《共产党宣言》的文化哲学意蕴及其现实启示

《共产党宣言》中长期被遮蔽的文化思想已经在不断地被揭示出来。然而,美中不足的是,《共产党宣言》中的文化属性是什么？其考察文化的方法论如何？与此相关,它对我们如何审视今天的文化有什么启示？诸如此类的问题,却有着进一步深入考察的必要。文章认为,《共产党宣言》文化属性的核心要旨是作为呈现意义的思想观念,而不是广义上的“人化”范畴。《共产党宣言》对文化的考察不是人类学、社会学意义上的描述性的或实证性的考察,而是文化哲学的考察,即,对自由资本主义时代,资产阶级所提出的作为呈现意义的思想观念之所以生成的本体论考察,在此基础上确立作为无产阶级思想观念的意识形态。所以,《共产党宣言》的现实启示就是要对今天中国现实社会中现存的作为呈现意义的思想观念做出符合唯物史观的解释。     

夫妻一方举债案件中的当事人确定和嗣后救济

“夫妻共同债务”与 “连带债务”在债务发生原因和债务履行上存在差别,对其进行诉讼时,诉讼形式应为固有的必要共同诉讼。当债权人仅起诉名义举债人一方时,可能构成诉讼被告不适格。借鉴德日诉讼要件理论,法院可以对当事人适格问题进行“职权调查”,但所采用的诉讼资料应遵循“辩论主义”。在此基础之上,应明确法院的释明权适用情形,即通过对已经参加诉讼的当事人进行释明来改变诉的不合法状态。若因法院在此审判阶段释明权适用不到位,而最终不合法的诉获得了无法顺利执行的实体判决,债权人想要获得圆满救济仅能依靠再审。     

高质量联结与员工工作创造力的关系探究

我国关于工作创造力的研究较多,但针对人际情境以及社会网络对工作创造力影响的研究的重点主要集中在领导、同事等的作用探讨方面,而从积极工作关系视角探讨其对个体创造力的影响匮乏。高质量联结具有关系张力、高情感承载力与联结力的特征,可以使交往联结双方体验到活力、相互交融与积极关照。通过梳理和分析224份员工调查问卷,结果显示：高质量联结对员工工作创造力、工作意义均有显著的正向影响;在高质量联结对员工工作创造力的影响中,工作意义具有显著的中介效应;在高质量联结对工作意义的影响中,亲社会动机具有显著的调节效应。在管理实践中,管理者应该建立和强化组织中的高质量联结,不断提升员工的工作意义,努力激发员工的亲社会动机。     

网络拟古世情小说对当下意识形态的民间再构

近年来,在网络通俗小说创作中涌现出大量的拟古世情小说。这类小说往往以宏大的故事布局和对优秀女主人公的塑造,吸引了众多阅读者的目光。这些女主人公群像,不仅反映出汉民族文化传统的审美眼光,也寄托了根源于以家族、财富为中心的社会价值期待,还与当下价值评判体系中的女性群体的自我期许相吻合。这些拟古世情小说在完成言情小说的爱情故事构形和实现娱情的休闲功能以外,也因为广大阅读群体逐渐步入或即将步入中产阶层而发生相应的变化,重新赋予女性作为稳定家庭、增长财富、养育子女、传承家风的核心力量的社会意义,她们洁身自好,对爱情专一,勇于面对困难,乐于奉献,担当责任,胸怀宽广。这些新型的“高大全”形象,表达出女性主义的新倾向：女性的成长和幸福的获得,更重要的在于女性内在的精神力量,与传统的气节、操守有关的人格因素,以及家教和门风。这使得网络平台的民间话语表达,具有更为包容传统以及融合其合理因素的价值取向,也与当下主流意识形态遥相呼应。     

日常生活领域的社会主义意识形态建设

社会结构变革和社会的开放化、市场化、信息化、网络化,既凸显了日常生活领域的社会主义意识形态价值,同时也对日常生活领域的社会主义意识形态凝聚力和引领力建设提出更多诉求。对此,应认真研究社会日常生活的发展变化,审慎思考日常生活领域对社会主义意识形态建设提出的各种诉求,积极加强社会主义意识形态的实践回应和自身建设。通过积极培育和践行社会主义核心价值观、凝聚社会各阶层各群体共同信仰、形成社会主义意识形态传播场域、加强社会主义意识形态的日常生活渗透等措施,增强社会主义意识形态的凝聚力和引领力,牢牢把握以马克思主义为指导的社会主义意识形态在整个社会生活中的领导权、主导权和话语权。     

农村幼儿园运用家庭和社区资源的纵向调查——以我国西部S省为例

家庭和社区参与的高质量学前教育是乡村振兴计划的基础。通过对我国西部S省农村地区的两次实地调查发现,受该地区园所特点、教育政策和传统观念等的影响,农村地区幼儿园运用家庭和社区资源总体较低但也有所改善,对家庭资源的运用高于社区资源,对社区历史文化资源的运用较为薄弱。基于此结果提出了运用家庭和社区资源是农村幼儿园发展的必然选择;利用政策杠杆发掘农村地区家庭和社区资源;职后培训提高农村幼儿园教师运用家庭和社区资源的实效性等建议。     

The complexity of diversity and importance for equitable philanthropy

The current U.S. climate of racial and social injustice has prompted a renewed call for diverse and equitable ways to rethink community philanthropy. Community foundations are vehicles for community philanthropy which offer vast benefits for social improvement and community development. The board of directors ensures these organizations fulfill their mission, making decisions on funding priorities and holding the organization functionally and fiscally responsible. Drawing on constructs of diversity and representative bureaucracy and a case study of Florida community foundations, we suggest that diversity is understood in different ways and the presence of diverse board members may be linked to advancing the interests of diverse communities and in achieving outcomes that assist in the needs of certain social groups. Increased understanding of diversity can improve foundation and philanthropic effectiveness and bring broader social change by promoting equity and social justice among community‐based philanthropic organizations.     

An Ecological Understanding of Caregiver Experiences in Palliative Care

Palliative care is specialized health care to improve quality of life for patients with serious illness and their families through prevention and relief of suffering. A Palliative Care Institute was held in western Washington to capture community voices about diverse needs, strengths, and opportunities for improvement of palliative care. Researchers employed qualitative methods to obtain thematic data, provide real-time analysis, and engage in a multivoting technique to reflect stakeholder interest in individual themes and prioritize larger group interests. Bronfenbrenner’s ecological systems framework was used to explore caregiver experiences. Within the microsystem, caregivers reported difficulties in interactions with medical providers as a key challenge. Within the mesosysytem, interactions between patients and medical providers and the impact on caregivers were explored. Within the exosystem, caregivers reported lack of control over the schedules of personal care staff. Macrosystem influences included impact of local culture on the development of palliative care services. Chronosystem influences include de-medicalization of childbirth and its impact on perceptions of palliative care. Implications include the need for social workers to be proactive in fostering trust and effective communication between care providers and caregivers, and the demand for health care provider training in communication with patients and families.

Community Wise: The Development of an Anti-Oppression Model to Promote Individual and Community Health

Communities with histories of oppression have shown great resilience, yet few health interventions focus on structural oppression as a contributor to health problems in these communities. This article describes the development and active ingredients of Community Wise, a unique behavioral health intervention designed to reduce substance use frequency, related health risk behaviors, and recidivism among individuals with a history of incarceration and substance abuse residing in distressed and predominantly African American communities. Community Wise, developed through the collaborative efforts of a board of service providers, researchers, consumers, and government officials, is a 12-week group intervention that aims to address behavioral health problems by raising critical consciousness in distressed communities.
