平面桁架在框架设计中的应用

耗能支撑框架是近年来出现的一种新型结构类型,具有良好的抗震性能。根据“强柱──中梁──弱腹杆”的设计原则,通过实际工程的应用分析,将平面杆系结构──桁架与框架相结合,解决了多层建筑中大空间问题。

介绍了多维地震动作用下结构地震反应的分析方法,探讨了地面运动转动(扭转与摇摆)分量对对称空间框架结构地震反应的影响,得到了有规律性的结果,取得了一些新的认识。     

Laying or delaying the groundwork? A critical framing analysis of Australia’s National Disability Strategy from an implementation planning perspective

National disability strategy implementation is challenging. Competing needs and interests of government and different stakeholders mean that implementation is rarely straightforward. This study undertakes a critical framing analysis of publically available responses to the draft implementation plan for Australia’s National Disability Strategy (2010–2014) provided by five peak disability organisations. We seek to understand the frames that peak bodies advocate in order to further the interests of people experiencing disability while mapping these against the broader Australian disability policy context and good policy practice more generally. Our research reveals that the peak bodies promote frames which focus on consistency, responsibility, resourcing, inclusivity, co-production, innovation, leadership, accountability and language. In relation to these frames, the final government implementation plan demonstrates a shift in which process-related frames of resourcing and innovation are incorporated into the plan while the other predominantly actor-oriented frames are excluded and thus represented as natural and incontestable.     

基于双重抽样框的二阶段抽样调查方法研究

由于被调查对象的频繁变动,单一抽样框很难覆盖所有的目标单位。为了克服单一抽样框覆盖不完全的缺陷,在各阶段抽样调查采用双重（或多重）抽样框是一种有效的办法。对双重抽样框下的二阶段抽样估计方法进行了研究,得出简单随机抽样下的总体总值估计及其估计量方差,并利用拉格朗日函数求出双重抽样框重叠部分的最优抽样权重系数及各抽样阶段不同子域的样本容量,分析结果可为实际部门在双重抽样框下进行二阶段抽样调查提供相关的理论基础。     

钢纤维混凝土框架节点抗震性能试验研究

通过对11个钢纤维混凝土框架边节点的试验，研究了这种节点的破坏过程、破坏形态、滞回曲线及剪切延性等问题．结果表明，钢纤维混凝土框架节点具有良好的抗震性能，对解决节点箍筋密集、改善施工条件有明显效果。     

Framing asylum seekers: the uses of national and cosmopolitan identity frames in arguments about asylum seekers

Dilemmas around how to deal with asylum seekers who arrive in Australia by boat have been a key driver of political and public discourse for over a decade. In 2012, an ‘Expert Panel on Asylum Seekers’ was established to provide advice to the Australian government about how to deal with the increasingly embarrassing issue of asylum seekers drowning at sea and a parliamentary stalemate on the matter. Using frame analysis to understand how national and post-national identities are being recruited in this debate, this paper analyses submissions to the Panel. We demonstrate how arguments for and against asylum seekers are constructed around nationalism, regionalism and globalism (cosmopolitan). Australia was variously framed as having an alternative national character from that promoted by politicians, as having a key regional role, and hence identity, and as a global citizen (both in reality and in appearance). Contrary to expectations, we found that each frame served as a vehicle through which progressive arguments were articulated, indicating the utility of each in arguing for more humane treatment of ‘Others’.     

Relational Frame Theory: An Overview of the Controversy

Although Skinner''s Verbal Behavior (1957) was published over 50 years ago, behavior-analytic research on human language and cognition has been slow to develop. In recent years, a new behavioral approach to language known as relational frame theory (RFT) has generated considerable attention, research, and debate. The controversy surrounding RFT can be difficult to fully appreciate, partly because of the complexity of the theory itself and partly because the debate has spanned several years and several journals. The current paper aims to provide a concise overview of RFT and a summary of key points of debate and controversy.     

艺术的“画框”效应界定艺术的一种尝试

界定艺术一直是艺术理论上的难题,面对实践与理论上更加严峻的挑战,一些理论家转而寻求通过艺术与非艺术之间的界线来界定艺术。在这界线中产生的“画框效应”源于艺术的本性,包涵艺术的两大功能性特征：距离与突显。将它作为界定艺术的一种标准,即通过艺术的功能来认定艺术,虽然存在一定困难,却不失为一种有益的尝试。     

构建我国财务会计概念框架的思考

西方发达国家及国际会计准则委员会都非常重视财务会计概念框架的研究,并已建立了各自的财务会计概念框架体系。我国于1992年发布的《企业会计准则》,部分地充当了财务会计概念框架的角色,曾发挥了极其重要的作用。随着客观经济环境的发展变化,借鉴西方的研究成果,建立我国的财务会计概念框架体系,并以此取代《企业会计准则》,已是大势所趋。     

Factors Protecting against Suicidal Ideation in South Korean Community-Dwelling Older Adults: A Systematic Literature Review

This systematic literature review investigates protective factors against suicidal ideation among community-dwelling older adults in South Korea. Existing research focuses on risk factors for suicidal thoughts among older adults living in the community, but research on protective factors for this population is rare. Furthermore, studies have been more likely to examine individual and social factors rather than macro factors, yet suicidal thoughts among older adults may come from various long-term challenges. This study applied Bronfenbrenner’s ecological frame to synthesize 60 studies. The results reveal that protective factors against suicidal thoughts among community-dwelling older adults in South Korea are found at four levels: individual, family, community, and macro-level factors.
