光纤光栅在光纤通信和光纤传感等领域有着广泛的应用,其中长周期光纤光栅是近年来光纤光栅研究领域的热点之一．该文在总结长周期光纤光栅研究现状的基础上,着重介绍了高频CO2激光脉冲写入长周期光纤光栅的新方法。     

塑料注射机节能问题的研究与探讨

本文针对 XS—ZY—125型塑料注射成型机,分析了现行通用的双联泵供油液压系统耗能大的原因。介绍了压力流量补偿负荷传感液压系统在注射机上应用的基本原理。通过应用上述两种液压系统分别驱动同一台注射机的生产运行对比试验和能耗测试分析,证明压力流量补偿负荷传感液压系统具有十分显著的节能效果。通过经济效益估算分析,指出进一步开发压力流量补偿负荷传感液压系统在注射机上的应用,不仅具有十分显著的经济效益,而且具有很大的社会效益。     

A Compressive Sensing Based Analysis of Anomalies in Generalized Linear Models

In this article, we present a compressive sensing based framework for generalized linear model regression that employs a two-component noise model and convex optimization techniques to simultaneously detect outliers and determine optimally sparse representations of noisy data from arbitrary sets of basis functions. We then extend our model to include model order reduction capabilities that can uncover inherent sparsity in regression coefficients and achieve simple, superior fits. Second, we use the mixed ?₂/?₁ norm to develop another model that can efficiently uncover block-sparsity in regression coefficients. By performing model order reduction over all independent variables and basis functions, our algorithms successfully deemphasize the effect of independent variables that become uncorrelated with dependent variables. This desirable property has various applications in real-time anomaly detection, such as faulty sensor detection and sensor jamming in wireless sensor networks. After developing our framework and inheriting a stable recovery theorem from compressive sensing theory, we present two simulation studies on sparse or block-sparse problems that demonstrate the superior performance of our algorithms with respect to (1) classic outlier-invariant regression techniques like least absolute value and iteratively reweighted least-squares and (2) classic sparse-regularized regression techniques like LASSO.

肇庆市水硬度现状的分析

采用EDTA滴定法测定水样中的总硬度、钙硬度、镁硬度、永久硬度和暂时硬度．检测了肇庆市部分水样的硬度,并将之与世界卫生组织对于水硬度的规定与标准进行比较,结果发现自来水、西江水和北岭山泉水属于中等硬度水,总硬度在60-120mg／L之间,符合健康饮用水标准;星湖水和直饮水属于软水,总硬度在0-60mg／L之间．     

微波消化-分光光度法测定牛奶中钙含量

建立了微波消化-分光光度法测定牛奶中钙含量的方法,研究了缓冲溶液种类、物质的量浓度、pH值、邻甲酚酞和三乙醇胺用量、显色时间等对测定结果的影响,对测定条件进行了优化.在pH=11.0的氨性缓冲溶液中,钙与邻甲酚酞迅速形成紫色络合物.该法用于测定市售牛奶样品得到较满意的结果,Ca2＋质量浓度在0.02～2.50μg/mL范围具有良好的线性关系（R2=0.999 9）,回收率在84%～108%之间.     

Lower urinary tract symptoms and its potential relation with late-onset hypogonadism

The study of the health status of the aging male takes presently a more integrative approach and it appears that ailments typical of male aging, such as lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS), (visceral) obesity, metabolic syndrome and erectile failure are significantly interrelated. A common denominator of the above ailments is lower-than-normal testosterone levels occurring in a significant proportion of elderly men. This review addresses the potential connections between LUTS and late-onset hypogonadism. In animal studies there appear to be androgen and estrogen receptors in the urothelium and smooth muscle cells of the urethra and bladder of the rat and rabbit, as well as in the neurons in the autonomic ganglia of the prostatic plexus of the male rat. Upon castration electrically evoked relaxations of the smooth muscle of the prostatic urethra were decreased. There is a Rho-kinase activation/endothelin pathway; possibly involved in the increased smooth muscle activity found in both LUTS/benign prostate hyperplasia. Nitric oxide (NO) appears to have a smooth muscle relaxing effect in the urogenital organs. Studies in humans have convincingly shown that phosphodiestererase inhibitors have a beneficial effect on LUTS. More intervention studies should be undertaken to test the clinical validity of the theoretically plausible interrelationship between LUTS and late-onset hypogonadism.     

Digital navigation and the driving-machine: supervision,calculation, optimization,and recognition

ABSTRACT

In this paper, I explore the navigational implications of a possible driving world. In the last few years, autonomous vehicles (AVs) have garnered significant attention, with much of this scrutiny centered on the technical possibilities, legal restrictions, and utilitarian ethics of AVs. In this paper, I look at how AVs are radically transforming the nature of navigational decision-making. Research into the automation of industrial processes and aircraft fly-by-wire systems suggests that navigational supervision, by humans, will become a significant duty, recalibrating navigation itself. I draw out the implications of automation through three navigational practices of the ‘driving-machine’ I refer to as route-calculation, terrain-optimization, and object-recognition. Attending to these practices assists in the ongoing interrogation of the machinic rendering of automobile space.     

360例慢性肾脏病矿物质-骨代谢异常发病率及治疗状况调查

目的通过调查慢性肾脏病(CKD)3～5期患者的钙、磷代谢情况及甲状旁腺激素(PTH)水平,分析该类患者继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症(SPHT)发生及治疗情况。方法回顾性分析于2008年11月至2009年11月在我院肾病科就诊的268例CKD3～5期患者血钙、血磷、钙磷乘积、PTH水平及治疗情况等。结果①73.88%的CKD3～5期患者存在着不同程度的SPHT。②CKD患者的PTH水平与血磷、钙磷乘积呈线性正相关(P<0.001),与矫正钙呈负相关(P<0.001)。③治疗状况:依据NKF-K/DOQI建议,应使用活性维生素D治疗的有119例,其中49.58%服用了骨化三醇,未治疗比例达50.42%。HP+HD能比HD更有效清除PTH。结论 CKD3～5期患者普遍存在SPHT;HP+HD能比HD更有效清除PTH;医生对CKD患者矿物质-骨代谢异常缺乏足够重视。
