汉三家《诗》学对夫妇伦理和妇德的思考

汉代三家《诗》学以通经致用的特点发挥对社会现实的思考和规范作用,以《关雎》为中心提出了匡正夫妇伦理对社会兴衰的关键意义,又认为婚姻礼制从形式到内容必须敬慎重正,同时通过诸多诗说表明对妇女德行的具体要求。     

Credit and Authorship Practices: Educational and Environmental Influences

A survey on credit issues of academic chemists in U.S. Ph.D.-granting institutions was conducted. The respondents rated 15 criteria for authorship of scientific publications; core intellectual contributions received the highest ratings although making a single suggestion that was essential to the successful completion of the project was rated very low. Acquisition of data was also rated highly. The respondents rated eight potential influences on their own “policy” toward giving credit; doing what “seems to be the right thing” was the highest rated influence followed by graduate educational experiences; professional society or other responsible conduct of research (RCR) institutional policies were rated, by far, the lowest.     

Morals, Ethics, and Integrity: How Codes of Conduct Contribute to Ethical Adult Education Practice

This article examines the similarities and differences in the concepts or in the usage of the terms “integrity”, “morals” and “ethics” to provide a framework for understanding why these concepts are the foundation of professional ethics and to promote a more thoughtful consideration of the need for codes of ethics for the field of adult education. The article reviews the original interpretations of these terms by the classic philosophers whose works are fundamental for a greater appreciation of contemporary ethics.

20世纪50年代廉洁党风的形成,是多种社会历史条件综合作用的结果,主要包括:那时全党依然保持着战争年代的思想风貌;毛泽东等开国元勋的言传身教;计划经济体制的影响;连绵不断的政治运动的制约等。深入探讨这一问题,能够使我们从历史中得到有益的启示,其中最主要的一条就是主观自觉与客观制约、思想道德教育与民主法制建设相辅相成、缺一不可,后者是根本。这些历史经验对于今天的党风和廉政建设很有借鉴意义。

侦查阶段超期羁押的原因分析及对策

侦查阶段超期羁押犯罪嫌疑人不仅严重侵犯了犯罪嫌疑人的人权,有违刑事诉讼的正义价值,而且产生了极大的社会负面效应。细究该现象产生的原因是复杂的,既有社会方面的原因,也有司法体制和侦查人员刑事诉讼理念方面的原因。根本性解决对策应是刑事司法体制的改变和刑事诉讼理念的转变。

Boys' Maladaptive Social Information Processing, Family Emotional Climate, and Pathways to Early Conduct Problems

Maladaptive social information processing characterizes many children with behavioral adjustment difficulties. Yet, we know little about the antecedents of maladaptive social information processing. The present study examined the relations between early family risk and later maladaptive social information processing and conduct problems in a sample of 178 economically disadvantaged boys. Early childhood assessments of socioeconomic disadvantage (low SES, single parent status, low maternal education) and maternal depression predicted boys’ maladaptive response generation and conduct problems at age 10, accounting for 6% and 14% of the variances, respectively, but not hostile attribution bias. Maladaptive response generation also fit a model of significant partial mediation of the effects of socioeconomic disadvantage on conduct problems. Results suggest the importance of the family's emotional climate during children's early development for their later adjustment.
