本文介绍了在Ｐｒｏｔｅｌ环境下液压原理图的生成方法，对与Ｃ接口生成的阀孔连通表档案文件的关键技术问题进行了分析探讨，指出这是液压集成块ＣＡＤ中的一种新的尝试。

In this paper it will be shown that a sufficient condition for the existence of an RB(v, 8, 7) is that v≡0 (mod 8) and v is nondivisible by 3, 5, 7.

Block censoring scheme with two-parameter exponential distribution

This paper deals with a new censoring scheme, called ‘Block Censoring’ which reduces considerably the total time on test in the life testing experiments with respect to the common used experimental tests such as rightly censored data. This new scheme is analysed when the lifetimes of products follow the two-parameter exponential distribution. Specially, it is proved that the respective spacings are independently distributed exponential. The problem of estimating parameters is investigated in details.A Monte Carlo simulation is conducted for obtaining the optimal block censoring scheme in the sense of the shortest expected test time. Finally, a real data set on times to breakdown of an insulating fluid between electrodes from Nelson [Applied life data analysis. New York: Wiley; 1982. p.105] is analysed.     

Testing a block exchangeable covariance matrix

Testing hypotheses about the structure of a covariance matrix for doubly multivariate data is often considered in the literature. In this paper the Rao's score test (RST) is derived to test the block exchangeable covariance matrix or block compound symmetry (BCS) covariance structure under the assumption of multivariate normality. It is shown that the empirical distribution of the RST statistic under the null hypothesis is independent of the true values of the mean and the matrix components of a BCS structure. A significant advantage of the RST is that it can be performed for small samples, even smaller than the dimension of the data, where the likelihood ratio test (LRT) cannot be used, and it outperforms the standard LRT in a number of contexts. Simulation studies are performed for the sample size consideration, and for the estimation of the empirical quantiles of the null distribution of the test statistic. The RST procedure is illustrated on a real data set from the medical studies.

随着网络数字技术的快速发展,视听作品的创作方式和传播途径较之前发生了巨大转变,网络短视频应运而生,成为继文字、图片、音乐之后风靡全国的娱乐新形式.二次创作短视频在短视频行业中占有重要地位,但在现行著作权法规定之下,二次创作短视频却引发了一系列权利冲突问题.高举“合理使用”的“免死金牌”,二次创作短视频从未停下脚步.纵观合理使用的内涵与外延,将二次创作短视频完全纳入合理使用辐射范围不切实际,纠纷解决过程困难重重.基于公平与效率原则,兼顾在先作品著作权利与二次创作行为的积极性,建议在司法实务中,运用“四要素检验法”帮助判断是否构成合理使用,构建新型著作权集体管理组织和区块链智能合约,力求在源头解决权利冲突.
