学前教育应当为儿童提供什么样的经验以及如何组织这些经验,将直接影响儿童的成长与发展。随着托幼一体化成为我国学前教育发展的趋势,寻求建设一体化课程体系的有效路径是我国亟须解决的问题。新西兰已建立起比较完善的托育在内的托幼一体化课程标准,从培养目标、内容、实施到评价等一系列经验,给世界各国提供了典型借鉴。目前,我国托幼一体化课程建设处于探索阶段,相关研究比较有限。本文通过解析新西兰托幼一体化课程纲要的逻辑起点和内容要素,以期为破解我国托幼一体化课程体系的建构提供思考方向。  相似文献

近年来,长三角区域一体化取得了有目共睹的成效,并成功抵御了国际金融危机的严重冲击,实现了经济企稳回升的积极转变。面对后危机时代的新机遇和新挑战,针对区域一体化合作中出现的问题与瓶颈,文章提出推进新一轮长三角区域一体化发展的十点建议,重点提出要以上海"两个中心"建设和浦东综合配套改革试验区为突破口,努力构建起分工合理、功能完备的长三角城镇体系,全面加快长三角城市的国际化进程,使长三角城市群尽早成为我国最具活力和国际竞争力的世界级城市群。  相似文献

This paper empirically investigates Korean households' choice of childcare mode using the Korean Childcare Users Survey (2012). A multivariate logit model with partial observability (hereafter, PO‐logit model) is employed to address the issue of Korean households' demand for public childcare facilities exceeding capacity limits. Our estimation result rejects the hypothesis of no queueing at conventional significance levels to advocate use of the PO‐logit model in explaining Korean households' childcare choices. We decompose choice probabilities of public childcare facilities to estimate the size of queuing. Our results imply that 31.8% of parents preferring public childcare facility are forced to choose other childcare modes due to capacity limit.  相似文献

Using first to fourth wave data of the Panel Study of Korean Children (PSKC), this study explores the effects of childcare center use, maternal employment, and other child and familial characteristics on the language development of toddlers in Korea. Among the 2078 families with children in the PSKC, those who completed the Receptive and Expressive Vocabulary Test at the fourth wave were selected, and a small number of disabled or prematurely born children were excluded. In addition, to clarify the effects of maternal employment, families with mothers who were either employed or unemployed for three consecutive years during the child's infancy were selected. Regression analysis showed that neither childcare center use nor maternal employment during infancy had significant effects on toddlers’ expressive and receptive vocabulary at the fourth wave. Family characteristics, such as household poverty and maternal education level, as well as child characteristics, such as gender and birth order, had significant effects on expressed vocabulary. However, only children's gender significantly affected the receptive vocabulary level of toddlers.  相似文献

This paper reports on the findings of a documentary analysis of policies and procedures relating to self‐harm from a range of organisations working with young people in the UK. It identifies the extent to which policies and/or procedures relating to self‐harm are available for service providers and offers a wider understanding of the concepts of self‐harm and approaches to helping as incorporated into service guidance and delivery. It highlights the prevalence of self‐harming behaviours in a climate of stigma and the need to define appropriate and supportive agency responses from a trained staff that is both sensitive and individualised.  相似文献

根据组织提供的服务类型,支持型社会组织分为“单一功能支持型组织”和“同业支持型社会组织”。以社区居家养老组织“心贴心”为例,组织发展的动力机制;一方面,同业支持型社会组织为其自身发展需要而积累的“组织发展要素”是发挥同业支持的必要条件;另一方面,新生组织的孵化、适当的政社关系的构建对同业圈内支持的需求是同业支持的充分条件。同业支持型社会组织有利于构建有机的社会组织生态圈,是一种提升社会组织能力的新方式。  相似文献

Visitation centers provide a protected environment for meetings between noncustodial fathers and their children. The aim of the study was to analyze fathers’ experiences with the visitation center. This qualitative study is based on 12 interviews with fathers who had been meeting their children in visitation centers. Findings show that the fathers’ experiences were structured by two poles. On one pole were fathers who experienced the visitation center as a hostile place designed for supervision, limiting their parenthood role. On the opposite pole were fathers who experienced the visitation center as a secure and enabling space that helped in the continuity of relationships with their children. Another group of interviewees expressed both dichotomous voices, experiencing the visitation center as a positive opportunity to meet children, but as negative due to supervision. The discussion focuses on masculinity as constructing the fathers’ experiences.  相似文献

Service providers (N = 109) at lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning (LGBTQ)-affirming social service agencies were surveyed on their perceived training needs, experiences, and barriers to service access experienced by their clients. Hierarchical regression analysis identified that training experiences significantly influenced self-perceived competence, controlling for agency-related factors including the extent of perceived barriers to service. Findings are discussed with implications for training, practice, and future research.  相似文献
