行业协会的法理基础与社会价值

所谓行业协会 ,从本质上说 ,是同行业企业为减少交易成本而达成的妥协。组织上自治 ,经济上独立 ,活动上自由 ,地域上开放 ,是行业协会存在的基石。行业协会具有行业协调、行业代表、行业调解、行业服务等经济价值 ,同时对政府职能转变、建立法治国家和诚信社会有相当的价值。现有的行业协会法律调整和管理体制已严重阻碍行业协会应有价值的发挥 ,亟待新的法律调整并在此基础上重构行业协会。     

技术性贸易壁垒对江西省农副产品出口的影响及对策研究

技术性贸易壁垒(TBT)给江西省农副产品的出口造成了极大的影响。在对江西省农副产品出口受技术性贸易壁垒的影响及原因分析基础上,提出政府推进农业标准体系建设和农业产业化经营,建立江西省技术性贸易壁垒保护体系;行业协会规范企业的生产、加工行为,组织企业应对技术性贸易壁垒;企业积极采用国际标准、实施多元化出口战略增强企业产品的国际市场竞争力等一系列措施来突破技术性贸易壁垒等设想,以促进江西省农副产品的出口。     

户外体育社团对体育课程的影响研究

通过采用文献资料法、访谈调查法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等对福建省高校户外运动类体育社团进行调查,发现高校户外类体育社团具有与体育俱乐部相同的性质和功能,对高校体育课程教学的持续、健康、全面发展具有促进作用。

从新时期下行业协会的主要特性和职能出发，分析了行业协会目前存在的主要挑战，在此基础上，提出了新时期加强中国对行业协会管理的对策思考，并以广州为例，对行业协会改革和创新，特别在行业协会管理职能转变、政会新型关系等方面作了探索。     

Cooperative Membership and Community Engagement: Findings From a Latin American Survey

Cooperatives as organization have mainly been explored in the field of business and management due to their operation in the business sector, and studies of nonprofit organizations have given little attention to them. Consequently, cooperatives studies have tended to examine economic outcomes, such as productivity and job security, comparing them to conventional business firms. Nevertheless, cooperatives are membership associations and have organizational characteristics in common with other types of voluntary associations. Furthermore, one explicit organizational principle of cooperatives is concern for community, and their contributions to the community have been covered frequently by media. Therefore, it is imperative to examine cooperative members’ community engagement, and compare it to other types of association members. Using a national sample of Venezuelans, the relationships between association memberships and community involvement were compared across different types of associations. The results showed that cooperative members had a higher likelihood of being involved in community matters than those from other types of associations. Although the Venezuelan cooperatives have received vast support from the Chavez government for community development, this result can have an implication on the cooperatives’ organizational identity as those who provide members with resources necessary for civic engagement beyond the organizations.     

Clubs as vehicles for inclusion in the urban fabric? Immigrants and elitist associational practices in Antwerp, 1795–1830

In both migration studies and sociocultural studies of associational practices, membership of voluntary associations has been considered as a vehicle for inclusion in the urban fabric. In migration studies, on the one hand, attention has been focused primarily on migrants’ own organizations, revealing questions about the role of these organizations as obstacles or incentives for social embedding in the new living environment. Associational studies, on the other hand, have emphasized social practices and social differences between clubs, without taking into account the impact upon immigration. This article brings together both historiographical traditions, and emphasizes the structural and socio-cultural elements of incorporation processes. The research investigates a group of immigrant-businessmen and their participation in club life in Antwerp between 1795 and 1830, asking whether associational life was used as a vehicle for inclusion, or whether access was only feasible when other inclusion mechanisms had been successful. By situating the timing of any entry into club membership in relation to other aspects of their personal and professional life-course, it becomes clear that access was preceded by other social mechanisms. Indeed, even for wealthy businessmen, mechanisms of exclusion existed as a consequence of existing social hierarchies amongst voluntary associations in Antwerp.     

Like strangers we trust: Identity and generic affiliation networks

Sociological research on collective behavior provides strong evidence for the sources of collective action and shared attitudes based on overlapping experience. We know, for example, that members of social movement organizations are likely to share similar beliefs. However, a significant portion of the prior research on shared behaviors or attitudes analyzes individuals who do not know one another. This research using large surveys often infers overlapping experience based on generic connections: People in unions generally or church groups generally are likely to hold similar beliefs or engage in similar behaviors as if they were in the same unions or church groups. In this paper, I challenge this simple inference by arguing that the generic affiliations we hold contribute to our identity. Specifically, our identities can, in part, be seen as a network of overlapping roles based on generic affiliations. Findings indicate the importance of considering generic affiliation networks when modeling trust and political partisanship. Individuals who share multiple affiliations often appear to be similar to one another along a number of socio-demographic dimensions and report similar attitudes. Conclusions highlight the promise and challenge of relational approaches to social life.

将策略管理领域的ansoff矩阵思维运用于大学生社团社区教育活动，“社区渗透”、“社区开发”、“服务开发”和“多元化”四大战略的制定和实施成功解决了我院大学生社团社区教育活动的一些不足之处，探索了大学生社团开展社区教育活动“可示范、可扩展和可复制”的路径。文章提出大学生社团要有专业意识、市场意识和系统意识。

制度理论可以作为行业协会功能与建设相关研究的一个理论视角.文章旨在透过制度理论的视角而理论推演行业协会的功能诉求和建设要求.研究发现,制度理论范畴内的利益集团理论、治理理论及合法性理论和行业协会的功能与建设关系最为密切.其中从利益集团理论和治理理论可以推演出行业协会功能建设的具体诉求,而从合法性理论则可以推演出行业协会功能建设的必要条件.制度理论视角下的行业协会功能建设可概括为“三个必须”和“六种能力”.     

我国慈善组织的外部监督

慈善组织的公共性是外部监督的正当性基础.外部监督包括政府监督、社会监督、利益相关者监督及独立机构的监督.政府监督主要通过主管机关和税务机关来实现,贯穿于慈善组织设立、运行等各个环节;社会监督的关键在于慈善组织信息公开制度的建立;利益相关者的监督则依托于法律赋予监督主体诉权;独立机构的监督则在于提高独立机构的独立性和公信力来实现有效的监督.
