大庆文化形态之分析

大庆市是一个多民族地区,其文化主要有三种形态:一是土著文化,即草原文化;二是移民文化,即农耕文化;三是工业文化,即近现代文化.在和谐社会建设中,大庆市在发挥工业文化主导作用的同时,要重视农耕文化,尤其要研究和重视草原文化的民族特性,从蒙古族所处的地理环境、资源条件、历史文化、民族特点等实际出发,依托和借助于地域的和民族的载体与形式,使草原文化不仅在传承中发展,也能在与农耕文化、工业文化的交融中更新.     

传统节日文化生存发展策略——写在传统节日法定化之后

当前,中国传统节日文化要得以生存与发展,有三个方面的工作是紧迫和重要的:提升对传统节日的"文化自觉",这是中国传统节日文化的生存之本,这方面媒体、学校教育、家庭、社区均有着重要的责任;重建传统节日的符号体系,在这方面,企业、商家和政府肩负着重要的使命;转换传统节日的参与模式,将封闭型的"血缘共同体参与模式"转换为适应现代生活的开放型的"业缘共同体参与模式",这对中国传统节日文化的生存与发展有着现实而又长远的意义,这方面,各类社会组织起着重要的作用.     

互动中的文化拿来与输出——全球化背景下回族文化的新适应

"文化适应"是民族文化生存和发展的一种"本能"和"自觉".回族在长期的中国本土化历程中进行了千年的文化适应,回族的文化适应的历史是一个文化拿来为主导的历史,在全球化的大背景下,回族需要进行新的文化适应,而新时期回族文化适应主要是在互动的文化拿来与输出中完成.     

The state and the development of an information society: Greek policy and experience

The paper looks into the dynamics of information society policy and its implementation in the Greek context. It argues that information society development is a contested process, influenced by pre‐existing state, economy and society relations. Based on this, it looks into the different aspects of the idiosyncratic path which the evolution of the Greek information society has followed, particularly after 2000. Using Bob Jessop's strategic‐relational approach (SRA) to the state as an analytical framework and drawing on a number of in‐depth interviews with relevant political actors, it provides insights into policy implementation by examining: the public management of information technology projects, how such projects were received in bureaucratic structures and practices, as well as the relationship between the state and the information and communication technology (ICT) sector in public procurement processes. The emphasis is on the period 2000–2008, during which a major operational programme on the information society in Greece was put into effect. The paper also touches upon the post‐2008 experience, suggesting that information society developments might include dynamics operating independently and even in contradiction to the state agenda.     

Five Star Teacher: In-Service on the Move

Teachers learned knowledge, skills, values, and dispositions through spending significant amounts of time working with heritage sites as they learned more about social studies. Elementary social studies teachers engaged in teacher in-service to increase their abilities to meet geography standards. Teacher professional development that caused instructors to engage with cultural and historic sites benefited them and should be considered as well as other models of teacher in-service. Teachers used study travel opportunities to engage in geographic investigation and exploration to accomplish inquiry. Teachers determined that extended time was required to experience the place, to value it, and to harbor the disposition to teach about it; they learned in-depth content from spending time on-site, and they learned skills to extract knowledge from site through reading the landscape. Teachers encountered multiple perspectives, technology, and controversial issues through their studies of regions in the Ohio River Valley. Teachers of elementary social studies may wish to consider this type of professional development to understand a sense of place and how it relates to the curriculum they teach.     

Deaf studies meets autistic studies

What might deaf studies and autistic studies have in common? Why, in many cases, is deafness considered to be a norm to be analyzed through linguistic and cultural frameworks, while autism is (still) seen as pathological? Utilizing ethnographic research, participation in two conferences on autism and sign language, and an analysis of deaf peoples’ and autistic peoples’ self-(re)presentation, we attend to sensory solidarities that might exist between deaf and autistic people, communities, and studies. We argue that an analysis of the two fields side-by-side offers important insights into new ways of conceptualizing sociality, identity, and community both in the specific cases of deafness and autism, and more broadly. Additionally, attending to deaf and autistic peoples’ language and communication desires and practices opens up analytic and empirical space for considering interdependent and multimodal communicative approaches.     

科技文化视域下的“五大发展理念”研究——第十三届全国科技文化与社会现代化学术研讨会综述

由中国自然辩证法研究会科技文化专业委员会主办,九江学院马克思主义学院和武汉理工大学政治与行政学院共同承办的“第十三届全国科技文化与社会现代化学术研讨会”于2016年8月23日至24日在江西省九江学院隆重召开,来自全国18个省市的90余位专家、学者出席了会议.     

网络语言娱乐功能实现方式及其根源研究

在网络言语交际过程中,网络语言娱乐性的表现形式、特点及其制约机制等问题一直是学界关注的话题.为从语言功能视角阐释网络语言娱乐性的实现方式及其根源等问题,运用了比较分析和例证相结合的研究方法,通过比较分析说明网络语言的内涵及其存在形式的双重性特征,介绍了语言娱乐功能的内涵和陈望道先生的“辞趣”思想,通过网络语言在形趣、音趣和意趣方面的例证分析,对“辞趣”理论实质从语言娱乐功能实现角度重新进行了梳理,指出网络语言娱乐功能具体实现的语言结构形式途径,认为网络言语交际中娱乐性的根源来自于社会物质条件和主体内在需求的合力,因为使用了网络媒介,所以才表现出独具特色的网络言语交际形式.     

实施系统工程，实现高校思想政治工作的创新

新时期的高校思想政治工作更加复杂化,任务更加艰巨,这就要求我们因事而化、因时而进、因势而新,不断研究新情况,探索新办法,不断开创高校思想政治工作新局面。总结了信电学院的做法,实施系统工程,打组合拳,为高校思想政治工作提供了新的思路。     

马克思主义中国化与中国传统文化的辩证关系

马克思主义作为西方的社会哲学思潮,能在中国传统文化中立足,并生根发芽,这绝不是偶然的文化事件和历史事件,它们彼此之间肯定有着契合之处。当前,在新的历史大环境下,探究马克思主义中国化与中国传统文化的文化关联性,将对我国特色的社会主义事业的发展,提供最可靠的理论保障。通过分析马克思主义与中国传统文化的共通之处和相互之间的影响,来对马克思主义中国化与中国传统文化的辩证关系进行有效梳理和讨论。
