菲尔摩语言理论中的框架之辨

菲尔摩(Charles C.Fillmore)在其语言理论中提出了包括格框架、语言框架以及认知框架在内的多个框架概念。通过分析梳理菲尔摩对这些框架概念的论述,并阐明这些框架概念中的不同内涵及特征,发现这些在不同时期提出的框架概念集中反映了菲尔摩语言理论从格语法到框架语义学的发展轨迹。

基于目前我国财政绩效管理中存在着资金管理效益低下、绩效考评主体单一、监督机制缺失等问题,分析将360度绩效考评方法引入财政绩效管理中的优势,具体表现为：信息充足、可信度高、有利于提高政府行政能力和增强大众监督。从主体确定、权重设计、实施步骤三个方面探讨360度财政绩效考评框架,提出在应用中应创造和谐氛围、加强主体培训、充分利用网络引入媒体监督等对策建议。

随着信息传播技术的蓬勃发展,图片在新闻传播中担负着重要的角色,在社会生活中发挥着越来越重要的作用。从框架理论的三个维度——摄影师、不同国家媒体以及受众认知来分析新闻图片的框架使用情况及其作用,从而揭示新闻图片传播背后所隐含的视觉话语逻辑。     

战略财务弹性与企业价值：建模与实证

本文引入战略财务弹性的概念,利用动态能力的战略管理分析框架和实际数据,从理论和实证两个方面剖析和测度企业财务的动态能力,得到战略财务弹性的三个能力因子,即与财务相关的企业位势、财务管理路径和财务管理过程。实证结果表明,战略财务弹性能够更好地刻画企业财务的应变能力,并且对企业价值有着显著的正向作用。     

基于数据汇总的普查调查框误差研究

作为一种全面调查,普查数据的生产过程可以视为由个体数据汇总为总量数据的过程.为了开展普查数据质量评估与控制研究,从中国普查调查实施过程共性出发,构建普查数据汇总模型的一般形式,并以此为基础界定普查调查框及其作用,将普查划分为两种类型;同时从普查数据汇总的角度论述普查调查框误差的量化形式,进一步完善单位清查(清查摸底)环节在普查数据汇总中的理论意义.     

The Benefits of Frame Resonance Disputes for Transnational Movements: The Case of Botswana's Central Kalahari Game Reserve

Internal rifts over framing and tactics often hinder groups from mobilizing the degree of support and resources necessary to achieve their stated goals. As a result of disparities in political culture and ideology, the existence of such rifts may be especially frequent and disabling for forms of transnational collective action. However, using the case of the transnational movement lobbying on behalf of Botswana's minority groups, particularly the indigenous San, this paper argues that frame resonance disputes can sometimes facilitate the achievement of a movement's immediate goals. This is for two main reasons. First, by appealing to different audiences, the movement can gain complementary and reinforcing forms of legitimacy and support. Second, states and their societies may possess different points of vulnerability, which can be more effectively targeted through the simultaneous use of multiple frames. By helping minority groups receive legal entitlement to their ancestral lands and opening a debate about the nature of Botswana's democracy, the transnational movement campaigning for the return of the Central Kalahari Game Reserve underscores the benefits of frame resonance disputes.     

框架视域下的美国校园暴力事件报道分析——以广州六份日报对美国“12·14”枪击案报道为例

用框架理论来分析新闻文本对外界形象的呈现,是一种常用的理论视角。采用内容分析和文本分析相结合的方法,选取美国＂12.14＂校园枪击案,以广州六份日报对案件的一周报道作为样本,对其进行研究分析,呈现我国媒体对美国校园暴力事件的报道框架。     

Possibilities for Intervention in Domestic Violence: Frame Analysis of Health Care Professionals’ Attitudes

ABSTRACT. Violence is a serious problem, and social and health care providers are in a key position for implementing successful interventions. This qualitative study of 6 focus groups with professionals (n = 30) examines the health care professionals’ ways of framing a domestic violence intervention. Of special interest here is how professionals see their own roles in the process of recognizing and helping victims of domestic violence. By using Erving Goffman's frame analysis, this study identifies several frames that either: a) emphasize the obstacles to intervention and justify nonintervention, or on the contrary, b) question these obstacles and find justifications for intervention. The possibilities for intervention are further explored by analyzing the ways in which the dynamics between the different frames allow redefinition of domestic violence interventions. Despite the challenges involved in a domestic violence intervention, there seems to be potential for change in personal attitudes and reform of professional practices. The research findings underline the role of social and health care professionals as members of a larger chain of service providers working collaboratively against domestic violence. Implications for practice and directions in policy and future research are suggested.     

英语政治语篇中的“戏剧隐喻”

隐喻与政治密切关联,戏剧隐喻则是政治语篇中最为常见的隐喻模式。借助概念隐喻理论和框架理论,文章对英语政治语篇中的戏剧隐喻进行了系统地描写。在"政治—戏剧"这一隐喻模式中,戏剧作为隐喻的来源域利用自己的框架和槽关系实现对政治这一目标域的框架化。戏剧隐喻的描写方法和框架可以适用于隐喻的跨文化对比之中。     

廉政风险管理的分析框架：理论、过程和机制

随着“风险社会”的来临,推进廉政风险管理成为新时期加强反腐倡廉建设的重要内容。廉政风险管理是风险管理理论和方法在反腐败工作领域的实际应用,有利于化解廉政风险,提升政府应对廉政风险的能力。廉政风险管理是一个动态过程,由廉政风险识别、廉政风险评估、廉政风险处理和廉政风险管理绩效评估等阶段组成。当前,推进廉政风险管理要重点构建风险分析机制、风险预警机制、风险防范机制、风险应对机制和风险沟通机制。
