关于网络募捐的监管问题

作为新生事物的网络募捐,虽然有着独特的社会救助效应,但也暴露出其在法律依据、主体确认、可信度、救助效果等方面存在的问题。要从分析网络募捐的定位和存在问题入手,探讨网络募捐的监管问题。要明确如何通过加快立法进程、加强审批和管理、加强网络监管、建立监督与评估机制等方面加强对网络募捐的监管,从而引导和规范网络募捐健康发展。

清代景德镇城市社会经济发展史,不仅是经济的历史,同时也是一部行帮组织整合与城市社会秩序形成过程的历史。在清代景德镇社会中,行帮组织势力最大、影响最深,绝大部分公共事务都被行帮组织控制,而且官府对地方社会的控制亦多借助行帮力量。行帮组织构成了景德镇的城市经济组织和社会控制的特征,制约了城市变迁的方向和轨道。行帮全面控制景德镇瓷业经济发展的时候,既是景德镇瓷业经济的繁盛时期,也是景德镇传统瓷业经济注定要走向衰落之时。

社会和谐是全面建设小康社会的重要目标,体育社团在构建和谐社会中发挥着特殊作用：沟通政府和民众,维护社会稳定;承担部分政府职能,促进体育事业发展;服务体育公益事业,维护社会公平;调动一切积极因素,增强全社会创造活力。     

Comparing the discussion networks and voluntary association memberships of immigrants and non-immigrants in U.S. suburban gateways

Using survey data from five Chicago (U.S.) suburbs, we build regression models comparing the social lives of immigrants and non-immigrants. We define immigration several ways (citizenship, legal status, immigrant generation, length of time in U.S., and race/ethnicity). Results indicate that the size, longevity and density of immigrants’ discussion networks are mostly comparable to those of non-immigrants, as are the number and longevity of their voluntary association memberships. Immigrants and non-immigrants differ little in geographic location of their network confidants and organizational memberships. However, there is less racial/ethnic variety in immigrants’ social lives, particularly if they are Latinx or not citizens.     

Multinationals’ political activity for institutional change: Evidence from Spain during the international crisis of 2008

International crises generate uncoupling between multinational enterprises (MNEs) and the institutional environment. In these settings, industry associations of MNEs have an incentive to engage in institutional change by taking a role as institutional entrepreneurs in order to generate change within the existing, unsuitable institutions. However, MNEs can also try to avoid such institutions or try to adapt to them. Because the antecedents and outcomes of these three forms of engagement in institutional change (institutional avoidance, adaptation, and entrepreneurship) have been scarcely studied in Europe, this reflection examines the case of Spain during the international crisis and analyses the coordinated action of MNEs through their associations in seven industries. The discussion of 30 pieces of evidence regarding the engagement in institutional change in Spain suggests a model that proposes relevant antecedents of different forms of engagement and the expected outcomes resulting from the chosen forms, among them: co-evolution and co-involution.

通过调查，实证研究了高校学生社团对大学生社会化的影响。调查发现：是否参与社团对大学生的道德社会化、政治情感与态度、自我认知等影响显著；社团类型对大学生的社会化影响表现为，公益型社团对大学生的道德社会化起促进作用，专业学术型社团对大学生的个性社会化起促进作用；大学生社团参与程度对其社会化影响显著，参与程度越高的学生社会化完成越好。

随着我国高校扩招工作的不断深入进行,大学生社团活动已日渐成为高校加强学风建设的重要载体。对于高校来说,学生社团活动与学风建设工作在理论和实践上存在着一定的契合关系。学校加强学风建设,可以将发展学生社团、开展社团活动作为工作出发点。开展社团活动是学校打造特色校园文化的一项重要内容,加强学风建设又是高校发展的内涵要求,开展大学生社团活动与学风建设共进关系研究有助于高校切实提高人才培养质量,实现大学生全面发展的高等教育目标。

高校"红色社团"作为群众性的马克思主义理论学习型组织,在培养青年马克思主义者方面具有独特的优势,与"青马工程"存在高度的契合性,是推进高校"青马工程"的有效载体。以"红色社团"为依托,应该通过推选合适对象,提供日常培养平台,强化跟踪培养,夯实群众基础,营造文化氛围等策略配合和推动高校"青马工程"的实施。与此同时,要从提高认识、精配良师、完善机制、加强交流等方面加强"红色社团"建设,切实保障高校"青马工程"的深入推进。
