Improving the contributions of technology assessment to the health care system of the U.S.A.

Summary Based on 14 case studies of highly effective therapies and the reasons they succeeded less frequently than they could, we propose a variety of steps to improve the health care system of the U.S.A. Whatever proposal emerges from current national debates until innovations are shown to be safe and effective, they should not be supported; when slightly better technologies are much more expensive than other good ones we need to consider appropriate choices carefully; simplified billing and bookkeping would reduce our costs; when a technology is rapidly introduced cautionnary measures may be needed; tracking immunization and repairing their omissions requires a new system; educational programs such as seen effective in hypertension should be applied in other areas such as vaccination; in organ transplantation the nation should consider “presumed consent”; our payment system sometimes creates perverse incentives and therefore needs review; and the preferences of the public in allocation of health resources need to be discovered once the public is informed about the issues. 对"真理客观性"观点的辨析

哲学界通行的真理客观性观点与实践标准相矛盾,与唯物辩证法的范畴论相冲突,背离了真理定义的基本要求,不符合实践唯物主义的精神,曲解了经典作家关于客观真理的论断,其基本论据和推理过程存在严重的逻辑错误和内在矛盾,因而从根本上说是站不住脚的。     

马克思哲学的价值内涵

学史上,只有马克思真正实现了对人的完整的理解,从而使人真正成为哲学的出发点和归宿,使价值问题真正具有了哲学的品格,也使哲学具有了真正的价值内涵。马克思哲学的基本价值内涵是:以实践为基石,从现实的、完整的人出发,通过批判异化的人与人的异化,以消除人的异化了的生存状态,最终实现每个人自由而全面的发展。

教师的课程理论素养较差,与综合实践活动课程实施的要求不相适应;综合实践活动课程的实施缺乏相关的制度保障和社会支持,是综合实践活动课程实施中存在的主要问题.解决问题的对策是:加强对教师的培训,提高教师实施综合实践活动课程的能力;完善学校相关教研、培训及管理等制度,为综合实践活动课程的实施提供制度保障;建立良好的社会支持和保障系统,充分利用各种资源,为综合实践活动课程的实施创造更好的条件.

Fifteen Years of Family Group Conferencing: Coordinators Talk About Their Experiences in Aotearoa New Zealand

Family Group Conferencing (FGC) as a solution-focused strategyin child welfare has now been a mandated practice in AotearoaNew Zealand since 1989. This qualitative study examines theexperiences of Care and Protection Coordinators who have beenconvening FGC since the early years of the legislation. Thestudy explores early perceptions of the legislation, what firstattracted them to the role and what keeps them in the job. Inparticular, the study explores the practice tensions that restwithin family-centred child protection models, and the waysin which FGC practice has developed in response to modern imperatives.
