查慎行与《忆鸣诗集》案

《忆鸣诗集》案发于查慎行卒世五十余年后,对清中叶后两浙士风深有影响。慎行牵入诗案的直接原因是为卓长龄《高樟阁集》作序。缘查岐昌所辑《敬业堂文集》流落在外,查氏后人始逃过一劫。诗案发生于浙西,有其历史因素。海宁查氏与塘栖卓氏为世交,查慎行早年从学卓天寅,后与卓长龄及金张等人交笃。明清易代,遗民思潮与江湖士风盛行两浙,造成两浙文化与庙堂专制文化的一种“悖离”,查慎行、卓长龄、金张等人深受沾熏。清廷借《忆鸣诗集》案惩治两浙士子以威劫士气,巩固统治。从这一意义上说,这场文字狱与明史案、汪景祺案、查嗣庭案、吕留良案关系密切。     

从实证视角理解个案研究:三阶段考察渠文的方法创新

本文尝试对话渠敬东“迈向社会全体的个案研究”一文：一方面通过实证视角，就渠文进行爬梳与理解，盼激发更多跨界对话；另一方面针对方法应用，自该文提炼策略与建议，盼有助催生具体的研究策略。基于上述目的，本文将“从个案到全体”的历程划分为三个阶段：选择个案、研究个案、推论个案，藉以条理渠文丰富多彩的方法论述。讨论过程中就渠文提示的个案研究途径与传统实证和诠释路径并列对照，帮助说明渠文创新所在。在总的方向上，本文与渠文一致，一方面力图论证个案研究的价值，尝试勾勒出规范、系统的个案方法；另一方面尝试通过个案研究对话，使实证阵营能够理解、欣赏诠释阵营的研究思路与丰厚内涵。     

'Thoughtful' practice: child care social work and the role of case discussion

Since the publication of Lord Laming’s inquiry into the death of Victoria Climbé there have been a number of insightful and thoughtful papers into the professional context and circumstances that surrounded this tragedy. Those papers highlight the insufficient thought given to the psychosocial dimensions of Victoria’s situation, their impact on professional practice and the support needs of practitioners. This paper explores the tensions between ‘doing’ and ‘thinking’ in contemporary practice and draws on psychodynamic concepts to inform our understanding of why individuals and organizations behave in repetitiously compulsive ways. A case discussion model is outlined and its potential for addressing the psychodynamic demands facing practitioners and front‐line managers is considered.     

Family touch practices and learning experiences in the museum

ABSTRACT

This paper investigates how family museum visitors crafted learning through interaction with one another and the touch objects of an exhibition. Through a case study of seven families’ interaction, we show how families used touch to bring their interests and resources into dialogue with museum expectations and resources. Using a multimodal approach to analyze observational data, we generate a fine-grained account of differently configured family touch practices and ways of experiencing and knowing objects through their material, sensory tactile and affective qualities. We conclude by highlighting how our findings can inform the design of touch exhibits to support family learning, with attention to engagement, narrative creation, and embodied learning, and point to the paper’s methodological contribution to the analysis of visitor situated real-time interaction and learning in museums.     

诠释取向的个案工作

社会工作实践需要理论的指导,而理论同样在实践中不断发展。为推动我国社会工作理论研究,本刊下半月拟从2007年12期开始,开辟"理论前沿"专栏,发表有关理论研诠释学是一门有关"理解"的古老学科,其"双向理解"的观点,对个案社工实务有着重要的影响。在诠释架构下从事个案工作实践,其强调社工的价值介入,在辅导过程,社会工作者与案主的关系是平等的,社工要不断的反思自己的视角,与案主的理解角度进行调和,遵循一种灵活性辅导方式。     

方志舆图制作中方向处理的个案研究——以道光《紫阳县志》的舆图为例

方志舆图制作中的方向处理是方志舆图制作的一项重要内容,也是我们对方志舆图进行研究一项重要内容;对方志舆图制作中的方向处理的方法及原则进行探讨应具有一定数量的、遵循同一制图原则的方志舆图;道光《紫阳县志》中的31幅舆图则可以满足方志舆图制作中的方向处理方法及原则探讨的需要;道光《紫阳县志》舆图方向处理的方法实际上体现出了以高为上或以山为上的方志舆图方向处理的原则,这是一种经验性的方向处理的原则;这一原则对于探讨乾嘉时期乃至明至清代中前期方志舆图的方向处理具有一定的参考价值。

本文采用一名小孩长期跟踪数据,分析语料,否定词否定意义获得来考查儿童汉语否定获得机制。     

Integrating sustainable supply chain practices with operational performance: an exploratory study of Chinese SMEs

Abstract

With growing regulatory and market pressure to implement green practices, SMEs are facing enormous challenges to simultaneously improve operational and green performances of their supply chains. The paper aims to understand the green practices adopted by Chinese SMEs in the packaging sector in order to assess the impact of these practices in improving the operational performance. Case study-based research methodology is adopted and semi-structured interviews are conducted to collect data from seven SMEs in this study. Both in-case and cross-case analyses are performed to understand the green practices being adopted with the focus on improving the operational performance. The findings of this study indicate that although most SMEs understand the importance of green practices, they have limited knowledge to integrate these practices to improve operational performance. Integration and alignment of green activities with the operational improvement measures are identified as critical factors to develop an efficient green supply chain.     

刑事立案监督立法完善问题研究

立案监督是我国1996年<刑事诉讼法>赋予人民检察院在刑事诉讼中行使的一项重要监督权力.但目前立案监督立法存在监督对象不全、范围狭窄、手段乏力、具体监督部门不明等问题.加强刑事诉讼立案监督对于强化检察机关法律监督职能、保障程序公正的实现、加强人权的保障以及避免权力的滥用都具有很大的必要性.为此,应从扩大监督对象、拓宽监督内容、强化监督措施、组建专门监督部门等方面完善立案监督的相关规定.     

中国大学生英语学习动机与表现之实例研究（英文）

近年来,越来越多的中国学生去西方国家求学,因此我们需要了解出国留学学生这一特殊群体.尽管在中国已有大量有关动机与表现之间的关系的研究和二语习得中动机的重要性的研究,但对中国大学生英语学习动机与表现的实例研究,却比较缺乏.本文以湖南涉外经济学院国际教育学部的四个大学生为研究对象,进行了学习动机和表现方面的定性研究,旨在证实良好的动机能改进学生在英语学习中的表现.
