Optimal balanced block designs for correlated observations

The construction of universally optimal designs, if such exist, is difficult to obtain, especially when there are some nuisance effects or correlated errors. The hub correlation is a special correlation structure with applications to experiments in genetics, networks and other areas in industry and agriculture. There may be restrictions on the correlation values of the hub structure depending on the experiment. Optimality of block designs under hub correlation has been studied for the case of a constant correlation value. In this article, we consider the hub structure when one of the correlation values is different from the others, and the universally optimal block designs, binary or non-binary, are theoretically obtained. 随着广大卫生技术人员对掌握卫生统计学知识的需求越来越大,针对成人教育的特点,本 文提出模块教学的概念,进行卫生统计学教学内容、方法、教学手段的改革。     

自适应变方块图像编码

介绍了一种适用于静止图像传输的自适应变方块图像编码方法。它以8×8像素的方块为基础,以解码后的归一化均方误差大小为依据,进行多次分割传送及逐级解码显示。各次传输的图像数据由每次分割后其相应均值差而定,收端以方块均值来恢复图像。计算机模拟实验表明:在恢复图像的主观质量与原始图像相比,看不出明显差别时,其平均编码率为0.6bit/pel 左右。     

On the asymptotic distribution of a class of aligned rank order test statistics in randomized block designs

In the present investigation, the unconditional asymptotic distribution of a class of aligned rank order test statistics for randomized block designs is derived under the null hypothesis and for nearby alternatives, as the number of blocks tends to infinity. The proofs of these results are based on the asymptotic equivalence in quadratic mean between aligned observations and their ranks and thus are quite similar to the Hájek and SKidák (1967) approach.     

基于有限元功率流的桥梁 承轨台轨道结构振动特性研究

用功率流理论从能量的角度研究轨道结构的振动特性，它兼顾了力和速度的相位关系，比传统的以力、位移、加速度和速度等单个指标来衡量振动特性更具有综合性。建立了桥梁 承轨台轨道有限元模型，对其进行谐响应分析，从而得到输入钢轨和承轨台的总功率流，进而评价其振动特性。改变扣件的刚度和阻尼，研究扣件参数的改变对于钢轨和承轨台输入总功率流的影响。

曾国荃一般被认为是个打战勇猛、贪钱爱财的武夫,其实他对于儒学、儒生和文人雅事始终抱有温情和敬意.因此,在军书旁午之时,他就有慨然捐资刻书之举；兵燹平息之后,又悯战后书籍残毁,亲躬铅椠之役,设局广刊经籍,在晚清刻书史上留下了值得书写的一页.其好学乐善,刊刻经史,都是出于弘扬儒术、传播文化的自觉,起到了嘉惠士林、振兴文教的作用.     

Improved conditions for the robustness of binary block designs against the loss of whole blocks

Several authors have investigated conditions for a binary block design, D, to be maximally robust such that every eventual design obtained from D by eliminating r_[υ]−1 blocks is connected, where r_[υ] is the smallest treatment replication. Four new results for the maximal robustness of D with superior properties are given. An extension of these results to widen the assessment of robustness of the planned design is also presented.     

河北省城市特色街区发展中的问题及其对策

在我省深入开展＂三年大变样＂的形势下,特色街区作为推动城市发展上水平、出品位、生财富的重要载体,在城市发展中的地位和作用日益受到广泛关注。针对目前我省城市特色街区建设正处于起步阶段的客观实际,文章就加强我省城市特色街区建设和发展方面的问题提出了一些建议。     

金融生态环境对区域经济增长的影响

基于空间计量的角度,研究金融生态环境对区域经济增长的影响。从经济基础、金融发展、政府治理、人文社会和区块链5个维度考察金融生态环境。结果表明:政府治理与人文社会对区域经济增长有促进作用;金融发展对区域经济增长有轻微抑制作用,可能是由于金融发展服务于实体经济的效率不高并占有部分本应属于实体经济的资源;我国各省域金融生态环境逐年向好发展,但不同省域金融生态环境差别较大。     

Some methods for constructing C-designs

Block designs having a property described by Caliński (1971) and Saha (1976), referred to as C-property, are further considered. A necessary and sufficient condition for a block design to have the C-property is given by Saha (1976) and another by Ceranka and Koz?owska (1983). In this paper some methods for constructing such block designs are presented.
