无政府状态下的合作与秩序——一种关于“社会秩序二元论”的技术性区分

社会秩序可以被区分为“自控型秩序”和“受控型秩序”。“自控型秩序”发端于一小撮个体之间缔结的初始契约,然后以这个初始契约为起点自然扩展为被众人遵守的普遍规则,因此,“自控型秩序”可以独立于公共权力而自发形成;而“受控型秩序”只能依靠公共权力来克服必然存在于众人约定中的“搭便车”现象和高昂交易费用。自控型秩序”是坚韧的,这种秩序可以在群体内部分有效,即便群体内的大多数人都不再遵守互不侵犯规则,群体内的少数人也有激励继续遵守这个规则;而“受控型秩序”却是脆弱的,离开了公共权力就会迅速土崩瓦解。

新中国三代领导集体对民族精神都有精辟的理论阐述。毛泽东的"反和平演变"理论,凝聚了民族精神的理论探索;邓小平针对当今时代主题提出了加强精神文明建设的任务;世纪之交,江泽民则强调,进行文化创新,坚持培育和弘扬民族精神,是文化建设的一个重要任务。可见,民族精神是一股强大的精神力量,能够激发人们的主动性、创造性,并且鼓舞斗志,振奋精神。     

群体认同与集群行为的关系:集群效能的中介作用

群体性事件已严重危害社会的稳定,探讨这类事件发生的心理机制对于有效预防此类事件可以提供理论依据。本文以120名大学生为被试,采用2(低认同、高认同)×2(低效能、高效能)的组间设计,在实验室模拟群体性事件的发生过程,探讨群体认同、集群效能与集群行为的关系。研究结果显示:群体认同的水平越高,集群效能水平越高;集群效能的水平越高,个体参与集群的行为越多;集群效能在群体认同与集群行为间起部分中介作用。     

基于讨价还价模型的持股型供应链最优订货与定价策略研究

论文分析了风险规避型供应商和制造商组成的供应链系统，为了降低供应的不确定等因素，通过制造商投资供应商并持股的方式降低供应链的整体风险。构造均值-方差模型刻画制造商和供应商的风险偏好特征，并通过构建纳什讨价还价模型分析供应商和制造商的交易谈判过程。论文证明了纳什讨价还价模型存在唯一的均衡合同，并对均衡合同进行了比较静态分析，提出了可供实践企业参考的管理启示。     

Candidate emergence as movement mobilization: An analysis of Women's post-2016 electoral engagement

Political science scholarship argues that women's underrepresentation in American politics stems from a persistent shortage of female candidates. Women are less likely to run because they often perceive individual and structural obstacles that negatively impact their electoral interest. Such barriers remain intact, yet thousands of women have signaled their interest in running for office since the 2016 election by participating in candidate training programs (CTPs). Though running for office is not commonly defined as an activist activity, this article argues that theories of collective action and movement mobilization, rather than those focusing on the psychological aspects of candidate emergence, are better equipped to explain the recent increase of electoral interest. Using EMILY's List—an elite political entity that began as a grassroots social movement organization—as a case, this article integrates scholarship from sociology and political science to examine how feminist activist organizing can impact women's interest in running for public office. I first review the research on women's candidate emergence and CTPs before discussing the electoral movement strategies and the mobilizing impact of the media and collective action frames. The article reviews recent scholarship on the Women's March and the Resistance, then synthesizes the literature to examine EMILY's List and their electoral movement strategies leading up to the 2018 midterm elections. I conclude by suggesting avenues for future research that can bridge the relationship between movements and electoral politics and advance scholarly understanding of how, when, and why women run for office.     

Négociation et performance: une analyse exhaustive et précise de l'effet de différents systèmes de négociation sur la productivité des entreprises

S'appuyant sur des données représentatives au niveau des entreprises, disponibles pour l'ensemble de l'UE, les auteurs analysent la relation entre les processus et structures institutionnelles de négociation collective et l'évolution de la productivité du travail. Ils montrent que la nature du système de négociation a une influence marquée: certaines caractéristiques sont associées à une baisse de performance (notamment la présence d'un système de négociation sectorielle non coordonné), d'autres à une amélioration (systèmes sectoriels coordonnés). Plus que le caractère individuel ou collectif de la négociation, c'est donc bien la nature des processus et structures dans lesquels elle s'inscrit qui importe en la matière.

美国是较早确认集体谈判机制的国家，后逐渐将其适用于职业体育领域，并形成其特点。NBA的集体谈判协议中安排了球员准入年龄、自由流动及工资帽等限制性措施，其目的是为了平衡球队间的竞争。在海外篮球市场的冲击下，其集体谈判机制面临挑战，NBA需对其全球战略及即将进行的2011年集体谈判进行重新考量。     

元杂剧"女子形象鲜明"现象成因的原型阐释

与前时代的文学作品相比较,元代戏剧作品对女子形象的刻画比以往任何时代都丰满、突出、动人。我们称之为女子形象鲜明现象。用荣格的原型理论来评价这一现象,发现这是由于中华民族在远古时代就崇拜女性,这种女性崇拜情结经过千万年的积淀逐渐形成一种集体无意识,在元代特定的社会环境里被激发出来。     

The performance effects of collective and individual bargaining: A comprehensive and granular analysis of the effects of different bargaining systems on company productivity

Using representative company‐level data for all Member States of the European Union, the authors analyse the relationship between different processes and institutional structures of collective bargaining and the development of company labour productivity. Their results clearly show that these differences have wide‐ranging effects. While some processes and structures of collective bargaining – specifically sectorally uncoordinated systems – appear to be detrimental to company performance, the opposite can be said about sectorally coordinated systems. Thus, what matters are the processes and institutional structures in which collective bargaining is embedded and not whether bargaining should be conducted collectively or individually.     

Pour de nouveaux indicateurs des droits au travail: méthode de construction et tendances 2000–2015

Les auteurs proposent une nouvelle méthode pour mesurer l'état de la liberté syndicale et de la négociation collective, qui repose sur un codage des atteintes repérées dans neuf sources documentaires, dont six rapports du BIT et des textes du droit national. Leurs indicateurs, disponibles pour 185 États Membres de l'OIT, ont été publiés en 2015 par le Center for Global Workers’ Rights de l'Université Penn State, en association avec l'Université ouvrière mondiale. Dans une résolution d'octobre 2018, la Conférence internationale des statisticiens du travail recommande l'adoption de cette méthode pour mesurer l'indicateur sur les droits des travailleurs (8.8.2) associé aux objectifs de développement durable.
