区域性农村妇女土地权益保护的实证研究--以福建省宁德市为例

随着农村改革的逐步推进,农村妇女的土地权益保护显得日益重要,2014年中央一号文件也明确要求“切实维护妇女的土地承包权益”。通过采取问卷调查、实地走访的形式,了解宁德市农村妇女的土地权益状况和司法审判状况,分析存在的问题,指出可以由地方政府、人大或人大常委会规范集体成员资格认定的具体标准,同时加强对村规民约的指导、监督,强化司法救济,实现对妇女土地权益的最大限度保护。     

Identity Dilemmas: Toward a More Situated Understanding

When are identity dilemmas—when people possess identities that conflict with one another and both are potentially stigmatizing—most likely to occur? Are they the result of generic social processes? A review of some of the extant research on “identity work” suggests that historical “misalignments” of culture and stratification, which we refer to as “lag,” create the greatest potential for stigma and the reproduction of inequalities. Lag is exacerbated by complex, intersecting axes of hierarchy, and amplified as symbolic environments globalize and subcultures multiply. Articulating culture and structure reveals how power plays out in interaction, and highlights the omnipresence of struggles for treatment as “fully human.” We consider whether “alignment” is even possible when multiple dimensions of social location intertwine, compete, and collide. Following Schwalbe and Mason‐Schrock (1996), we argue that “subcultural” or collective identity work that brings new meanings into dominant cultural narratives may offer the greatest hope, but in the interim all coping strategies are costly.

国际社会从各国实行的单独安全保障机制过渡到集体安全保障机制,《联合国宪章》建立了现行有效的全世界范围内的集体安全机制。分析《联合国宪章》所建立的集体安全机制目前面临的诸多挑战,并从加强国际法立法、解释,完善《联合国宪章》等方面提出加强集体安全机制的若干措施。

林农集群创业有效弥补了由集体林权改革打破的林业经营的规模性和区域产业的统一性。从林农集群创业的过程模型和形成模式上剖析了集体林权改革后林农集群创业的形成机理,将林农集群创业概括为"自然形成""自然形成-政府扶持"和"政府扶持-自主提升"3种模式,构建了基于金融扶持、技术引进和管理的3种培育路径,并指出应在林农集群创业路径上进行创新。     

论集体主义教育的内涵简

集体主义教育是指对受教育者有目的、有计划地施以影响,使其形成集体主义伦理道德和价值原则的实践活动的总和。这里的集体是指工人阶级占主导地位的、以工农联盟为基础,不断追求人的全面自由发展的劳动者联合体。集体主义伦理道德的核心是公私观,体现了对人与人、人与集体关系的规范要求。集体主义价值原则主要是强调集体利益和个人利益二者之间的辩证统一与不可分性。集体主义教育既贯穿于思想政治教育中,又作为相对独立的一部分,构成思想政治教育内容的重要方面。     

论民法与个人、集体的社会结构

民法作为一种社会结构,直接与个人和集体相联系;民法调整的社会关系及其确立的价值与原则,无不涉及个人在社会中的地位,也就是个人与集体或者个人与社会的关系问题;民法首先是一种个人主义的社会结构,这一结构决定了民法及其私有的价值;民法又是一种离不开集体主义判断的社会结构,个人主义及个人利益的实现无不在集体的关系之中;民法是集体社会中的个人主义选择。

集体行动是社会科学界长期关注和思考的核心问题之一,本文主要针对西方学者关于集体行动理论的分析和研究发展进行较为系统的介绍和简要评议,以图对国内的集体行动研究提供有益的思考问题的视角。     

Is Nature‐Oriented Tourism a Pro‐Environmental Practice?: Examining Tourism–Environmentalism Alignments Through Discourse Networks and Intersectoral Relationships

A key tenet of ecotourism is that interacting with nature through tourism cultivates environmental awareness and responsibility. We examine this assumption by analyzing discourse networks and organizational networks that connect tourism and environmentalism in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. Using a combination of interviews, field observation, and web‐based data, we ask: Is there an alignment of tourism and environmental discourse regarding human interaction with and use of coastal environments? Are there meaningful organizational ties between tourism and environmental organizations? We conclude that there is little indication that nature‐oriented tourism is working to produce substantial changes to our broader political ecology.     

农村土地制度改革及今后的完善思路

现代中国的农村土地制度进行了三次伟大变革,其基本成果就是现行农村土地制度;这一制度关系国之根本并具有其基本合理性,但也存在某些严重缺陷,应当以高度慎重的态度进行渐进式的改革完善。城乡二元体制是造成农村土地制度严重缺陷的首要根源,应当坚决摒弃。     

Between Neo-liberalism and Neo-indigenismo: Reconstructing National Identity in Mexico

Heightened integration with the US coupled with the rise of an indigenous movement have challenged and strained long-held images regarding the US and the indigenous within Mexico. As a result, Mexico finds itself facing the difficult task of re-evaluating and reconstructing its national identity. This paper explores the traditional images of the US and the Indian shaping national identity in Mexico and the challenges posed today by neo-liberalism and neo-indigenismo. It sets out a range of current issues, explores the linkages and contradictions, and examines the state of national reform. Fundamentally, the paper strives to raise important theoretical questions and hence set the stage for further research into these issues.
