has been extensively and deeply studied in literary theories in the 20th century. The rise of aesthetic autonomy implies the complexity of literary work as the concept of a sealed container arises from the relationship between the parts that make it up. In this model, the interpretation subject works to directly face literary texts. Instead of pursuing the author’s intention, it aims to reproduce the richness and subtlety of the aesthetic state, and consider the richness and subtlety revealed in the maximum amount of text details in literary works, even if procedurally deviating from the way of mainstream understanding. There is increasing skepticism about the consequences of the autonomous aesthetics, which has been coerced by the development of contemporary capitalism, and it is necessary to develop new forms of aesthetics to reflect the changing social situation. 相似文献
