国际贸易专业双语教学体系的实践与思考

本文以北京化工大学国际贸易和经济专业双语课程实践探索为基础．对国贸专业中双语教学的体系建设进行研究，提出了举办国际商务课程班、设置丰富的双语课程、提前引入专业外语教学和提供学生对外交流平台构成的四层次的双语教学体系，并探讨了国贸专业双语教学中实践环节的教学方法、师资队伍建设、教材编写、学生选拔训练等方面的特点．以促进国内高校的国际贸易与经济专业双语课程工作的开展。     

双语教学中的“双语比例适合度”定量模型研究

运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对课程的“双语比例适合度”进行了定量分析。通过选取评价指标，运用层次分析法确定相应指标权重，建立评价等级集和模糊关系矩阵，并针对“旅游景区管理”课程的“双语比例适合度”进行了实证研究，以确定该门课程是否适合实行双语教学，还得出了相应的“双语比例适合度”，对双语教学工作的研究具有一定的理论和实践意义。     

论中庸的伦理意蕴

孔子第一个明确提出“中庸”概念,并把“中庸”看作为“至德”。中庸,就是恪守中正之道、不偏不倚、无过无不及与中和之意。“中和”,是中庸的精髓。从伦理学层面看,中庸,在人与人、人与自然关系方面,追求“和而不同”的中和境界;在道德行为上,坚持“过犹不及”的理性精神;在道德选择上,发挥“随时而中”的权变智慧;在道德规范上,坚持“兼德而至”的辨证思维原则。     

试论中外双语教育的差异

国外很多国家的双语教育具有"沉浸式"教育的特点,开始时间早,一般从小学阶段开始,且具有较完备的师资力量和理论体系。目前,我国开展的双语教学,在教育目的、社会语言环境及教学条件等方面与国外的双语教育存在着差异。因此,我们在开展双语教学时要牢固树立系统工程的理念,树立科学发展观,建立符合国情的双语教学体系基本框架。     

Children’s Time Use: Labor Divisions and Schooling in Indonesia

Data from the Worker and Iron Status Evaluation are used to examine gendered patterns in children’s time in market and nonmarket work, schooling, and leisure in Indonesia (N= 2,929). Boys spend more time in market work; girls spend more time in nonmarket work. Work responsibilities increase with age as well as gender differentials in children’s time use. By age 18, girls spend nearly 1 more hour per day working and enjoy significantly less leisure time, but the gender gap in schooling is not significant, suggesting that parents and children are committed to both work and schooling. Additionally, Tobit regression results suggest that parents’ education, household income, and rural residency are important predictors of children’s labor and schooling time.     

Child,Parent, and Situational Correlates of Familial Ethnic/Race Socialization

This study examines child, parent, and situational correlates of familial ethnic/race socialization using nationally representative data gathered as part of the Early Childhood Longitudinal Study, Kindergarten Class of 1998 – 1999 (ECLS‐K). The ECLS‐K sample (N = 18,950) includes White, Black, Hispanic, Asian, Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander, American Indian, and multiracial kindergarteners, with survey data available at the child, parent/guardian, teacher, and school level. We find that child correlates such as race and gender, parent correlates such as education and warmth of parent‐child relationship, and situational correlates such as percent of minorities at the child’s school and cultural event participation influence how often family members discuss children’s ethnic/racial heritage with them. We advocate for continued research of contextualized family dynamics.     

美国的多元宗教概述及成因分析

美国是个多元宗教并存发展的社会,整个宗教种类繁多、宗派林立。但就其源流,多属希伯来———基督教文化传统的犹太教和由基督教发展而来的天主教和新教,在这三大主流派系中,新教占主要优势。促成美国多元宗教并存发展的原因有三:美国民族多样性是客观条件,基督教思想是内在动力,而美国宪法是根本保障。     

Varieties of marketisation in the UK: examining divergence in activation markets between Great Britain and Northern Ireland 2008–2014

This article examines the sub-national diversity in activation quasi-markets in the United Kingdom (UK). Through comparison of four active labour market programmes in Great Britain and Northern Ireland between 2008 and 2014, the article clarifies and maps intra-UK diversity in employment service governance and unpacks the shifting configurations of market structures in each jurisdiction to reveal a temporally and spatially distinct patterning of marketisation. Drawing on Gingrich's approach to analysis and classification of quasi-market variation, the article proposes that between 2008 and 2014, Great Britain rapidly evolved a provider-directed activation market. In contrast, the activation market structure in Northern Ireland, up to late 2014, is better characterised as state directed. A recent reconfiguration of the activation market in Northern Ireland does however indicate some (modified) convergence on Great Britain's approach. One common and consistent feature of the configuration of activation markets in each jurisdiction is the few powers given to direct users of employment services to shape contracted out provision.     

试论问责制的核心理念及其与反腐倡廉的契合性

问责制作为一种制度安排,无疑是当前反腐倡廉的利器。问责制的制度性与多元性的核心理念与反腐倡廉具有内在的契合性。结合我国当前公共治理中的问责状况,我们亟需改变党政内部单一主体的问责局面,形成制度保障的多元问责网络,以问责制度作为反腐倡廉的后盾,以多元问责拓展反腐倡廉的局面。     

规约含义与会话含义的哲学渊源与差异性研究

语言哲学研究的核心内容是意义理论。根据语境与语言形式,话语含义可分为规约含义与会话含义。规约含义的哲学溯源可追随到一百多年前,弗雷格将规约含义贴上了"含义的色彩"的标签。格莱斯认为,规约含义与会话含义都在语言使用过程中包含了说话人取向性,在动态中再现说话人意图或认识。探讨规约含义与会话含义的哲学渊源、本质特征,并从语言形式依赖程度、语境依赖性、推导性、撤销性、分离性、非真值条件性等因素探究了规约含义与会话含义的差异性。
