论中国的双语制

双语制指的是一个国家或地区实行的语言制度或语言政策。中国的双语制主要适用于各少数民族地区，它的特点是地区双语制或多语制，它的主要类型是民（少数民族语言）汉（汉语）双语制。随着中国改革开放的深入和经济、文化的发展，汉英双语教学和民汉英三语教学将成为中国教育双语制的一种新形式。教育双语制的不断发展和完善，将为国家培养出越来越多的双语兼通的人才，从而有利于各民族共同繁荣和社会进步

Legible lesbian lines: The bilingual poetry of Irena Klepfisz

Abstract

This article focuses on the poetry of Jewish lesbian poet Irena Klepfisz, written in New York starting in the 1970s. While drawing on the tradition of Yiddish women’s poetry from the first half of the twentieth century, both as scholar and poet, Klepfisz also creates a brand new, bilingual, Yiddish-English poetic mode. By mobilizing both Yiddish and English to voice her poetic and political concerns, Klepfisz stages the English/Yiddish encounter as a site where dominant norms in both languages can be challenged and new possibilities emerge. Exploring both her turn to the past and her bilingual poetry, this article reveals how Klepfisz puts her politics and scholarship to poetic practice and suggests that Klepfisz offers a model of queer translation that undoes the borders between past and present, English and Yiddish, creating a unique mode of Jewish lesbian reclamation and invention.     

现代汉语双语教学的理论与实践

依据现代教学心理理论 ,对英语专业的现代汉语课教学实行改革 ,对教学目标、教学内容、教学手段进行调整 ,初步创立汉英双语教学的有效模式     

西藏民族区域自治背景下的藏汉双语新闻传播

藏汉双语传播是西藏新闻传播事业最突出的特征,是党的民族区域自治政策的具体体现。本文试图以民族区域自治为背景,从双语传播的历史渊源、双语传播机制、双语传播功能和双语传播的未来走向等四个方面进行简要解析,进而把握西藏双语传播的特征和价值,并提出若干设想。     

The effect of domain prestige and interlocutors' bilingualism on loanword adaptations

There is great variability in whether foreign sounds in loanwords are adapted, such that segments show cross‐word and cross‐situational variation in adaptation. Previous research proposed that word frequency, speakers' level of bilingualism and neighborhoods' level of bilingualism can explain such variability. We test for the effect of these factors and propose two additional factors: interlocutors' level of bilingualism and the prestige of the donor language in the loanword's domain. Analyzing elicited productions of loanwords from Spanish into Mexicano in a village where Spanish and Mexicano enjoy prestige in complementary domains, we show that interlocutors' bilingualism and prestige influence the rate of sound adaptation. Additionally, we find that speakers accommodate to their interlocutors, regardless of the interlocutors' level of bilingualism. As retention of foreign sounds can lead to sound change, these results show that social factors can influence changes in a language's sound system.     

古代新疆多语种双语的流向

西汉至南北朝 ,新疆双语的主流是汉藏、印欧语系双语 ;隋唐宋时期新疆双语经印欧、汉藏、阿尔泰语系多语短暂过渡 ,汉阿双语成为新疆双语的主流 ;在元明清 ,特别是清代 ,以汉、维语为代表的汉阿双语为中心 ,形成新疆双语网络。     

闽东畲族双语形态的文化考察

地处福建东部的宁德市,明清以后逐渐成为畲族的主要聚居地。目前全市畲族人口近19万,约占全国畲族人口的1/4。据考察,解放前由于相对闭塞、独立的生活空间和自给自足的自然经济,使这一时期的畲族语言总体上体现出＂畲〉汉＂的双语形态;改革开放后经济的发展和传统观念的转化及向平原地带的迁徙活动,使目前的畲族语言呈现出＂汉〉畲＂的双语形态。我们应从保护畲族语言文化的角度出发,探索社会主义市场经济条件下现代文明与畲族传统文化相融合的平衡点。

以云南盈江县芒俄寨和仙岛寨为研究个案,从共时的类型对比看仙岛语濒危的走向,其属于"母语 兼用语"的双语型向"兼用语 兼用语"双语型的转换,是母语濒危后出现的特殊类型。     

中国社会的双语现象浅析

双语现象是人类社会发展变化的产物,是社会发展不同阶段的标识。因此,与双语现象有关的术语,如双语式、双言式和双体式是不容混淆的。此外,双语式的分类和习得过程也是双语研究的要点。
