A Collective Response to Michael White's Passing

The following reflection was written at the Cairns Narrative Therapy Interest Group shortly after Michael White's passing. As a group activity, each individual was interviewed about the effects of Michael White's work on their therapeutic work. Each of the responses were manually recorded and then a member of the group developed the collective document to share back with the whole group. The document was a way to capture the atmosphere that was shared at the interest group that day upon reflection of Michael. The document also enables a way to remember the influence that a collective document can produce for a group of people.

Despite managerial pressures, various forms of group affiliation take shape up in the work performed in hospitals. At the ward level, group affiliations are strong owing to intense technical or relational interactions. Relational interactions are taxing on individuals and tend to weaken the care-giving community unlike stabler, “endogenous” technical interactions. Care-givers are integrated in “philanthropical chains of care” with a sectoral dimension: psychiatry, pediatrics, geriatrics. Outside this chain, feelings of belonging to a group are weaker, negative (owing to differences based on ethnic group, social class or gender) or sporadic (public service); they arise in contexts where all or part of the hospital's personnel is mobilized.     

集体土地资本化与农村城市化——北京市郑各庄村调查

本文基于对北京市一个村庄的实地调查发现,土地资本化是城市化的重要依托。土地资本化的不同方式决定了城市化的模式。一种模式是政府主导的城市化,它依托于土地的国有化和政府攫取土地的级差收益。另一种模式是农民自主的城市化,即在不改变土地集体所有制性质的前提下,在规划前提下,农民集体一方面通过宅基地的商品化和资本化,发展房地产,将土地级差收益留在村庄,用于企业发展、村庄改造;另一方面通过土地的非农化发展第二三产业,推进农村的工业化和城市化。在政府主导的城市化越来越导致社会矛盾激化的情况下,应该研究农民自主城市化的经验、效果,客观评价它对中国农民参与城市化进程的重要意义。     

国有条件下农民土地股份合作制的建立

农村土地集体所有制已经难已适应社会主义新农村的建设。当前,迫切需要农村土地产权制度的率先变革。结合目前我国农村实际,本文建议实施国有条件下的农民土地股份合作制。     

The rise and fall of collective identity in networked movements: communication protocols,Facebook, and the anti-Berlusconi protest

This paper explores the impact of communication protocols on the development of collective identity in networked movements. It focuses primarily on how communication protocols change patterns of interactions and power relationships among the constituents of social movements. The paper suggests that the communication protocols of commercial social networking media lead to organizational centralization and fragmentation in social movements by eroding one of the preconditions of collective identity, namely solidarity. The empirical material presented is part of a PhD dissertation on a political protest movement and their use of Facebook as a core communication and organizational platform. The data gathering is multi-methodological and relies on both qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques in the form of a historical analysis of interaction patterns, and a content analysis of online conversations among activists.     

集体记忆视角下的民族文化节日保护探索——以贵州控拜村为例

节日是一个族群具有周期性和仪式性的集体活动,也是该族群文化精髓的集中展现。文化学者积极探索文化遗产保护方式,以期使文化遗产得到更好保护和发展,并通过一系列的田野考察,从集体记忆的理论入手,对贵州控拜文化节日进行分析,认为村落文化节日基础尚好,但也受到一定程度的冲击。     

网络舆情形成与变动中的群体影响分析

互联网的崛起为民众的内隐情绪和态度提供了一个理想的表达途径。与此同时,在网络舆情信息交流过程中,集体心理的存在使网民个体的舆情表达受到群体影响而发生变化甚至扭曲。通过对群体压力、群体极化、集体无意识、群体互动等研究,展示了网络舆情形成和变动中的群体影响力。     

农民集体供给农村社会养老保险的功能障碍及其法律回应

集体在农村社会养老保险供给中具有的重要角色是其自身在农村以及农村社会养老保险中的不可或缺性所决定的,集体既是农村社会养老保险供给主体多样化的重要补充,也是其自身的应然责任,但现实的角色担当上却存在主体长期缺位或错位、集体间财力差异大、国家立法滞后、管理体制混乱、服务严重不到位等诸多问题,这就需要集体从保障集体成员生存发展权的职责出发,着力重点解决好集体角色定位、集体补助资金筹集、弱势群体的优先保护、制度间有机协调等几方面问题。     

论农村集体土地所有权的主体构建

我国现行法律规定,农村集体土地的所有权主体为一定范围内的＂农民集体＂,但由于目前我国立法上的缺陷,出现了农村集体土地所有权＂主体缺位＂的问题。因此需要按照法人治理模式,构建农村集体土地所有权主体,赋予＂农民集体＂的法人资格,还农村集体土地所有权主体本来面目。
