ON A MULTIPLE THREE-DECISION PROCEDURE FOR COMPARING SEVERAL TREATMENTS WITH A CONTROL

For the two-sided comparisons of several treatments with a control, a common statistical problem is to decide which treatments are better than the control and which are worse than the control. This paper studies a multiple three-decision procedure for this purpose, proposed by Bohrer (1979) and Bohrer et al. (1981), and provides tables of critical points to facilitate the application of the procedure. The paper defines a power function of the procedure, and tabulates sample sizes necessary to guarantee a given power level. It addresses the problem of optimal sampling allocation in order to maximize the power for a given total sample size, and considers generalization to the situation where the treatments might have unequal numbers of observations.     

A simple estimator for a shared frailty regression model

Summary. We propose a simple estimation procedure for a proportional hazards frailty regression model for clustered survival data in which the dependence is generated by a positive stable distribution. Inferences for the frailty parameter can be obtained by using output from Cox regression analyses. The computational burden is substantially less than that of the other approaches to estimation. The large sample behaviour of the estimator is studied and simulations show that the approximations are appropriate for use with realistic sample sizes. The methods are motivated by studies of familial associations in the natural history of diseases. Their practical utility is illustrated with sib pair data from Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.     

货币政策与财政政策的分区域产业效应比较

 在具有总量效应的同时,货币政策和财政政策在产业效应方面各自表现如何？本文运用1990～2008年东、中、西部地区的动态面板数据模型进行实证分析,结果显示：东部与中部地区的货币政策和财政政策都存在产业效应,而西部地区货币政策和财政政策的效应均不理想,同时,货币政策和财政政策对三次产业的效应都存在明显的区域性。并且,结合相关理论,文章从产业和区域两个层面对实证结果予以分析,揭示出产业间在增量资本产出率和政府扶持力度以及区域间在银行集中度和基础设施投资方面存在的差异,是实证结果的主要致因。     

中国农业产出缺口测算及其价格效应研究————基于劳动力有限供给视角

城镇化和工业化吸收了大量农村剩余劳动力,导致农业生产投入要素失衡,加剧了农副产品消费需求和产出供给的矛盾,产生价格上涨压力。基于“缺口-价格”模型的实证研究显示,负向农业产出缺口对农副产品价格具有滞后1-3期的直接正效应,18个省份分地区面板回归验证了直接价格效应的存在且滞后期为3-4期;工农业产出缺口存在长期均衡关系,但短期内两者的影响弹性不显著。由此可知,农业产出缺口对通货膨胀存在直接效应和间接效应,治理通胀要从加大农业生产扶持、协调工农业生产和畅通农副产品流通渠道入手。

磁光盘存贮中偏振信息的检测

磁光盘存贮以磁光克尔效应为基础，为有效地检测出读出光束中包含的偏振信息，用琼斯矢量分析方法，讨论了读取光束偏振态对磁光信号的影响，光学系统中双折射，振幅、位相特性与偏振态的关系。给出了光学系统的优化设计，采用高偏振性能光学元件，优化其光学参数，引入相位补偿，消除双折射，相移的影响，保证读光束高线偏振性，增大了读光束克尔旋转角，提高了系统的信噪比。     

CDMA抗干扰移动通信的体制和性能分析

讨论了移动通信的主要性能要求及满足这些要求的多址技术，并比较了ＦＨ－ＣＤＭＡ和ＤＳ－ＣＤＭＡ的特点及应用场合。在分析ＤＳ－ＣＤＭＡ实现要素的基础上，给出了ＤＳ－ＣＤＭＡ系统的容量公式。分析说明，ＤＳ－ＣＤＭＡ优异性能的根源在于信号的宽带特性和抗干扰性能。     

NH_2D斯塔克盒的研究

介绍了10.6μm 双光路稳频中使用的斯塔克盒,盒内含有由 ND_3-NH_3,混合形成的 NH_2D气体,当斯塔克调谐到 CO_2激光器 P(20)支线中心时,在133Pa 总气压下,吸收系数为0.012cm~(-1),击穿电压>600V.
