中国海外项目经理职业化水平测评研究

“一带一路”宏伟蓝图下,我国承接沿线国家工程项目业务已成为常态。中国海外项目经理是建筑企业开拓国际工程承包市场的中坚力量,建筑企业要想在“一带一路”国际市场中搏击长空,加强海外项目经理职业化建设乃当务之急。项目依据海外项目经理的岗位职责,从德、能、勤三方面总结影响海外项目经理职业化水平的各个因素,并结合几何平均法和TOPSIS法进行中国海外项目经理职业化水平测评研究。     

A course in constructing effective displays of data for pharmaceutical research personnel

Interpreting data and communicating effectively through graphs and tables are requisite skills for statisticians and non‐statisticians in the pharmaceutical industry. However, the quality of visual displays of data in the medical and pharmaceutical literature and at scientific conferences is severely lacking. We describe an interactive, workshop‐driven, 2‐day short course that we constructed for pharmaceutical research personnel to learn these skills. The examples in the course and the workshop datasets source from our professional experiences, the scientific literature, and the mass media. During the course, the participants are exposed to and gain hands‐on experience with the principles of visual and graphical perception, design, and construction of both graphic and tabular displays of quantitative and qualitative information. After completing the course, with a critical eye, the participants are able to construct, revise, critique, and interpret graphic and tabular displays according to an extensive set of guidelines. 2008 North American Serials Interest Group Conference: Taking the Sting out of Serials!

Abstract

The twelfth annual MOBIUS Conference was held June 7–9, 2011, at the Holiday Inn Executive Center in Columbia, Missouri. The MOBIUS consortium of Missouri is currently composed of fifty-nine academic libraries, two public libraries, and the Missouri State Library. The conference offered various opportunities, including a keynote address by Meredith Farkas and a networking dessert session on the first night. The second day featured six concurrent sessions, each having six different presentations, along with delicious food, generous door prizes, and the chance to meet with vendors. The third day consisted of four different four-hour post-conference training sessions. Presentations are available for download from the conference Web site.¹

灾害短视频的拟像共同体传播：内聚焦叙事、价值转向与纪念仪式

为揭示灾害现场亲历者如何在媒介场域通过“影像文本”将“远处的灾难”的“感知物质空间”转化为大众切身体验的“共通意义空间”,探寻中介化过程中媒介叙事手法的基本机制及其价值转向,本文聚焦于重庆山火现场及土耳其地震亲历者发布的短视频在网络社交媒体“出圈”现象。灾害亲历者以第一人称视角拍摄的短视频通过内聚焦叙事与围观者跨越时空距离进行多维度的信息、情感、价值沟通,在中介化连接与扩散过程中增强“远处的灾难”的可感知度,并寻求社会性协助与支持,在媒介的纪念仪式中实现集体记忆认同的动态协商和反思性重构,由此有助于理解普罗大众“自传记忆”零碎的经验性文本自主传播进入社会公众视野,与专业媒体的职业创作共同构建“拟像共同体”的价值与意义。     

应用型人才培养视角下工科学生法治素养培养研究

公民法治素养的提升是推进全面依法治国的重要抓手,也是建设法治国家、法治政府、法治社会的必然要求。在新时代,工科类专业应用型人才培养应突破传统的单一专业知识教学的培养模式,应按照新工科建设的要求,以培养跨学科的复合型人才为目标,将法治素养培养作为教学方式的一种转变和创新。以S省某应用型高校工程类专业为调查对象,对其应用型人才培养理念、人才培养方案、师资力量和学生学情等进行实证调研,分析工科学生法治素养培养方面存在的问题及原因,构建有效的工科学生法治素养培养路径。     

The Evolving Field of Risk Communication

The 40th Anniversary of the Society for Risk Analysis presents an apt time to step back and review the field of risk communication. In this review, we first evaluate recent debates over the field's current state and future directions. Our takeaway is that efforts to settle on a single, generic version of what constitutes risk communication will be less productive than an open-minded exploration of the multiple forms that comprise today's vibrant interdisciplinary field. We then review a selection of prominent cognitive, cultural, and social risk communication scholarship appearing in the published literature since 2010. Studies on trust in risk communication messengers continued to figure prominently, while new research directions emerged on the opportunities and critical challenges of enhancing transparency and using social media. Research on message attributes explored how conceptual insights particularly relating to framing, affective and emotional responses, and uncertainty might be operationalized to improve message effectiveness. Studies consistently demonstrated the importance of evaluation and how varying single attributes alone is unlikely to achieve desired results. Research on risk communication audiences advanced on risk perception and multiway engagement with notable interest in personal factors such as gender, race, age, and political orientation. We conclude by arguing that the field's interdisciplinary tradition should be further nurtured to drive the next evolutionary phase of risk communication research.     

Mobile use,personal values,and connectedness with civic life

This study aims to examine whether and how mobile communication enables citizens to translate their value orientations into their connectedness to the civic life. Specifically, we probe the indirect process in which different types of personal values predict key dimensions of engagement with civic affairs through patterns of mobile phone use. We show that individualism is indirectly associated with engagement with civic affairs through informational mobile use, whereas the link between collectivism and community involvement is positively intervened by relational mobile use. Additionally, socio-tropic empathy yields indirect relationships with civic engagement through informational mobile use. Implications of these findings are discussed.     

Creating a positive emotional culture: Effect of internal communication and impact on employee supportive behaviors

The study surveyed 506 employees in the United States to test the effect of internal communication (i.e., corporate-level symmetrical and leadership-level responsive communications) on fostering a positive emotional culture characterized by companionate love, joy, pride, and gratitude. In addition, we tested the interplay between corporate internal communication and a positive emotional culture and its influence on supportive employee behaviors, specifically, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and employee advocacy. Results indicated that symmetrical communication and responsive leadership communication cultivated a positive emotional culture in organizations. Such culture also fostered employee OCB and advocacy. Moreover, corporate symmetrical communication directly and positively influenced employee OCB. Finally, this study found that employee OCB positively affected employee advocacy. The theoretical and practical implications of the findings for public relations scholars and practitioners were discussed.     

人类命运共同体构想的三维审思：逻辑起点·现实基点·思想源点

人类命运共同体构想作为马克思主义中国化的最新理论成果，是在积极反思人类生存现状的基础之上，对世界未来发展形态的一种前瞻性擘画。总体观之，作为“类”存在的人的主体自觉以及马克思主义“类”思想是人类命运共同体构想的逻辑基点， 现代“人类交往”方式的演进与普遍发展是人类命运共同体构想的现实基点，中国传统文化中的“和合”理念是人类命运共同体构想的思想源点。逻辑起点、现实基点与思想源点共同构成人类命运共同体构想的生成之源，对其系统、深入的阐释与审思则是我们学习、领悟、实践这一伟大构想的重要环节。
