广东工业技术创新能力的指标评估及提升途径

在竞争日益激烈的今天,技术创新能力在产业区域竞争中具有越来越重要的地位。文章从技术创新队伍、技术创新经费投入、技术创新成果和高新技术产业化四个方面的指标对广东工业技术创新能力进行了分析和综合评价,并提出了进一步提升广东工业技术创新能力,增强产业竞争力的途径。     

关于学报发展中几个问题的思考

在互联网日益普及的情况下，高校学报不应等待观望，而应尽快转变认识，充分利用网络资源进行新的尝试，为自身的发展服务。高校学报要走的个性化特色化之路，通过对可资形成特色的各种条件进行创造性整合，形成刊物的个性与特色。注重提高刊物的学术影响力，提高所刊论文的引用率与引文率，在增强社会效益上做文章。同时，也要重视编排的标准化、规范化等工作，以期使学报的生存与发展进入良性循环。     

论文学风格的地域性

文学风格的地域性是古老且常说常新的话题。古代文学风格的地域性是十分显著和凸出的,但也呈现出泛化的特征,即主要集中在南和北两大地域风格的差异上。随着社会的发展,文学风格的地域性渐趋消融,同时也在潜在强化。到了当代,却出现了多元和具象化的特点,具体表现在城与城之间的差异上。     

古代文集编辑探源

别集、总集均属于古代集。它们的编辑，尤其是别集的编辑有一个演进的过程：先秦时期章多以单篇流传；两汉之际，史家录作品由依类分别记录，到逐类记录；东汉末至建安时，别集雏形已形成。魏晋以降，出现以姓氏标明为集的《诸葛氏集》。最早的总集是晋挚虞的《章流别集》，而不是刘向所编的《楚辞》。     

公安文学中的扁形人物和圆形人物

公安文学中的人物形象由扁平人物过渡到中间人物,由中闻人物过渡到圆形人物,满足了不同读者的审美需求, 这是公安文学兴盛的标志,代表先进文化的前进方向。     

Les agriculteurs dans la fabrique d'une nouvelle agriculture

The model of development that has governed the modernization of farming in France is increasingly coming under attack. Given this, analysing the “work” that farming performs to “translate” the criticisms with which it must cope in formulating new definitions of roles is important in order to understand changes under way in this sector. The changes undergone by farming over the past eighty years are briefly presented and then the procedures and results of a survey, conducted during the mad cow disease among beef-farmers in Burgundy, are described. Light is thus shed on the diversity of the positions that farmers have adopted with regard to the future of their occupation. An interpretation is proposed of how the distribution (and interplay between) these positions might affect agriculture. - Special issue on Agriculture and food.     

朱光潜的文艺与道德关系论

朱光潜不是一个否定文艺与道德关系的美学家 ,这与中国传统文化重视道德的社会作用有直接关联 ,也与朱光潜希望改造社会的愿望有关。但朱光潜对文艺与道德关系的三种解答 ,没有解决文艺与道德的内在联系问题 ,他对文艺与道德特性的区别是模糊的。     

“诗缘情”新辨

关于“诗缘情”中其“情”含义的阐释 ,历来褒贬纷纭 ,莫衷一是。为避免偏执一端而不及其余 ,对这一问题的研究需与诗论开山之祖的“言志说”联系起来进行考察 ,于当时的社会背景与文学创作实际中揭示其“情”的含义。循着这一思路 ,不难发现“诗缘情”实是一种新的文学观 ,其“情”主要指物感之情 ,一己之情 ,它改变了传统的文学观 ,使文学走向最终的自觉。     

《上博馆藏楚竹书·诗论》在《诗》学批评史上意义三题

上博<诗论>的发现,对整个先秦<诗>学批评的产生具有重大意义一、在从孔门<诗>教到<毛诗序>的流传过程中,上博<诗论>具有承上启下的作用;二、上博<诗论>对后世<诗>评具有指导性;三、上博<诗论>在文学批评史上有着深远意义.     

Valuation of childhood risk reduction: the importance of age, risk preferences, and perspective.

This article explores two problems analysts face in determining how to estimate values for children's health and safety risk reductions. The first addresses the question: Do willingness‐to‐pay estimates for health risk changes differ across children and adults and, if so, how? To answer this question, the article first examines the potential effects of age and risk preferences on willingness to pay. A summary of the literature reporting empirical evidence of differences between willingness to pay for adult health and safety risk reductions and willingness to pay for health and safety risk reductions in children is also provided. The second dimension of the problem is a more fundamental issue: Whose perspective is relevant when valuing children's health effects—society's, children's, adults‐as‐children, or parents'? Each perspective is considered, followed ultimately by the conclusion that adopting a parental perspective through an intrahousehold allocation model seems closest to meeting the needs of the estimation problem at hand. A policy example in which the choice of perspective affects the outcome of a regulatory benefit‐cost analysis rounds out the article and emphasizes the importance of perspective.
