我国应当支持公民提起行政公益诉讼

行政公益诉讼不仅要有法理学、政治学的依据,而且要符合我国宪法的规定。支持公民提起行政公益诉讼将使行政机关受到具有强制力的监督,对实现依法治国有重要的意义。我国应当采取多种措施,支持公民维护社会正义之举,使国家利益和社会利益的保护有可靠的法律保障。

全球化问题成为世界上关注的热点,全球化进程的最大特性是它的“多维性”。尽管绝大多数学者关注的是全球化的经济层面,即经济全球化;但全球化的政治层面,即政治全球化不容忽视。中国参与政治全球化的关键是做好自己的事情。     

The Reported Influence of Research Participation on Premarital Relationships

We examined the reported influence of participation in research on individuals in premarital relationships. Data were from a larger longitudinal study of 60 dating couples. We designed a questionnaire to evaluate the effects of participation. Responses to open‐ended questions revealed 3 major sources of influence: attention to relationship evaluation, effects on relationship activities, and indirect or no influence. Closed‐ended items yielded 2 dimensions: relationship‐defining influence and relationship‐evaluating influence. Relationship‐evaluating influence was greater the more respondents participated in the study. The higher were respondents' scores on relationship‐evaluating influence, the more their relationship satisfaction increased over the year long study. We conclude that the effects of participating in the research are primarily educational and enriching in nature, rather than therapeutic as suggested in previous research ( Rubin & Mitchell, 1976 ).

论邯郸市民整体素质的提升

城市社会的协调、持续、全面发展取决于人的全面发展和整体素质的提升。邯郸近几年的相对落后与邯郸市民的整体素质不适应社会发展的需要有密切关系。本文对目前邯郸市民素质诸方面存在的问题作了分析并探讨了应对之策。     

Race,Neighborhood Poverty,and Participation in Voluntary Associations

This paper examines racial differences in participation in voluntary associations. It extends past research by accounting for the influence of neighborhood poverty on participation. Using unique data from the 1993–94 Los Angeles Survey of Urban Inequality (LASUI), the analysis reveals that neighborhood poverty influences the number of associations to which individuals belong, even when considering differences in personal and other residential characteristics. Moreover, once the negative influence of neighborhood poverty is taken into account, blacks participate in more voluntary associations than do whites and other groups, while Asians participate the least. Evidence supports the ethnic community theory of blacks' greater participation, as blacks living in black communities participate in more organizations, particularly in ones that are political, than blacks who do not.     

消极参与和体制外参与之思辨——以建国初期中国农民的政治参与为例

消极参与是一种非良性的政治参与行为,体制外参与是一种并非依据法定程序或制度规定的非良性参与或良性参与行为。建国初期中国农民的消极参与有体制内和体制外之分,体制外参与又有非良性的消极参与和良性的积极参与之别。对于今天仍处于转型期,民主参与制度尚不健全的中国而言,应深入分析消极参与的成因,并努力将其祛除,而体制外的良性参与更要高度重视,并积极将其纳入体制内,成为制度化参与的一部分。     

少数民族地区社区参与旅游的影响因素与措施

社区参与旅游是实现旅游业可持续发展的有效途径。少数民族地区由于旅游资源和环境的独特性,旅游业的发展更离不开社区的参与合作。通过对少数民族地区社区参与旅游发展的意义和影响因素分析,提出了少数民族地区社区参与旅游发展的措施。
