Repelling the “Rutter”: Social Differentiation Among Rural Teenagers

This paper examines low‐income white rural teenagers' management of race and class‐based inequality. It analyzes how these teenagers constructed boundaries to distinguish themselves from outsiders, but also to distinguish themselves from the local abject category of “rutter.” The findings reveal hidden interconnections between race and class in interactional practice, and highlight local processes of differentiation through which actors attempt to deflect stigma and attain credibility. The paper discusses how interactional mechanisms such as “internal othering” and “stigma‐theory” bolster race and class credibility, but reproduce inequality.

现行法律规定网络平台侵权投诉（即通知）的形式审查,在机制目的设置上,旨在降低平台实质审查带来的高成本。然而,过于简单的形式审查要件之规定对平台的稳定性与人力审核成本反而提出了更高的要求。为维护平台信息数据的稳定性,平台难免会选择实质审查来减少形式审查所产生的信息波动。这又与网络平台侵权投诉形式审查的宗旨相悖。平台针对不同的权利类型的投诉进行审核,其中最为核心的就是对“构成侵权的初步证明材料”的把握。这个过程是个主观大于客观的自我内心确信。在以高度盖然性为标准的大前提下,网络平台要做的是权利归属的恰当性判断。     

Specialization and the Survival of Self‐Help Organizations

This article examines the survival rates of 589 self‐help organizations in order to understand how self‐help niches, organizations specializing in biomedical, human services, and behavioral health, differentially impact longevity. Drawing on a study of the self‐help movement, we examine how the various mechanisms by which specialization impacts self‐help movement organizations' chances of survival. Extending the concepts of embeddedness, countervailing powers, and organizational specialization to self‐help organizations, we investigate how formal structures and professional alliances differentially promote longevity. Results show how formalization enhances self‐help organizations' longevity, and serves as a mechanism by which specialization impacts organizational viability. While formalization has a robust and beneficial impact on longevity, some professional linkages are negatively associated with survival and others are positively associated with it.     

论我国农村合作组织发展中的政府支持界限

政府支持界限和角色定位对农村合作组织发展产生重要的影响。目前我国地方政府对农村合作组织的支持存在支配型、引导型、不支持型等三种类型,这三种支持界限的类型都导致了我国农村合作组织的发展呈现出诸多的问题。我国地方政府在农村合作组织发展的中应“进退”并举：政府应逐步从农村合作组织的内部管理中退出;在政策性领域政府的行动力度和范围要继续扩大;建立统一、规范、竞争、有序的市场体系。     

Building buy-in: The need for internal relationships and informal coalitions

Significant research has focused on influencing senior leadership, and this study offers new insights into building internal relationships and informal coalitions to provide strategic counsel. These strategies involve internal communications, a neglected area of research and practice. The findings are based on in-depth interviews with 30 executives representing multiple departments in four U.S. companies. A new role justifying public relations’ membership in executive decision teams is internal boundary spanning or gathering intelligence internally across business units, and requires public relations to have a seat at multiple decision tables.

随着社会的发展，现代汉语中出现了越来越多的新用法，本文讨论了“X风”的使用情况，诸如“欧美风”、“日韩风”、“中国风”等。这些词在90年代的时候只是零星地被人提起，并且大都作为专有名词使用，而到了21世纪，“X风”已经被广泛运用，特别是在比较新潮的领域，逐渐成为一种趋于稳定的格式。“X风”存在的内部原因一方面是“风”的词汇意义和形象意义之间的结合，另一方面则与“X”的特点有关。

对债权让与通知传统理论的反思

我国学界长期以来关于债权让与通知的传统观点有检讨的必要.让与通知并非是债权让与合同的生效要件,而是对债务人产生拘束力的要件.让与通知是使债权实际发生移转的事实行为,而非准法律行为.在债权让与对债务人生效要件这一问题上,所谓的"自由主义"实际上是对德国法相关规定的误解.债权让与中的"对抗"只能是针对交易第三人;对债务人只存在是否发生效力的问题.因此,我国学界长期存在的"债权让与合同有效成立,债权让与即生效只是不能对抗债务人"的说法应予以纠正.
